Horrible place with a horrible manager. Had a repair done where they had my vehicle for over a week that was misdiagnosed and spent over $600. Went to the dealer and the problem resolved in 1 day and spent over $400. So over $1000 was spent on a simple problem of a cooling fan not running properly. I will never step foot in another Firestone again. I called the corporate office and they never returned my calls after dozens of attempts and several months. I hate them and I wish the manager gets fired.

Before coming into the store I called and spoke to an employee named Myron. I explained my situation and he told me to bring the vehicle in. It was one hour before they closed but because of the severity of my issue he assured me that not to worry about the closing time and that they would get my vehicle repaired. All the techs were knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate this top notch service and will be back in the future!

I needed a new battery. I have a daughter who is in a wheelchair. I asked how long it would take to replace my battery. I needed to get my daughter out of vehicle. He told me she was fine to stay in vehicle. They had me out in less than 15 minutes. I would absolutely go back. Excellent service l!!

I would not recommend firestone to anyone. I don’t think the employees care very much for their job and I don’t think they do a really good job after taking my 2015 Ford Explorer with 137,000 miles to have the struts and spring assembly replaced back in April, I kept having issues after issues after issues they would fix something and then all of a sudden something else would mess up, in October of this year I had to take it back to Firestone They checked it. They said it was the struts and spring assembly they would replace it for free since it was a warranty job after picking up my car. I noticed that it was still making a noise so I took it back to fire stone they checked it. They said it was the CV axle and quoted me $450, I decided to try another mechanic because I was fed up with having issues after issues I felt like firestone would fix something on my car and damaging something else. I honestly really do think maybe they do it on purpose or they just don’t care about checking their work anyways after taking my car to a different shop . The mechanic there told me that it was just a swayed bar that Firestone left loose after replacing the strut and spring assembly. It was not the cv axel, but a loose swayed bar. I am upset that I took it back to Firestone and they diagnosed it with something completely different when it was just a loose sway bar that they forgot to reinstall when they replace the struts and springs The only reason I kept taking my car to Firestone is because it was convenient. It was around the corner. I could walk home, but I found a better mechanic around the corner so I will definitely be taking it to better Mechanic Please save your money and time don’t use Firestone this is my opinion other people may have a better experience with them but I didn’t

Larry, the new store manager is really doing an awesome job. I just recently came back to this particular fire stone and I’ll never go up to another Firestone. If you used to shop at this fire stone I have never shopped at this fire stone please go by and give larry A chance to get your business you won’t regret it.

They have amazing customer service. Everytime I come here the service is great. The place is always very clean, including the restroom. Julian, the store manager, was very patient, informative and polite. Today I had the pleasure of speaking with Anthony, one of the service technicians, he was very pleasant as well and I would still recommend this Firestone location.

Julian laws is awful. Quotes women ONE very high price and only after I spoke to my father and a few other men did I realize he was trying to take advantage of me. He was quoting me four times the normal price yall

came in twice now.. very uncomfortable feeling when walking in with the customer service. They don’t even look at you so you’re just awkwardly standing until they decide they wanna service. Came in with an appointment and still made me wait an hour just to get my tire replaced with warranty :(

This was some kind of experience. I don’t want to leave a negative review because staff were nice any they able finally figured the problem with my vehicle. But it cost me ubers and rental cars. Let’s say the experience was stressful but my vehicle was finally fixed

I recently came here for a brake bleed service after replacing my brake lines. I paid $100 for the service, which I felt was overpriced, but I chose this place because they appeared professional and convenient. While they worked on my car, I went to get lunch. When I got my car back, the brakes felt just as bad as before. I left and drove off in case it was just me overthinking. But after driving, i confirmed it was only mildy better than before at best. I called to request that they double-check their work since the brakes didn't seem properly bled. To my disappointment, I was informed that I would need to pay another $100 for them to redo the service. They did offer to take a look, but I am confident the initial brake bleed was not done correctly as the issue remained unchanged. Edit: I did the brake bleed myself again, and it turns out it needed just a bit more. I guess that couldn't be done at the shop after paying for the service.

Came in to get my AC checked. Angel at the front was very informative and helpful. He did not try to push me to purchase things I didn’t need, which I appreciated. Jose who fixed my ac was also great. He showed me exactly what was going on with my ac and what I will need to replace in the future. He fixed my ac quickly and saved me from having to ride around in this Houston heat. My over all experience was great and I definitely will be doing business here going forward.

Took my car here for a coolant leak. They said they took a look at it & drove it around & that nothing was wrong. Ended up taking it to the dealership because it was overheating & there was an obvious coolant leak. The dealership found where the leak was coming from & fixed it. Don’t take your car here if you don’t want your time wasted.

Truck was making a loud grinding noise and I was afraid to drive any further late Wednesday night. Luckily I was close to this Firestone and parked in front. Didn’t have e a key drop off so I had to return. Returned Thursday around 6:15pm and explained problem. Mechanic jumped in vehicle and we drove for a minute and grinding could be heard. Immediately he told me it’s 1 of 2 things. Within 3 minutes he had lifted front end and was explaining what he found. Front wheel passenger side bearings were bad. They explained the process and set my expectations for replacing bearings on driver and passenger side plus alignment. Next day, Friday I received a call at approximately 2pm stating ready for pick up. They were very informative and professional showing me the old parts when I arrived. And best of all it was a quick repair.

Dropped my truck off for an alignment at 11am. Didn’t get it back until 7pm. Granted I didn’t set an appointment but I was told it’ll be done in around 2 hours. It’s not the the delay that makes me upset, it’s the lack of communication. Not once did I get a call saying there was a delay. I reached out 3 times to check the Status until finally they had to go home so they finished my truck up. oh and my truck still drifts to the left, which which was the reason I brought it end to begin with.

I dropped my car off at 11:30 am and they did not even start my oil change and I had to pick it up at 4:50 pm because I couldn't wait any longer. I will look elsewhere for oil change. This is ridiculous! I had to wait 5-6 hours to get them to change my oil. Bye Felicia. I don't recommend this place.

I wanted to share the OUTSTANDING customer service given by Angel H...i currently live in San Antonio Texas, but my son new to this area attending college, and was in need of tires, and I google the nearest Firestone. From the first phone call with all the questions, Angel H. was very knowledgeable and patient with numerous calls. My son went and was very pleased with the service he received. As a parents its sure is a relief to know there is trusted reliable Firestone establishment that we can service our vehicle. I will definitely be sending Corporate a letter.
