The guys at this Firestone location always get me right. The manager is always the main point of contact and he is very hands on with all of his employees and with the customers. I had an issue recently and bought my car to them… the part was ordered quick and put on in a timely manner so that I can get back on the road.

Made appointment online...got verification...got to location and everything was GREAT. They checked me in immediately, got my vehicle in and did an OUTSTANDING job, and quicker than what I thought it would take. They provided me a print out of the before and after (I just had the rack & pinion with tie rod ends replaced, so it was off quite a bit), and showed the document to my mechanic, and he said they did a PERFECT job...could not be happier...drives great.

Went in for a tire replacement due to a nail in my tire. As a woman I hate coming to get car things done. This location is LITERALLY the only location I've ever been to where I feel welcomed. Jeff made me feel like I was his neighbor. So down to earth. He quoted me and hour to hour and half and was done in less that a hour. Cheyane was so professional. She is about business. She reminds me of a ninja. Quiet and fast! Before I left Jeff told me make sure I come back to his location and that I will do. Thanks Jeff and Cheyane!

I originally give them a good review, but I most share some facts. I went to get an AC check up and received a long list of suggestions. The power stiring fluid alledgely was low. I got under the hood and found the cap of one of the side containers for the freon just put there on the side. The technician forgot to put it back. If I didn't got in to check the other issue wich was not accurate my power stiring liquid need it like a tablespoon it run all over when I tried to fill it. Go figure the school those techs went to. I can imagine if the cap from that tank had fallen of and gas got loose what would it happen. I will never go thereagain. I don't need to contact Firestone this post says clearly my experience.

I was here last weekend with my wife and let’s just say Jeff really helped us out with our tire issue we had. He not only was thorough with his explanations but he also gave us a visual aid showing us what had happened that made our tires condition be in the state that it was. He then proceeded to help us with a great deal we couldn’t refuse and made sure we were well taken care of. even JC the mechanic was very friendly and helpful and made sure we were 100% satisfied This Firestone is slightly further from where I live and I have no issue making the extra mile drive knowing we’re going to be treated well it’s 100% worth it

I went in for an inspection and the inspector said I needed a brake light bulb change and passenger side windshield wiper replaced. Larry quoted me 125.xx dollars and if it I didn't pay he would have to fail the inspection. I told him to fail it. I then went to AutoZone and got 2 bulbs for $8 and then to Walmart and bought 2 wipers blades for $15. I get that they uncharge but that is a little ridiculous. I won't go back to this place again.

Jeff and his team did an exceptional job at delivering service once again! The entire experience from ordering my new tires to the checkout process was effortless and I am feeling new again on my brand new Bridgestone Turanzas. These tires are so smooth, I feel very secure on the road once again with a road hazard insurance and a lifetime alignment gives the peace of mind everyone needs for miles to come! I highly recommend this Firestone location, Jeff and his team to handle your needs!

Oh my God, this automotive service shop is a disgrace. First the newer location on Barker Cypress put the wrong oil in, and I surprisingly lost the dispute. Then, the highway 290 location decides to try and take care of my front left clank, and doesn’t, because it still is later. It’s only when I have to back up and get it going quick like if I went down the wrong way and have to turn around quick, but still. The honest thing would be to work out with me. I don’t have to pay anymore and get it back to four stars. If they don’t do that, I’m staying away and they’re in for a surprise.

I have been going to this location for at least 20 years. I recently moved about 1pm miles further away. However, I still go back to this location because Jeff and his team provide great customer service. Not just to me but my entire family. When I am there I often hear them dealing with others customers an everyone is treated with the same exceptional service and experience.

Jeff needs to know how to do his job ! My brother was here for his car’s inspection and Jeff was very rude and sounded very racist!! He literally gave him wrong quote just because he wasn’t speaking proper “English” then my brother showed him online offer that clearly had a discounted price! Instead of patiently explaining him, he just tried to send him back saying that he doesn’t have time today and asked him to come back tomorrow. You can do better Jeff!

This location is very clean, isn't too busy and has great service. I recommend this location if you don't want to wait hours just to speak to someone or have simple work (Ex. tire change, oil change) performed.
