Firestone Nora is my go-to auto care store. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Their prices are so good. I'll never go back to a dealer again for service on my car. I grew up in the Nora area so it's also a place of nostalgia for me.

Pulled my truck into the shop before appointment time and installed a full set of new Firestone tires and was paid and out in 45 minutes. Great guys, fast and would use them again.

Always have a good experience going to Firestone. Dean is always super helpful and great to work with. He even stayed 30 minutes after they were supposed to close so I could get my car. Highly recommend.

Very responsive team. Good management. Very timely and thorough work, without doing more than is really necessary. They worked New Year's Day to get my vehicle ready and called that day to let me know it was complete and were willing to stay late for me to pick it up. Hard to ask for much more in terms of service.

I caught a flat on my way home the other day I called the store to get pricing to take it in the morning since the store closed in 10 minutes. To my surprise not only did they have the tire in stock Dean told me to come in and they would get me back on the road that same night. Moses was quick but thorough changing my tire and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I really did appreciate them not having an attitude or denying service even though it was so close to the end of their day. Thank you again guys you gained another customer

I went in around 530 on a Friday a couple weeks ago due to my tire about to blow * you could see the wires **and living over an hour away. The one person that was working could have cared less. Told me they wouldn't even be able to get me in till Tuesday without even looking at my car. I understand most places are short staffed but the lack of empathy of your employees is disgusting. Anyhow I was able to take my business elsewhere and purchased 5 new tires and a rim. So thank you for your poor service I was able to get back on the road and will never use firestone tire again.

The experience was great. CALEB provided exceptional service. I went in for a battery replacement. We had some issues with the battery and Caleb was very professional and patient. I would definitely recommend their services. A+

I have utilized this location twice now this year because I work close by. I have been treated like I have been a customer for years. Dean is absolutely GREAT! Having your car worked on is never fun. This location in my opinion knows all about customer service. Thank You!

I rarely leave reviews. This was a really bad experience. I had nail in left rear tire. I scheduled an appointment. 2 hrs after I got a phone call that they couldn’t patch the tire because the nail was “too close to the sidewall”. I had to leave for a business trip so I agreed to replace. They tried to sell 4 new tires I agreed to do two back as I have AWD. They said it would be ready by 1pm. I called continuously throughout day and had trouble contacting the office. I showed up in person and had a hard time communicating with anyone. 5pm rolled around and I was informed they forgot to get to my car. Needless to say, I didn’t make it to South Bend and the staff seemed to be apathetic. I took my car to Belle Tire and they patched the tire free of charge within an hr of arriving at 6pm. I’m thankful I didn’t have Firestone manage my tire installation and would not trust them with my vehicle again! I also noticed that the team had a running tally of upsells on the wall. Seems they engage in this behavior often!!!

It seems like you could trust the people at the front desk. The expectations were discussed before work. I thought they would run a check to see if everything was working correctly. That was my understanding. They were suppose to check fluids, not just the brakes and tires which were obvious problems. After the desk person said I should take advantage of the credit , no interest for 60 days, I was approved and I thought that was great because I could pay bill off in two months which would work for my budget. Then, the work was done and I couldn’t use the credit. I had to walk home without my car because I didn’t have the money to pay for it. Do not go here, find a more reputable repairman.

Store Manager James went above and beyond to help me get both my headlights to work. Need was urgent to have working headlights! Told him that JL refused to do it, and James took the time himself to install for me on the spot, so I didn't have to return on Sunday when the techs are back from vaca. He also helped me save 30 bucks by appying for store cc. Glad James replaced former mgr. I live within walking distance and don't have to go to the Castleton Firestone anymore!

The manager was friendly and efficient. The work was done promptly and even though I forgot to mention that I was getting a dashboard reminder that scheduled maintenance was required, the service people rotated the tires and did a courtesy check in addition to the oil change and new windshield wipers that I had requested. Great job!

As someone who knows very little about cars/tires, James was able to help me out tremendously. He got me in the same day because my tires were dry rotted(oops) & made sure I was taken care of. Thank you James, I will be making this my new car shop :)

James was very professional and understanding even with my frustrations with issues I had after work was done on my vehicle. He did not give up and had his master mechanic diagnose the issue which was fix on the spot. Master mechanic was top notch. I have read reviews below and not only agree but too witnessed his professionalism and attentiveness with other customers as they came while I was waiting.

Very professional, knowledgeable, reliable, friendly, very clean and fast service …. James who is the store manager does a great job, he is the model for great customer satisfaction. It is my least favorite thing to deal with being a single female but he really made it super easy and made sure I understood exactly what needed to be done to get my vehicle running safely again. I appreciate the customer service, I recommended this location and I will personally be back for future maintenance.

I kept being told my car was almost ready. I found out later that the work had not even started. I called multiple times and finally walked into their store. I was then given another excuse about why the work had not started. After that the manager/sales person tried to sell me things I know for sure I did not need based on the services I had previously purchased. Basically, I have lost a lot of trust in this location and do not plan to return at this point.
