I made a waiting appointment for an oil change at 9am at this location. I dropped my vehicle off and went to a nearby restaurant to work remotely. I was told the vehicle would be done about 2 hours later. I called around 1 asking the status and was told that they were sorry they didn’t reach out but found some other items I should address. I approved the additional items and was told they needed to order the parts but it should be done by end of day for same day pick up. I called at 4:30 and Matthew explained the parts had not arrived, could not tell me when the parts would arrive and could not tell me if my oil had been changed yet (7 hours after having my vehicle). I explained I would need to come back to grab my child’s car seat and was told I could just bring back my car the following morning instead. Matthew, though he feigned that he was “just as upset” as I stared at me blankly, no answers for me upon arrival about the original work on my vehicle, and mostly stared at me with a blank face after inconveniencing me for an entire day due to your staffs lack of communication and inability to do their jobs. I do not trust this location, staff, or company to service any of my vehicles and would never waste my time here again.

Incredible customer service & friendly care. They squeezed me in for a quick fix when their schedule was completely booked so I could make the 2.5 hour drive home without being stranded. So thankful for their service and genuine care.

I was traveling today from Kansas City and had an issue with my tire pressure on one of my tires and stopped at the Firestone shop at 425 Delaware in Indianapolis. They were set to close at 6 pm and I arrived at 5:15 pm. The gentleman at the desk could have turned me away as they were very busy and it was almost closing time, but he was kind enough to fit me in and wound up having to replace my tire. The customer service I received was outstanding and they went above and beyond to get me back on the road in no time! I cannot thank them enough for taking good care of me and my dogs so we could get back on the road!! Thank you, Jacob and Matt! I so appreciate your kindness! Stacey Parker

I had another Firestone location cancel an appointment with me. So I called Liz Hodge in Indianapolis. The previous Firestone was giving me a free alignment, but I had to now wait almost another week to have it done, because they canceled last minute. My tire was so far cambered out that I could hardly drive the car, I could not wait a week. When I tell you Liz saved me that is not exaggerated, she didn’t even question me when I called, just said they will get me in ASAP. She honored my free alignment though I know she didn’t have to do that. If Liz does not already have her own store, corporate needs to give her one immediately. I guarantee you will see an increase to your client retention ratio. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!

I needed my tired sensors replaced and it took quite a bit longer than anticipated to no one’s fault (a piece of technology updated randomly no one has control over that). I was waiting at the location and the service manager (I didn’t catch her name) checked on me a few times after a while and was very apologetic. If it’s possible to get two of those machines it might be worth the investment ;)

Supposed to repair coolant system and only did half the job. 3 days later I'm leaking coolant and they want an additional $300+ to fix something that they were supposed to fix for the $930 I already paid them. Find another shop if you don't want to keep going back

The appointment was scheduled without delay, and the service was completed after recommendations were made that required payment. The staff was very informative and cheerful and helped me understand the needs of my vehicle's service status.

They refused to fix the window even though when the appointment was made, it was put in the work order. I was told that they were just too busy to get it done, and it was raining, and it was a security hazard to leave a window down. I will never use Firestone for any reason ever again because it's always something every time I go to any service place. They are lazy and don't want to work.

Was happy to make a same day of appointment for oil change and tire rotation while passing through town, but the experience was not great. Total time in the store was about 1.5 hours. I waited in lobby, where store manager and team seemed very disengaged from work/customers. When I got my truck back the hood was not completely latched. Pretty scary to discover it bouncing around when driving away. Technician was also supposed to conduct an inspection, which all I received was an "all good", no notes... when I relatched my hood I realized my car battery terminals were wildly corroded and this was not mentioned or addressed. Unclear if tire rotation happened, was not listed on receipt either. Would not recommend!!

I ended up with a piece of metal in my tire and took it here to get help on a Sunday. It wasn't repairable but despite being short staffed they were able to get a new set of tires on my car in just a few hours. Very helpful, courteous and also gave me a good price on the new tires. I'd really recommend this location. They went the extra mile to help me out.

I’ve to bring my car in a handful of times (which is never a fun thing), but this Firestone always takes care of me! Liz and team are always a delight and make sure my car is serviced quick and diagnoses any other issues I have. Thanks again for all of the help yall!

So today I needed to get a car battery and this Firestone was just down the road in downtown Indianapolis. Called the store and they were able to get me in quickly. They had to get the battery from elsewhere and that went smoothly. Dropping the car off and within two hours it was ready. The service was polite and the quote was reasonable. Today this place did an outstanding job.

Perry was so nice and helpful. My car randomly wouldn't accelerate so I drove it to the nearest car shop which was Firestone. He came and checked the codes, filled up my tires and gave me advice. No charge or wait!!! I will for sure be going back here for his help

Didn't reset engine light. Replaced ac and didn't properly charge AC. Manager rude to me on the phone and to my college age daughter. Asked Regional manager to contact me. No call. Stay away!

First, the location is perfect. Second, they can change the oil in a Fiat. I once took it to that 5 minute oil change place and they had to call someone to bring over a tool to remove the oil filter. Also, the price is right.

The stars I gave were only for the staff at the store because they are always kind and trying hard. Maintenance is always done same day within a few hours. Every time I come in the staff always seems to be stressed due to the company understaffing shifts. Corporate has raised the prices for basic maintenance up high. I just needed a screw removed and tire patched in that spot and an oil change and it was $100 oil change and $40 for a patch. I only paid it because I need my car all week. I'd feel better about the price if the techs were getting a big chunk of it, but can almost guarantee that's not the case. Would also be nice to know the prices for basic things before arriving to the store.

Went July 18th with appointment, 45 min later they had not touched my car while I waited. Dean was yelling at mechanics in front of customers. Avery got approval for me to come back Saturday for a free oil change since they didn’t even start mine with an appointment. Called before I went on Saturday and they couldn’t get it done because staff walked out or something. Called and confirmed a good time to get to done today and Avery confirmed 4pm. I sat for 40 minutes before asking about my car and was told it hadn’t been touched. No respect for my time or business to let me come in and wait when they know it won’t get done with an appointment. There also seems to be a girlfriend/friend of staff hanging out on the lobby. Unprofessional, rude, uncommunicative - skip it.

They were extremely kind and efficient. I had a slow leak in one tire. I know that with an all wheel drive SUV, if they can’t patch it I likely have to get four new tires and they could have easily charged me for four new tires and I would not have known the difference. They patched my one tire for $30 and they were wonderful, quick, kind, and honest. I’ll absolutely come here every time I need something that they provide. Thank you so much!

Twice I've called to see about taking my truck in and twice they've said we don't do that. They should probably take the complete auto repair off their sign. Very misleading.
