Battery was giving me some problem where the car was hesitant to start and sometimes wouldn't start at all. John and team were able to get me in quick, test it, confirm it was bad and replaced it all within a hour! Great service and team! Thank you all!

If you are the owner, please respond me this situation. So I replaced the lower ball joint last week in your location due to other Firestone give me suggestion to replace it. And here’s what happens! I saw there’s no pin on it when I stopped by a Costco because I can feel the wheel was hard to control. And then I tried to drive to local Firestone to check it out, the nut is completely off!!! The only lucky thing is that this happened in a parking lot, not on the highway. I have to pay the tow and car rental. I got so much inconvenience due to that happening.

Brought my vw jetta for alignment and only after I was paying they told me they couldn't do part of the alignment because of how volkswagens camber is adjusted. They didn't tell me this until they were "done" and I had paid. Shoul've told me from the beginning and just tell people they don't do volkswagens instead of stealing peoples money. Really shady and shitty practices.

Crooks, time wasters, and poor communication. Took in my car simply to check my engine light, no issues otherwise. 3 weeks later, the car had been vandalized, the breaks were suddenly out, absolutely no work had been done, no parts ordered, and I only found out because I kept calling them. I ended up having it towed away from them as they obviously can't handle their business. My only hope is that yall read this review and save your time, money, and patience, cuz these guys will rob you of all of it!

I went to this Firestone location for an oil change, alignment, and 4 new tires. Took 6+ hours to get done. When I left and got on the freeway I could tell the car was driving weird, pulling back and forth at high speeds so brought it back the next day and told them what I was experiencing. Spent another 3 hours there for them to tell me nothing was wrong. Took it to the dealership just to find out that 3 of 4 tires were the correct ones I paid for but the 4th was an off-brand cheaper tire. My dealership said that brand of tire has known issues even a recall on some batches. 3rd times a charm - here getting the correct tire I paid for on. After 12+ hours at this location I can easily say I will never be here again. Check your tires!!!

I arrived for an appointment for my wife’s car to have the alignment checked and tires rotated and balanced. I was greeting by an associate with “Chris” stitched on his jacket. I’m not sure if this associate was having a bad morning or needs more training but, My interaction with him was less than pleasant. He checked me in for my appointment, confirmed what services I wanted performed. He proceeded to go out to the vehicle and briefly visually inspect the tires. He thanked quotes a price of approximately $60 for the services requested. I informed him of my lifetime service for both services. He informed me it didn’t apply to me as I had recently purchased new tires. Which is the first time this has happened and I’ve purchased both programs for multiple vehicles for nearly 20 years. I then asked him to sell me a new policy in which he refused. Claiming my tires were half worn. (Which they were not, maybe training on how to use a tire tread gauge would be beneficial). In an effort not to be argumentative I decided to leave my car there to have to alignment performed and left the store. After thinking about the situation I returned to pick up my car to take it elsewhere. When I arrived to pick up my car, it was on the alignment rack. So I decided to have a conversation with the associate in question about his incorrectly judged visual inspection of my tires. That got no where quick. I co-worker over heard the situation and pulled the associate away to discuss what was occurring. Upon return and now using a tire gauge assessed the tires where in fact not half worn as previously stated. I let them finish the service, went to a nearby shopping area to kill time. Two hours past and no call to inform me my car was ready. Just bad customer service all the way around. Moral of the story the team there needs more training or better leadership.

My jeep overheated and I went to Orielly to buy a thermostat that I replaced, but it continued to overheat. I managed to drive to Firestone for them to see why it's still overheating. I waited over 5 hours for them to diagnose the problem, and they said my thermostat may be faulty. Because of the long wait, he only charged me 1/2 the diagnostic cost. I thought that was nice. The final quote he gave me was too much, so I left to see if I could figure out how to repair my Jeep. However, my Jeep began to run at normal temp, so whatever the mechanic did while checking it must have fixed it. I'll still come back to them for a coolant flush because of their professionalism.

