Came in yesterday 3 bad tires that needed to be replaced Chris showed me and my cousin 2 options that were best for my car and for the weather (which it had snowed inches the day before and that morning). They didn't have the tires in stock so they ended up ordering them. Which was fine. Chris and his team member was a big help. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

Chris the manager and Mike who was working there were so nice to me. When I was there before, I left my wheel lock there and they couldn't find it. Without hesitation, Chris told me to buy a replacement and to give him the receipt for a refund. All of the people that work there are amazing! It's super easy to make appointments and they are honest about what your car needs.

They refused to service my car. This is the 2nd time I brought the car in for service in which none was performed. I have used this location multiple times over the years, and most of the time I feel that I receive mediocre to horrible service. This is the last time I will ever go here. I will be canceling my Firestone credit card. I will actively dissuade friends or family from going here.

Extremely dishonest. When scheduling my appointment I spoke to the manager, asked for a check engine light diagnostic, a brake inspection, and an oil change. He explained that the engine light requires a diagnostic but he could take care of me the next day. The next morning I dropped off the car and again, explained to the manager what was needed. Later, when picking up the car I find that only the oil change was completed. The manager acted like this was the first he had heard of the other two requests, despite us talking about it TWICE. He said they didn’t have the diagnostic guy in to do the engine light today…If I had been told this upfront I would have gone somewhere else instead of having to take off work and arrange a ride etc to drop it off and pick up just for an oil change that takes 10mins elsewhere.

Have went twice to ask for an appointment and both times I was quoted over double of what alternative places actually charged me to fix what was needed. Ladies don’t go by yourself! Maybe if you have a man with you they won’t ask for over double of what their competitors ask for to actually make the fix.

I was treated so rudely that I turned around and picked my car back up after dropping it off. If you are a woman just go anywhere else.

This has been the worst experience. I spoke with Chris at 7am about dropping my vehicle off to be examine. I told Chris that my “service power steering light” came on, which cause the traction light to come on as well. I asked if I could be seen. He told me to drop my car off and they will complete an inspection. The inspection will cost $12. He would see if the power steering part needs to be replaced or refilled. However, nothing would be completed until he provide me an estimate. I dropped the car off at 9am with a pickup time for 3pm. Around 12:30pm, I called for a status update. I was told the car is being inspected right now. I finally received an update around 2:18pm. Chris discussed EVERY issue but the main reason why I asked my car to be inspected. He proceeded to tell me if he knew the light was on, he would’ve told me I need a complete diagnostic test. THIS WAS A LIE. I told him everything before scheduling the drop off. He wasted my entire day. He obviously got me confused with the customer he service before me. This customer requested his breaks and rotors be repaired. Chris tried to convince me I needed the same thing, including a wheel alignment. However, I was seen at another Firestone location 2 days prior for a wheel alignment. Chris was not aware of anything going on with my car and provided inaccurate information. His lack of awareness and accountability during the call is the reason why I will no longer be using Firestone service

The manager there was awesome - really good salesperson and took good care of me. Got my car in quickly to patch a tire + do an oil change. Will certainly be back. You should promote that manager

They are so thorough. Don't intimidate you to make repairs. Always willing to help you find the best solution. Won't be going to any other location. Ask for either Chris lol.

Chris and his team were extremely helpful after my Audi went into limp mode. I was directed to this store on behalf of Carvana. Chris informed me of what the store had experienced with other customers that brought in cars from Carvana which helped me pursue repairs confidently and prepare for the worst case scenario. Luckily, everything was covered under my warranty with Silver Rock but I was prepared to front the cost if I experienced pushback like Chris had seen happen to prior customers. He also explained my car's systems and what the issue was simply and why he recommended it to the dealer. Having my car breakdown was very stressful but I felt more at ease after having the team at Glendale take a look at it. I would definitely bring my car back to this location and recommend it to other car owners.

Came to Firestone keystone 2x as last minute option when other mechanics fell through love the customer service and from what I can tell work was excellent...we will see if it holds up on this 15hr drive and relocation to Texas I'm pretty knowledgeable about mechanics and my truck so I ask a lot of questions Nate and Mike were very patient and kind and jolly thank you for easing my mind and reassuring me that I will not break down on the way they took another of stress off of me
