The lady at the front dest was short with me, interrupted me, and never even made eye contact with me. She never looked up from the computer screen while talking to me like I was an inconvenience. It was 10:40am on a Monday. I was only needing and oil change and she said she did not think she could get my car back to me by the end of the day. Why would it take all day to change someone's oil on a Monday morning?

Had a very bad experience here a couple months ago, that has gotten even worse now that it has gotten cold outside. Had a flat tire and needed an oil change. It was no surprise when I was told my tires all needed replaced, they were several years old. My wedding was a couple weeks out though, and after paying vendor deposits I didn’t have a ton to spend on a whole new set of tires. The manager said the cheap option would “get me through the winter” so thats what I got. I was told my total for all services would be around $500. My car is a 2012 Subaru. Here’s where it all started going downhill. After an hour, the manager comes to me and says there is a problem. The technician working on my car was from another store, covering for someone who didn’t show up that day. He says he didn’t realize how inexperienced the tech was, and that he had mistakenly drained my transmission fluid instead of my oil. This shop doesn’t work on transmissions, so they didn’t have the fluid to replace it nor the proper equipment to flush the system. It was Sunday and they were closing in an hour, plus the manager couldn’t reach his boss on the phone. I didn’t have a ride home, or to work the next morning, but was basically told there was nothing else to be done and I had to order myself a Lyft home. Hopefully, he said, the technician the following day would have the appropriate tools to finish the job. Radio silence from Firestone until I called after lunch the next day. My car was ready! They deducted what I paid for my Lyft rides from my final bill. I thought a little bit of a discount would have been nice because of the inconvenience, but I just wanted the experience to be over. That was all back in august. It’s now almost January and this experience continues to haunt me. Now, it’s the tires that I was told would “get me through the winter.” Everyone knows how the weather fluctuates daily here, and these tires are not up for the job. Any time the temperature drops from being warmer to freezing overnight, these tires are visibly low the next morning. If it warms back up for a week or two, they will be fine the entire time. But as soon as it freezes overnight, they will be noticeably low the next morning. I had to buy a portable device to add air/check the pressure on the go because I got tired of paying $1.50 at gas station air pumps multiple times a week. I definitely won’t be going back to this company. They made an embarrassingly Amateur mistake, didn’t care about the inconvenience it caused and showed no urgency to fix or make up for the experience. On top of that, the tires they specifically said would be ok for winter can’t handle the changing temperatures.

Needed a tire plug, was told 2-3 hours. The tire was off the car and all we needed was the patch thrown in and air in the tire. Went to autozone, bought a plug kit and used the emergency compressor in the car and was back on the road in less than 20 minutes.

LIFE HACK This is my not-so-secret favorite place to get tires, alignments, brakes, and "all things Firestone" taken care of easily and directly. They are in a great location minutes from everywhere. I have found that they get the job done correctly the first time, and as a bonus while waiting are located within strolling distance to food and shopping.

Quick service. But I had them check my brakes due to grinding, and was told that my brake pads were in decent shape. I was also told that I didn’t necessarily need new brakes right now (though I was prepared to pay). I got a second opinion elsewhere. They inspected the brake pads and showed me they were down to the metal and I needed new rotors. Not very thorough on inspections.

Took in my vehicle months ago to recharge my AC, it worked for a few days and started blowing warm air. I called numerous times and had it brought back in. I was told the charge was okay and nothing was wrong or that the weather wasn't hot enough to effectively test my air conditioning.... I brought it back on days it rained, and a day it was over 90 degrees. Still the same outcome, they had my vehicle for a few hours. I'd pick it up and they'd tell me my vehicle was fine and they didn't notice a leak and it was above factory standards for freon. Fast forward to today, my freon was out completely which means... there was a leak. There was green freon dripping from the line. My AC was blowing nothing but hot air after only 3 months. I wasted $700 for a terrible recharge, told there wasn't a leak, and yet I saw visually with my own eyes, freon dripping from a line. To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Over several trips to this location, and several times being told my air conditioning was fine. It wasn't, it only blew cold air for a couple of days, I believe they never even checked because even sitting in my driveway running for over an hour, the AC never got cold. I drove to Florida and it never got cold, the vehicle vlew hot air and they did nothing to help after I paid them to recharge my system. I find a leak, and still they did nothing to fix it. I will never be coming back to Firestone.

I came in and explained what was going on and your rep came out to the car and took charge. This location was very friendly and addressed all of my concerns. Received my car back today and it is driving better than it ever has. Thank you for your fast and friendly service!