Terrible communication. Brought my car in the morning to get a diagnosis, initially saw someone under the hood, proceeded to wait in the waiting area for 5 hours, ended up leaving because nothing had happened. Was about to leave to get food so I asked for an update, they said mechanic was on lunch. I said ok whatever it’s 12 so makes sense. I called at 4 o clock, same excuse. Mechanic stepped out for food. Still no diagnosis or update. Two days later still no diagnosis, had to apply pressure to get any type of real answer just for them to waste my last 3 days with my car in same spot. And they got rude when I wanted my keys to take to another shop. I had to pay for two tows. Save your money and patience and just go somewhere else trust me.

Excellent service and attention. They are very professional in the technical area of vehicles. I recommend the alignment for life. The only thing is the waiting time for the vehicle! They take too long. But overall I recommend it 1000%

A few weeks ago, I arrived to this location with a flat tire, in a rush and in need of help with putting my spare tire on. A young man, who I believe to be named, Carlos helped me immediately with such kindness and understanding. For this reason, I wanted to shout him out by writing this review!

I had gotten tires here a year ago and bought the warranty. So far I have ran over three nails in a year and a half… Luckily, the guys at the shop have honored the warranty and got me fixed a year ago, and again today. Thank you specifically to Henry and Jeovanni for their help and professionalism. I had an appointment at 4 but came early to ask if I could leave my car as it was busy. The guys allowed me to and hoped to get it done for work the next day. Not only did it get done, but I got my car before my appointment was even scheduled! Thanks guys. For what its worth, I also lyfted home and waited and they still got it to me fast!

I made a 3pm appointment and arrived 10-15 minutes early. The employee who checked me in for the appointment indicated they would check the alignment as soon as a technician was available. I waited for an hour and a half with no status updates and my vehicle was still sitting in the parking lot. As I had another appointment to get to, I asked for my key back. No apology was offered by anyone, and the only explanation was that the lift was tied up. Overall very disappointed in the lack of customer service which resulted in a huge waste of my time.

This place gets an F across the board. It's a joke. False representations about completion time from beginning to end. 26+ hours for inspection, oil change, and change brake pads, when they said it'd be done same day, with 10:30 am drop off. No oil change sticker. No inspection paperwork. And my brakes still squeak off the lot. And while I held cool, the manager on duty got defensive, even saying with all the delays, "we never called, because you called first." Yeah...I called hours after you said it'd be done. This is a joke! More details: I took my car in for an inspection, oil change, and change squeaky brake pads, at 10:30 am. They told me it'd be done same day, that the mechanic would start on it right now, and they'd call me about the squeaky brakes. At 2:10 pm, I called. They said the mechanic just started working on it and he's call me shortly about the squeaky brakes. Ridiculous but okay. After hearing nothing, I called again at 5:15 pm. They said the squeak is supposedly from lack of proper lubricant by the prior shop and that it would be done tomorrow by 11 am. Again, ridiculous! Next day, I called at 12:15 pm, and they say they just finished. They offered no discount for this taking over a day, despite their constant lack of communication and affirmative false reassurances. Oh best part? When I get in my car. No inspection paperwork. No oil change sticker. And my brakes began squeaking in less than one mile. What did I even pay for? This is just crazy.

Gave me advice and did what needed to be done well, nothing more. Confirmed with my guy friend afterwards that everything was legit 👍🏻

Came in for service today. Took several minutes to be attended to only to be told after I stated I had a 9 am appointment that “there’s one technician” and that “everybody here has an appointment”. I gave feedback that in the future in order to respect people’s time, Firestone should have contacted everyone to make them aware. His response, “I was really busy and didn’t have time.” Because of the significant delay I decided to cancel, after which the attendant seemed relieved and stated, “that works!” The whole encounter was extremely unprofessional and I will not be back.

