Initially, I gave four stars, but after two weeks of my Toyota 4runner tire replacement, I changed my mind. I had to come back to check air pressure which was too high, wheels were unbalanced and unaligned. I also had to ask for wheels to be flipped as they weren't showing their logos. I would rather recommend checking other shops. If no choice, keep an eye on their procedures while they're fixing it.

This is my favorite auto care shop. Quick and thorough service with an awesome staff. Robert goes above and beyond for his customers. He is highly knowledgeable and provides comprehensive information/advice. Employees like him are the reason I keep coming back to Firestone!

terrible professionalism. took 2 hours and the original scheduled service was not done, due to "lack of availability". Instead they tried to upsale a bunch of other stuff that was not even in the plan and once I said no, their attitude completely changed. not coming back to this location for sure

After 30+ years of reasonable experience and service at this location, the service and the poor attitude toward the customer (myself) warrants my re-evaluation for future service. I was overcharged, Lifetime Balance and Rotation was not performed, and replacement tire quote was higher than identical tires at another location (due to un-repairable flat tire)! e.g., wanted to charge me $21.99 for inspection of my 2025 car with 2,444 miles!

Spoke with Roberto throughout the entire process. Very professional, polite, and courteous. The oil change went smooth, had tires rotated, installed new engine air filter and cabin air filter, and helped me with my heatshield, as my muffler kept lightly hitting it. Overall an excellent experience. I will definitely be back! Thank you, again to everyone!

This place is great. I live nearby, had a flat and brought it here. I was quickly greeted, and service was fast. Service was also trustworthy- rather than advocating immediately for me to purchase a new tire, they went ahead and inspected the whole car first and tried to see if the leak in the tire could be patched. Turns out patching was not an option, but for $174 I got the full inspection and installation of a new Firestone tire. The same tire retails at Walmart for $171, so I know I got a good deal. I greatly appreciate the honest service. Huge shout out to the Saturday evening/night crew here. Y'all are great. Thanks!

Paul is the best mechanic in Houston. I’ve literally followed him to various Firestone locations because he is a honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable mechanic who you can trust with your vehicle and safety. He took care of some essential repairs and the vehicle is back to running conditions. Thanks so much Paul! Also thanks to Adrian and Robert for their assistance too.

Very disappointed with service. Had to wait 2 hours for an alignment that wasn’t done correctly, my car is still not driving straight. Customer service was terrible and no communication. No updates on time while waiting at store. After 2 hours and 10 minutes of waiting inside, I step outside to get air and BOOM, there’s my car, just sitting there…done. So I go back inside and wait another 20 minutes thinking they will call me to the counter to pay and after 20 minutes of sitting, still nothing. So I go to the counter to ask ETA and the guy looks at me from garage chair, grabs my keys from the hook and then comes in and starts checkout without apologizing or even saying a word. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Luckily I bought lifetime alignment so I can go get it done again but will definitely not go back to that location nor recommend to anyone, even it’s it to use the bathroom. Awful, awful, awful. I wish Discount Tires was out here.

Just bought the lifetime alignment with the 20 dollars off coupon, best investment ever made, people here are friendly and very fast. They took care of my car. I recommend this place. I would like to mention Robert and Adrian, both of them were more than amazing in answering my questions and explaining everything to me, they were very friendly and went above and beyond in doing my alignment and inspection, I can't recommend coming here more and asking for Robert.

Coupon for the AC check is a scam. Spent my day, paid Uber and $20 so they can lure me in and tell me that I need to pay $250 for them to tell me where the leak is. I understand there's an extra charge for the added refrigerant but it costs $12 in Walmart.

Scheduled for 9 am appointment, was told car would be done in 2 hours with plenty of time for pick up. Came back at noon but they just started to work on the car and would only take a few minutes…don’t trust these people

Firestone saved the day today! I got my Alfa Romeo towed here for a tire replacement. They were busy so it took a while but I just left it and came back. Great customer service from Adrian.

Honest inspection of issues with your vehicle. They make sure to apply any deals that may be going on with the company. They made sure to try to complete repairs in a timely manner. They get the repairs done properly.

I would have given 0 stars, but that is not an option. I waited 5 hours for them to put a set of tires on my vehicle and do an alignment. I watched them service several other cars that came after me. When I questioned them about the wait, I was told that John (the person who rang me up) wrote on my paperwork "end of day" and that meant that they had until the end of the day to finish. I wish I had gone to Discount Tire. It would not have taken as long, and the people are friendlier.

Had our vehicle inspection done. Person at the front desk was polite and informative. The inspection took about 20 minutes. Had the vehicle oil change , tire rotation, general overall inspection done. Further repairs were needed. We were notified of the recommended repairs and the cost. Questions were answered completely. There were no surprises. We are very happy with the service.