Went in due to braking my control arm and was called about 5hrs later with notes on my car along with the repair cost .. $6000 to fix all the issues with her . I told them I could not afford that and I would pick her up the following day . Got a tow and went to a different shop where I got a low cost and my car is in perfect condition, as she can be for an ‘09 . I also had called my mechanic cause I’m not from here and was told that I was being ripped off, which is not great to hear ! I believe it was also somewhat of me being a woman . With all that said, I will not be coming back .

Danny was great! I went in for a tire rotation and follow up on services that were performed on my vehicle, not even 6 months ago. Back on 9/9/23, I took my vehicle in to have it looked at due to shaking that was happening once I reached 60 mph. I had brand new spark plugs put into my vehicle just one week prior to taking it to Firestone, as I continued to get a reading for the code P0304 misfire. Upon taking it to Firestone, I was told, I needed to have new spark plugs, ignition coils and a fuel system cleaning. I advised the spark plugs were new and when I asked if I could see the spark plugs, they removed (the ones I just purchased) I was told the tech already threw them in the trash. I was also charged $16.99 for a battery corrosion package, that was never mentioned to me. I saw it listed after the work was done and paperwork provided. When I asked about it the store manager, just apologized. I am now having the same problem with my car once at 60mph and no warranty offered. I was also told to go to 1 of 4 recommended shops to have a "real fuel injector system cleaning" done, as they didn't do them, but I was however still charged for a fuel system cleaning. The manager, did however state, he would reimburse me for this, if I had one of the shops he provided do the fuel cleaning service. I am not sure why they even supposedly did the work, if it was not something they do. I am basically out of over $1,000 for work completed by Firestone that did not resolve the issue.

I took my vehicle to this location because they accept the coverage I have on my vehicle. In addition to the work I needed done on the suspension, they told me I need new tires and brakes. But I was unable to afford those repairs at the time. When I picked up the vehicle they stated it was still wobbling when driving but that it's due to either the tires or brakes that needed replaced. Fast forward a couple months later and I got a flat tire. When I took it off, there was a HUGE bald spot on the tire, undoubtedly caused from the suspension issues I had had. So why did they not tell me about it?!? Then, I had a brake inspection done at a different shop and was told I still had half the life left on my brake pads!! Overall, I just don't feel like these guys were honest. I have had no issues with the work they did do, but I have an icky feeling and won't be returning.

Myk and Danny were both very friendly and helpful. They didn't try to sell me something I didn't really need or give me any scares that would make me worry about my car. My car is older and the team there takes very good care of my car. I will continue to bring my car to this shop because of the great customer service I receive when I go there. Thanks guys!!

Myk is very friendly and a good person. Makes me feel like I’m taken seriously and doesn’t make me feel like he’s just trying to get every cent out of my car. You can tell he’s trustworthy which is hard to find, especially when it comes to getting your car fixed. As a woman and especially on the younger side it is important to be able to find trustworthy people to help you with your car.

This is the best store when it comes to doing anything on vehicles. Everyone is very friendly and helpful and they explain everything to me and a break it down if I don’t understand. The manager Myk, is the best! I never had a problem with him, nor any of his associates. They are very friendly and professional. I never seen anyone so helpful like them at this location. I had recommend a lot of my friends and family members to come to this location because how Myk and his crew is very helpful and pleasant to be around when it comes to getting their vehicles taken care of. This is the only location that I would go to honestly and my friends and family will only go here also too.

I am commending Danny, Firestone representative, for the quick, patient, and professional service. I had a blowout as a result of encountering a pothole. Danny received my towed car and coordinated all the necessary repairs while thoroughly providing estimates for the repairs. Danny had my emergency wrapped up in a few hours. I stopped in to simply get my tires rotated because of some ongoing issues of diagnosing a problem having a bumpy ride. Getting rim bends repaired, having balance and rotations at other locations, ridiculous suspension repair quotes from another Firestone...so I voiced my frustrations to Myk who took in all my info. He understood the issues and frustrations and took action. I left with a better set of tires than I came in with (which I think ultimately were the problem, they were barely used) and now I have a smoother ride. As a customer, I greatly appreciated not just his full transparency, but his overall attitude in helping me. I highly recommend this specific Firestone. I cannot say the same for others. Myk was fantastic.

Was a long time Nora customer (even after moving) but switched to Castleton and am very happy. Myk and his crew are excellent and I never worry about getting over charged or if it will be fixed right. They do a great job and cannot recommend them enough.