I had a nail in my tire. It took two hours with an appointment to figure that out on day one. They had to order tires (I decided to replace two of them), so I had to go back on day two. I was told an estimated time when the tires would arrive and that I’d receive a call when they arrived. I never received a call. I called and found out the tires had arrived and took the car in; it took another hour and a half to get two tires put on my car. The technicians asked me which tires needed replaced - I don’t know, maybe the one with the nail? You tell me, you’re the tire experts here. It also took several asks to get a clear explanation on the tires’ warranty. A day later, I discovered a massive scratch in my car’s hood, which I am certain was done here because I saw my car up on a lift with its hood popped. I only went here because we’d purchased a roadside protection warranty on the tires, but I would not return here otherwise.

I really appreciate the convenience of Firestone on Dacoma. Making an appointment online is super easy, and when I arrive, I can just tell them what I need and drop off my car. I also like their updated tire selection process, where you can see the quality and options available makes choosing the right tires a breeze. I frequently come here for the alignment service, which is a great deal it’s lifetime alignment around $199 and covers the lifetime of my vehicle. It’s a money-saver for sure. They also handle inspection stickers, and during my last visit, when I had a tie rod issue, the technician actually took a picture of the problem under my car and showed it to me. I really appreciated that transparency; it's nice to see the issue firsthand instead of just being told I need something fixed with no proof. However, I hate that they often aren’t accurate about when the car will be ready for pickup but They do get the job done, usually on the same day, but the wait time can be much longer than expected. Despite that, the honesty and thoroughness of the staff make this my go-to spot for car maintenance.

We were so happy to come here! During our drive the metal part on the bottom of our car had slightly come off and was making a lot of noise. We stopped here as an emergency (Had 1.5 hr drive ahead of us!) and the employees there helped us right away. No wait time at all. They were very courteous and knowledgable. The gentleman, removed it and asked us if we wanted to put it back on or place in trunk (It was slight bent). We asked if he could put it back on and he gladly did. They did this as a complimentary service (which they didn't have to) but we really appreciated it. They were very efficient in their work. I highly recommend coming here! They took great care of our car.

ASK FOR A RECEIPT OR CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT IT WAS TAKEN or just don’t go here. They will lose any files they have from your vehicle and not fix it. They claimed to have fixed my wheel and it was the exact same. They did nothing to my car but babysit it for 5 hours.

Had the absolute displeasure of needing to have my vehicle serviced here. I had my car towed here due to it not starting. It had already been looked at 2 weeks prior by another Firestone and problems with the battery had been ruled out (this was documented in the invoice). This location refused to do anything without the battery being replaced first and were tunnel visioned that this was the problem. I left my car there and John - the manager - said he’d be calling Oreilly’s to see if it could be warrantied out. I called over 2 hours later when I hadn’t heard anything back for an update; John had been waiting on me to call to inform me that they couldn’t find the account at Oreilly’s. I’m not sure why he didn’t call me immediately after finding that out. I asked how much it would be for them to change the battery and was quoted ~$300. I decided I’d change the battery out myself so they could move on to the next part of the diagnostic since I was sure it wasn’t the battery. The next morning, I call them back to ask the battery group size to which he responds with the group size & “so you don’t want us to do the labor for you?”, I told him no and that I’d be there soon to change it myself. After arriving to Firestone and asking for my keys, he informs me “oh it’s not the battery, you never called back and I was waiting on you to call to tell you that it’s the starter.” I have NO idea why he would ask me if I wanted him to change the battery a literal hour prior to this interaction if he already knew it wasn’t the battery. He did not mention the starter once during this phone call. I also can’t fathom why he would expect ME to call HIM when HE is the one repairing my vehicle. Every other Firestone location, the store has called me to provide updates. Left my car there again so they could replace the starter. Called back 3x the next day and again, no one thought to notify me that my vehicle was ready before the final call I made. I arrive and the vehicle still will not turn on. I left it for another 3 days and had to call them for updates periodically as, still, no one is calling me to provide anything. Today, they say they’re certain it’s the ECM. Just as they were certain it was the battery and certain it was the starter. Ultimately, I don’t feel that this location knows what they’re doing and will not be paying them an additional ~$1,500 to provide guesswork on fixing it. Oddly enough, when my dad came to jump it, it magically turned on. Avoid this location at all costs, especially if you’re a woman and alone. Lousiest customer service and inexperienced staff. The only person who thought to even apologize for the horrific experience was the mechanic, Carlos. ETA: I have followed up with the customer care team that responded to this multiple times since the response was written and still have not received a call crom the store, area, division or corportate manager as each escalation promised. These replies from them are simply to save face, not to actually take any action to help.

