Went in for a patch job on my tire and they couldn’t find the leak and deemed it unrepairable. I asked if they could put my spare on for me and they couldn’t even do that. Shame what has happened to customer service.

I was on time for my oil change appointment at 9:00 am and it was barely finished by 11:00 am, an oil change shouldn't take 2 hours. Also, when I had an oil change done at other companies, they told me that 5.1 quarts of oil was used when 4.8 quarts was enough (Hyundai also recommends 4.8 quarts) so you charged me $20 more for the 0.1 difference. This is a scam.

BAD EXPERIENCE SAMMUEL JUST WANTS YOUR MONEY HE TRIED TO CHARED ME $1400 FOR A SIMPLE JOB THEN HE GAVE ME THE RUN AWAY ABOUT WHATS WRONG WITH MY CAR. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FIRESTONE ON 1960. HAD ME WAITING ALL DAY JUST TO GET MY CAR BACK!!! RIDICULOUS!!

Brent and Ora are incredible and have taken great care of me in timely matter multiple different times. I don’t typically leave reviews and I had had a really bad experience a few years back but the new staff is amazing. Two big things on vehicle repairs 1.) explanation 2.) time it takes to repair they all are very knowledgeable and can explain in deep detail what’s going on with your vehicle and secondly they get it repaired extremely fast. That is credit to the mechanics in the back. Those dudes are out there working non stop. Nothing but application for these people!

It’s almost closing time at my Firestone location. The front office tech Ms. Ora was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. She did not rush me and had a tech check my car. I left satisfied and will be returning to get my repaired. Thank you Firestone ( Ms Ora) you rock!!!!

Just went to this Firestone. Basically I need my transmission serviced om my 2020 Ford That Ford recommends to be serviced every 30,000 miles. Mike at the counter basically is lazy. Didn't look it up. Said I don't need it just by looking at my car parked there. I highly recommend everyone to stay away from here. It there that lazy at the counter i can just imagine what corners will be cut with them under the hood. 0 stars

This place is horrible. I had a 12pm appointment to get an oil change and two of my back tires either patched or replaced at 1:45 p.m. I got up to finally ask if they had even started my car and the answer was no then it was I'm sorry and then it was there was a mix-up. After I leave I get a call with them apologizing asking if I could come back later again today for the services I was waiting an hour and 45 minutes for originally and I told them no that I would instead go to the original Firestone I had planned on going to. That's what I get for keeping an appointment at a store I accidentally scheduled an appointment at

I needed a run flat tire. The Firestone at Champions was supposed to have it on Sunday morning 12/29. I drove over there and they didn't have it. The man I spoke to had spoken with a woman named Cameron to see if the 2920 location had the tire I needed. They didn't have it either. However, I called Cameron myself. I was upset for a couple of different reasons...crying. Cameron was so kind. Cameron was amazing and assured me she would get the tire for me either on Sunday or Monday. She had two tires couriered over on Sunday. I had a new tire that afternoon. She went above and beyond! Thank you Cameron!

Nov26,2024.. This tire shop happened to be the closest firestone from my business. The customer service person at that time told me that it will be about 1-2 hours wait. So I dropped my Firestone tire at 1030a. I waited until 2p to get any updates. At 430p, I have not gotten any updates from their shop. So I drove to their shop after work to find out the status of my tire and same customer service person told me that my tire is unrepairable. I have not tried their tire service before but I gave them a chance this year, for a change. After their 3rd tire service, I decided to stay with Discount Tires. If you are willing to wait for who knows how long to get an answer from them, then this is shop for you.

Thought price was expensive to replace 2 bulbs. Something could be said about wait time but management addressed it. Overall good customer service.

I am so happy! Bret ( I think is his name) helped me. As a woman, getting my car worked on at any place is intimidating however, this team was great! Great customer service, too. The wait was a little longer than expected, but that’s okay; good coffee and movies in the waiting area. I will definitely be coming back if I need more work done on my baby 🥰

I just can’t fathom how it took 8 hours and me calling 3 times for updates to get an oil change. And that’s BUSINESS hours. I was assured I would receive a call (when I called the first time, 3 hours after dropping off, 2 hours before close) before the end of the day to pick up. They closed without calling and noon the next day I call and it’s still not ready. Not once have I brought my car here and gotten an update without calling up there myself This is after having to return twice in a month because even though my first visit was to service brakes, they only did the back, didn’t mention that the front were also toast, likely because they didn’t want to honor the current sales promotion, so here I am, two full weekends wasted and $1000 later and absolutely taking my car elsewhere for the next thing they missed.

Very clean facility, friendly staff and excellent communication. I asked for them to check the shocks and they told me it was normal wear and tear and not necessary to replace at this time. I appreciated their honesty as well as other recommended maintenance I needed for my vehicle. I've been to this facility several times and plan to continue using Firestone for my car's needs.

Brought in my car to fix a slow tire leak and get my tired rotated. Waited. 2 hours later they checked up on my car and then told me that they don’t repair RFT. My car wasn’t even moved. I also had bought the tires there a year ago.

I called make and appointment for alignment then took my car . I left it with them they inspect and everything . 15 mins later I get a call that they cannot do alignment for my car because it is too low to get on the lift which is not true .

Sunday morning 9:30am September 18,, 2024, before driving to this location. I called and talked to Lisa, she confirmed that shop was not busy can bring in now. I showed up 9:45am, waiting for her to process Time in for work order was 10am for new tire, patching tire and alignment (she verified with her store manager Brent Washington) Then at 1:00pm I went out my vehicle was at the same place I came to ask Lisa, she started walking out and came back and told me it will he done next. During waiting for 3 hours, no one said anything. They were working on all other customer vehicles even they came after me??? I was upset. Then before I left, the store manager Brent Washington gave me his business card and said just give him a call to schedule the next day. I arrange my work and called him back 3 times. The First Time 3:04pm one man picked up the phone and pretending the phone problem when I asked to speak to Mr. Washington, he hung up The second time 3:07pm Lisa picked up and I asked to speak to Mr. Washington. She placed me on hold then hung up. The third time 3:08pm they did not pick up. I could not talk to the manager eventually. I had to schedule another place I'm so disappointed about this location service and their staff
