Don’t go here. I don’t know how this place is receiving anything above one star. When you go to an auto mechanic, they are supposed to fix the problem, but not here. Been there about 4-5 to fix problems they’ve made. Every time I get back the car, another problem occurs. They are not fixing the car, they’re making it worse. Over 4K was spent due to their negligence. DO NOT GO HERE.

Was on my way from downtown Houston to Sargent, as I often do, but needed to stop and take care of a nail in my tire first. It was Sunday, and I was thankful to find them open. Arrived before 10:00am, and since I didn’t have an appointment, it took them until after noon but I didn’t mind. They even let me sit with my dog inside while I waited. Something told me to walk around and look at the right rear before pulling away, but I didn’t. When I stopped 45 miles away to fuel up, I did take a look, and was missing a lug nut! I checked the other 5, and 2 were loose! I was pretty mad, so I called and spoke to the service desk guy Giovanni. He was very apologetic, said to bring it right back to get it fixed. I explained how this wouldn’t work for me today. He suggested that I find a Firestone near where I was, and that they might be able to help. I hung up, did a quick search, and found a Firestone nearby in Clute. But the more I thought about it, I decided this was something Giovanni should help with. I called G back and told him, and when his answers started flowing during this second call is where I got furious! He told me he had checked with his tech, who had told him he had tightened and torqued every lug, so, they didn’t understand how this could’ve happened! I told G either one or both of them were lying; and how rediculous he was. I then asked G to call the Firestone in Clute to let them know I was coming and why, and he said he didn’t have the number, and his system would only allow him to see local Firestones to him for obtaining stock! I asked if he had a damn cell phone, and G was then able to look it up, and call to let them know I was coming. When I got to Firestone in Clute, I was welcomed by Andrew before I even got out of the truck, and he directed to parking the bay. He found a replacement lug nut, but was having a hard time getting it on. Turns out, Giovanni and the gang in Houston had cross threaded the lug on the end! Andrew and I worked the problem with the other existing lug nuts to get it back to good enough threads, and got all six lugs seated and torqued! In the end, my recommendation is this: 1) NEVER take your automobile to Firestone on Washington Ave in Houston, even change your plans if you have to; and 2) if you are ever near or around Clute TX, and need tire or automotive help, swing by and let Andrew at Firestone help you out!

Today I had a flat tire and arrived at Firestone right before they closed at 7 PM, hoping they could help me out. Although they weren’t able to fix the issue due to the late hour, Moses went above and beyond to assist me. He kindly offered to inflate my tire so I could safely make it to my next stop, which was a huge relief. On top of that, he was incredibly respectful and professional, making sure I was taken care of in every way he could under the circumstances. I was even able to use the restroom before heading out, which was another small but thoughtful gesture that made a big difference in a stressful moment. Thanks to Moses and his excellent customer service, I will absolutely be coming back to this Firestone for future business. Moses, you get a 100 from me! Keep up the great work!

This is the second time coming here feeling like I have been deceived. I brought my car in for diagnostic. They said they were not able to figure it out without doing an additional 2 1/2 hours of labor. Diagnostics should be fully encompassing… If you can’t figure out what’s wrong with the car, call me to come pick it up. Don’t say we’re gonna charge you an additional $500 because we still don’t know what’s wrong with it. Last time this happened i paid $1000 for struts that’s were installed improperly and my car started slamming on the ground while driving. I came here out of convenience but will never be back and never recommend anyone to come here.

Came to this firestone location for work on my vehicle made an appointment online and put in the details of what all needed to be serviced. Had multiple questions in regards the service and Moses was quite rude in response and seemed as if he could not answer my questions. Visited the location in Baybrook earlier this year and had a much better experience. Wouldn’t recommend based on poor customer service from their indoor rep that i had to interact with.

BEWARE !!!! If I can give 0 stars I WOULD, my little cousin who is in college, went to get his tires rotated so he could come to Dallas to vote and see his parents! Called to see when he could pick up his CAR and he kept getting the run around he was put on hold several times and finally the manager told him over the phone that his car had already been picked up, they gave his keys to the wrong customer and let the man drive off no proof. The police are involved this will be investigated and they were so oblivious and rude when they were questioned by the police, after the officer heard the Fire Stone teams side of what happened and they informed the officer that the cameras just so happened not to be working that day, The officer stepped outside to call the prosecutor so the officer was told by the prosecutor to inform my aunt/uncle that they definitely need to file a civil suit. Please don’t bring your vehicles here at this location you might not see your car again. My cousin takes care of his car, this is a traumatic experience for my little cousin!

