Noah was very Helpful and Polite No complaints at all ! And the Machanic was polite as well and the timing wasn’t long at all For an oil change and a filter change . Thank you guys !

I’ve been using Firestone for over 10 years and this location is probably my only negative experience. Front desk is fine, and the quality of the work was fine. I even trusted their diagnosis on other work. The main problem is the wait time. Normally I’m OK with waiting but I saw technicians on their phone in the shop. Using their phones while using machines. Taking a nap then waking up to get on their phones. That’s where I have a problem with waiting. I don’t have a problem with Firestone but this location is not good. Save yourself a few hours and go somewhere else.

Les diera más estrellas pero noo.muy mal servicio llege y le pregunte a una señora si hablaba español y muy grosera me contesto que no pero con un tono bastante grosero como si uno a pedir ba quería dos llantas para mi carro pero como no es carro del año creo que tienen preferencia hay que llegar con carro del año talves así te atienden mejor ni loca regreso ahi

My car was making noise but driving ok after I got it check to see what’s the problem and now the car don’t want to stay crank the an auto store around the corner from them say they also wouldn’t recommend nobody to this location

A little annoyed that I made an appointment at 8 o’clock arrived at 8:03 and it wasn’t until 948 that they were able to take my car in on the lift for an alignment. The whole purpose of me making an appointment was to have my car service at 8 o’clock hopefully out by nine if I wanted to sit there and wait for two hours I could’ve just dropped my car off at a day that was a little bit more convenient for me and picked it up later. I had some place to go, so I just told them I’d take my car and come back another time when it’s more feasible for me to just drop it off when I don’t necessarily need my vehicle for a several hours.
