I had a tire blow out on 9B. I called the dealership to ask if they had the tire in stock. I was on hold for 15 minutes and the tow truck arrived. He had no problem with taking it to Firestone on University Blvd since they had the tire in stock. It was almost closing time (6PM) and the store said they would be back in touch with me in the morning. They were. They replaced the blown out tire, replaced two additional tires that were showing wear, and did an alignment. I asked Robert if they could pick me up and take me back to the store for my vehicle. They could and Robert did — with smiles no less! I met the manager — a very professional pleasant lady. What a great experience! They will be getting more of my business, for sure!

I've taken my cars for different services at this location and they have been very nice and helpful Everytime, also Very honest and knowledgeable of the service they offer . I feel very comfortable with their work and I will definitely keep going for service to them.

Lady at front desk was very rude I believe due to I was a black young man I visited this location numerous time and it always the same treatment I set appointments 5min late at 730 there someone in front of you still an hour wait. I set an appointment another appointment last of the day oh I’m sorry we can’t help you I don’t know who would set your appointment for that time and the list goes on and on. This the kicker she say there no one to help me cause she the manager/owner and all complaints come back to her and she the one to handle them. I’m not say Firestone is not a great business but this is a terrible location with terrible customer service and employees

Yes. I got an oil change and 3 year battery at an excellent price. The oil change was on sale. And because I reapplied for their credit card. Mine had expired. They gave me an additional discount and the promotional rate of 6 months same as cash. What a great deal that was the day before Christmas !

Firestone's 7am Female Service operation personnel. Car Advis service had my installation completely wrong. Her patients in correcting issues went completely beyond anything I would have expected. She put in over two hours for a prepaid tire and installation package. She put your company my car repair shop. It was well worth the drive from JIA area to Arlington. I'm thinking her name was Mrs. Heather. Thanks again and again Mr. Nathan.

Had tires ordered because I was told they were the type I asked for and found out while waiting from a review on the tires that were ordered seeing they weren't the type of tires I asked for. Brought that up to receptionist and she hemmed and hawed then said there was a set of tires the type I asked for and that there was 4 of them available for me so I didnt have to take the tires that were ordered by staffs mistake because 2 of the 4 tires on my car was bad and unsafe to travel any further on. I waited until after 4 when then receptionist that told me that there was 4 tires available for me on site left and had the workers running around looking for the other 3 tires that didn't turn out to be there. Had to take the wrong tires to get home after being there from 1 till aftrr 5 being helped by Robert a very courteous and knowledgeable employee and Dewayne who got us out of there even though we had to yake the tires that were ordered by Heather that were the wrong tires that I had asked for. Not very happy with this visit. Long wait and being ran around and fed malarkey by Heather made this a very bad experience. From faithful longtime members who dont feel appreciated after this visit

I came into shop to get the screws take out from my license plate. They drilled the screws out and attached my license plate. But license plate fell off on my way home from shop. I paid $176.00 for this service and my plate still is not attached to my car, and they glued the screws that did not hold. So I’m still left with the same problem I paid almost two hundred dollars for.

I highly recommend the Firestone on University Blvd North. The service rep was very responsive and suggested additional options for services. My car was ready in a couple of hours.

I recently went out to eat in Jacksonville, Florida and returning home on a Friday night. I noticed a nail in my tire. so I made an appointment with Firestone on University in Jacksonville for Saturday morning at 10 AM. when I arrived at the store, @7am I was greeted by Heather, who listen to the issue with my tire. I left the car and went Home to my daughter’s house. She called about about an hour and a half later informed me the tire had to be replaced. Since it was covered under the tire hazard warranty it would be free except to replace the tire Warrenty. She also checked all the tires to make sure and informed me of the wear on the front left. Cannot thank Heather enough for caring about my little issue and taking care of it so diligently. Unfortunately this service is a 10 compared to back home in South Carolina.

Bought a Front end alignment from this store in 2000 and they still honor it on my 1994 Ford Ex. SUV. Do good work. As long as I own the car, I will keep going. Also like the Mid-Century building they are using. Old Arlington, nostalgia. Hey, I drive an old car and I am an OLD lady.