I have gone to this location for several years. They are very helpful and have done all routine maintenance as well as my tire needs while I wait. When my tire registers low they fill with air and check for leaks. I have recommended them to family and friends.

With the weather change one of my tires was low on air pressure, never been here before but stopped to see if they could give a little air for that tire and they did it no big deal. Gotta love the small things companies do to build good feelings with potential customers. When I need new tires I’ll be back.

Worst place for service. They supposedly rotated my tires and took out a nail in my tire only to find out they didn’t do it at all and made me wait 3 hours even though i had an appointment. The establishment has absolutely no parking and it looks like a mad house there . They didn’t give me a receipt and when asked they said I would get it emailed , which never happened . Go somewhere else for service . The employees seem stressed too .

Took them an hour to claim the nail in my tire couldn’t be repaired when it’s dead in the middle so they can upsell me a tire.. asked them where my truck was they said “back parking lot” ends up being parked in a tow zone on the street, get in my truck and the tire that needs a patch is at 53 psi when it needs to be at 35… I don’t usually leave bad reviews but Jesus Christ that’s absolutely wild for a business to make this many mistakes..

As of now former customer. We have in the past 4 years had our car serviced here and the experience has gotten worse in the last year. Most recently we went in to have a noise in the back right brake assessed. Upon arrival we were told it would only take a few hours. Well a few hours turned into 3 days and the car is still not fixed. We had to pay over $600 to get an unfinished and unsafe car. We will never go back for anything. They never communicated with us and wanted to charge us an additional $400 to supposedly finish the job. We will never recommend this shop to anyone. The lack of communication and customer service was the last straw for us.

I don't trust you people to diagnose my A/C Leak . Your reviews are worse than Joe Bidens . They want 59.99 to diagnose the A/C leak. Why would I pay you to diagnose the A/C leak then pay you and trust you to repair it when you you don't even have a single good review. LOL 😂

I just came from their humble location and the service there was terrible. I waited 5 hours for them to tell me I was next after I asked for my keys to go somewhere else. I came here - I usually don’t do reviews - but man. As soon as I walked in they greeted me and there was a ton of people waiting. My car was taken in and looked at in 30m. You can tell they are more organized here and they care about what they do. So whoever runs this location. Thank you.

Took 3 hours longer than originally told. I had to wait in the shop for over an hour. When I got my car back several settings had been changed on the dash board and there was grease all over the interior of my car!

Dont waste your money ..... I spent 7k to have my engine replace. The Service manager Mark Anthony told me he would have my truck back up and running in a week. I Revived a call from make two weeks later saying it was going to be another week. I spent the next two weeks calling the store and emailing them to try and pick up my truck.... Finial I got a hold of the new services manager.... I was told everyone that worked there had been replaced. I go to pick up my truck and it died as I was driving off the lift.....due to no gas.... It was almost full when they got it....I drove back home and the truck started shaking and sounding like it was going to die.Every light on the dash board was on.... I called Firestone back and was given the the run around....... I was told my engine had been replaced by a third party and I needed to contact them... I had my truck towed in to Chevy and was told the engine that was put in was bad and misfiring..... I called Firestone back and asked for a service manager to call me as of today no one has called or reached out to me.......7k down the drain

I’m a returning customer but this experience wasn’t great. I came to pickup my car from a headlight replacement and the employees couldn’t open the safe to return my car keys? After ubering here I was waiting for over an hour while the front desk woman was attempting to open the safe. After waiting over an hour I ubered to work because I received no ETA when the safe would be open. 3 hours later I received a call that the safe was open. When I came to pickup my car the employees still couldn’t find my keys? Finally got them after multiple people were looking in different folders. Not even an apology from anyone for wasting my entire morning. This place is a disaster and needs new management.

My wife, visiting from Austin, dropped her car off at Firestone for an 11 a.m. appointment. Despite the scheduled time, they didn't even look at her car until 3 p.m. When they finally did (Questionable), they claimed the AC compressor was out. She wasn’t given any documentation and, needing her car, brought it back to Austin. I was out of town in North Dakota, but when I returned and checked the car, I found the AC working fine. They had clearly never looked at the vehicle—if they had, they would’ve noticed the AC button wasn’t engaged. To make matters worse, Firestone in Austin couldn’t pull up any information. I had to call the Houston Firestone and spoke with Javier, who was extremely unhelpful. Firestone was clearly trying to exploit my wife, through negligence, with unnecessary and costly repairs. I will have my wife avoid Firestone Auto in the future.

This place is horrible. I made a reservation and they never rotated my tires and my tire pressure was still low. Appt was at 9am, was still there at 11:30 am!!! Will never go here again.
