Online says their open until 7. Get there after 6, they say they're closed at 6. If you're going to be open only until 6 then update your Google listing. Drove all the way out here because others say they closed at 6.

This Firestone has the best customer service and knowledge of any vehicle like my Honda CR- V 2011! Their prices are very reasonable and they also have special discounts in their Firestone app! I highly recommend this Firestone to anyone out there in need of some help with their own vehicle!👍👍

I wish there was a 0 star option. I had to have my car towed to it after breaking down on the side of the road and I called multiple times throughout the day asking if they had a chance to look at the car yet and asking for a call back as I cannot afford to miss a day of work. They were clearly annoyed and blamed jiffy lube telling me that my engine had been completely flooded in oil and gave me a quote for a new engine which was roughly 6000 dollars before tax. THEY DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE ENGINE. I had it towed to a Nissan dealership that told me that I just needed AN OIL CHANGE!!! Absolutely ridiculous how blatantly they tried to scam me over this, I will forever tell everyone to avoid Firestone.

Made an appointment for an alignment, on a Sunday, at 1pm. Arrived at 12:50am and was asked if I was going to wait on the vehicle. I responded with yes. I waited in the lobby until 2:34pm before they pulled my vehicle into the shop. I have the lifetime alignment on this vehicle and last time I was here it took long as well, but not quite this long. 1 hr and 45min of waiting for an alignment with an appointment. This is ridiculous. Go somewhere else. This place stinks.

My car was having clutch issues so took to Firestone for a diagnostic. While I was waiting the staff was very friendly and helpful to customers coming and going. They were able to experience what my car was doing and then set me up for repair. Erick was extremely helpful in providing me a timeline parts/repair and working with my insurance so the cost was covered. I dropped my vehicle off on a Monday and picked up Tuesday evening. Tiffany was friendly and provided me my invoice when I came to pick up my car. Brought back in to have the backing plate adjusted which Erick helped me with and he mentioned their upcoming promotions they are having in June. I had a great experience here and will be a returning customer for future maintenance. I will say anytime your vehicle needs work plan on allowing the time for diagnostic and repairs. Having patience goes a long way in realizing places are busy, there are people ahead of you and repairs are not always an in and out fix. Thank you Erick and staff, keep up the great work!

Tiffany and staff were great! As a courtesy, Tiffany gave me a ride to work and the conversation on the ride there was such a blessing. I look forward to making the Fry Rd. location my new car care location. :)