Heather & her team are extraordinary! The service was not only astonishingly quick for such a hard job that 4 other mechanics turned me down but the pricing was extremely fair:. The manager of the store personally took care of me. I could not have been happier. She was very pleasant and friendly. She made the whole experience so fast and easy. It is so nice to have someone with product knowledge and vehicle knowledge to work with. She is definitely an asset to Firestone and restored my faith in customer service!!! I will return for all my future purchase to this store based on this experience! She was wonderful to work with and I will be back soon! Her energy and smile brighten the whole store!

Scheduled an appointment for 6 pm on Monday 6/22/24 online. Online says the place doesn’t close till 7 pm. I got here at 5:58 pm. As soon as I try to check in they tell me that they close at 6 pm. That they don’t know why, all of Jacksonville does this. Which is very unprofessional to have this advertised online. I planed my whole evening to make sure I got here on time, including leaving work early.

Went in to get my tires rotated, the tech came out said I needed new tires. I already knew that so that’s fine. Told them to Atleast balance my back tires to stop the shaking in my car until a week later were I could get new tires. I don’t drive this car at all as I use my work truck during the week. I drive it back up to Firestone the next Friday to get my tires done and I see I’m missing a lug nut and one of my lugs have sheered completely off. Tech said it happens all the time when they take tires off and on all the time. I’ve only had the tires on my car taken off twice since owning the car. It cost me 250$ to get them replaced even after they should have seen it a week before when they balanced my tires. After spending 816$ on tires and alignment my wife goes to take my daughter to school in my car. My brake fluid light comes on and my brakes goes all the way to the floor. Now the tech said my rotors are getting worn but if I’m going to spend almost 1000$ on service the least you can do is make sure all the brake fluid in my car is full and I’m not gonna have any issues. My car has sat since Friday when I got my tires replaced. I’ve used this Firestone twice and both times I have had issues. I don’t think I’ll be coming back.

Staff was extremely helpful and explained everything beautifully. They help me make the best decisions to get me back on the road quickly. A major fix and it was in and out the same day. Other shops told me they couldn't even look at it for a week or two.

The manager at this location is the best. She is considerate, listens to you and upholds all the reasons why I take my truck to Firestone. Techs do great work and tell you what you need, not what they can charge. Keep up the great work!

The service is not even close as it used to be. I used to enjoy bringing my car for service before Covid. The workers used to be happy and very approachable. I used to bring them donuts when my car had service and my car was ready in less than 3 hours.They used to have more than 1 mechanic so the service was fast. That has definitely changed. The price went up and the service went down 👎. I am very disappointed with how much that place changed. I won't recommend this place anymore.

The service representative, Heather, was very helpful, and responsive when I called to check on my car. The repair technician went above and beyond to find the problem and was able to take care of it faster than I could have hoped. I am so very impressed. 5/2024 - I returned to this location for some other maintenance service on my car and again, I am very happy with the experience. I definitely recommend this Firestone location

Tired of the steering wheel shaking like crazy. Took my daughter to a training in Arlington. Saw free diagnosis for front end alignment. Jay got me situated, and thanks to the guys in the back, I'm back on the road, no more shaking ..2 tires with alignment and I'm good...Thanks guys ...

I had been told by my vehicle dealer that I would have to replace my brakes in a few weeks. Firestone did a brake inspection and said no, it would be at least 12 months if I was careful. That the store HAD could have had my business, but said no, it's not needed at this time, made me feel very trusting toward them. They did a great job with the tire replacement.The only reason I did not give two 10s is that they had in the notes that my battery was in good condition but needs a battery charge. I'm going to call to get this done, but wish they would have said something to me so that I could have made an appointment while I was on site to get that done.I will eventually be giving my car to my son as a first-job gift and have told him that Firestone should be the only place that he takes it for major service that needs doing.

I was very impressed and thankful of Heather today at the location off University in JAX. I was there for about two hours or so in totality from getting my A/C serviced and my battery replaced(no appointment). She was the only one working the front desk and phones. Let me tell you this. This was not a slow day. Every single person that walked in received the same treatment. She was very welcoming whether it be on the phone, with a guest, with her coworkers or even the Help Desk that was needed due to a technical error in the system. I’ve seen people have complete melt downs when they’re having to balance that kind of environment. Hats off to you Heather for also being supportive as the cost was a bit of a shock but you were able to assure me the importance of it. Definitely cried….sorry for that again. But also thank you for helping me today. It meant a lot.