Left my truck here for 10 HOURS to get a simple service and maintenance done. I came to pick it up 30 minutes before they closed after the guy at the counter told me it would be finished by 5pm. It was 6:30pm when I got there, still in the bay, and they still didn’t have the battery replaced. I made an appointment for 9am today and I l’ve been sitting here staring at it exactly where I parked it at 8:55am waiting for them to even take it into the bay. I bring it here 6-8 times a year for service because I’m constantly in the road for work and they ALWAYS take forever or mess something up. Save your time and spend your money else where like at Goodyear down the street. This place sucks. And it’s another reason I buy my tires from Discount Tire. Also, their employees are rude. The guy at the counter gave me attitude like it was my fault that I was upset that they can’t do their job. He said they didn’t have a battery and to come back at 7am. They were about to close, which tells me they did have the battery, they just left it sitting too long and put me behind other customers because I left it there. My dad works for Parts Plus, he knows the drill and how these tire shops work. Terrible.

2 PM appointment. Not finished at 6. Came in a day earlier needed an appointment for a rotate and balance. Came back the following day, turned in truck. Asked for it by 4:30. Returned at 6 work not complete.

Dropped my car off for an alignment with an appointment they let it sit there for 2 plus hours claiming they were not able to do the alignment bc I needed parts. Did not call to tell me my car was just sitting there. I will be taking it to someone else bc I don’t think it needs the parts they were claiming just saw a white girl walk in and wanted to nickle and dime me. Came in to get my keys no one even acknowledge me. Had to demand my keys from a guy who was staring at his phone and they left trash in my car

Scheduled an appointment for a basic inspection at 2pm and still had to sit and wait for 3.5 hours. Wish they would’ve told me it would take that long, I could’ve planned for a ride home. Then they try to sell me thousands of dollars worth of unnecessary “repairs”. $500 for 2 tires? No thanks. They didn’t even have answers for the main concerns that I mentioned. Waste of time, just stick with a local mechanic.

The amount of "I don't know" said here is ridiculous at this location. I took my vehicle that I just bought to this location because of my warranty provider through Carvana. I dropped it off Monday at 8:30 am and for two days no one knew what was happening nor could the employees find their manager. Your customers are not on your manager's time if he decides to take two days off you get someone else to finish the work my time is just as valuable. It was absurd to call and be told different stories then tell me you can not reach your manager and do not know where he is. One moment I was told the diagnosis of the problem the next time I called I was told it wasn't diagnosed and that he had no clue what was going on with my vehicle. I called my warranty company on the third day and found out that no one called them to give a diagnosis of the vehicle. Yet, I was told on the first day that there were pictures sent in by the manager himself that he had a good relationship with this warranty company but as I stated the warranty company said otherwise. Also, no one calls you to tell you that you will need to leave your vehicle for more than a day or give you updates, YOU have to make those calls yourself or your vehicle will remain there. The manager finally showed up on the 4th day to find out I had taken my vehicle elsewhere. He did call to tell me his story one more time that he was waiting for my warranty company to call him. I have made my reports on this location to the warranty company and suggested they not send vehicles to this location. If you have a vehicle through Carvana and their warranty company do not bring it here until this location can get its staff on the same page. I am sure there is one good person here but being led by someone with a lack of communication well that out ways the one person. Just look at the other one-star reviews. Communication is key I can only suggest your team work on that for your employees and customers.
