Dropped my car off at 7:30am to get my brake pads changed. I asked them to check all four brake pads because they are squeaking and said they'd check all four. They didn't. It took them 3 hours just to check the front brake pads. They finished at 1pm and never checked the back brake pads. Cost $624.43 and 5.5 hour to replace front brake pads. Friendly place, but terrible communication and service.

Excellent customer service, when I needed a tire exchanged the employees here were definitely engaging and thoroughly assessed my situation and assisted me with a sense of urgency. Definitely going to come back to Firestone. Shout out to Travis for helping me out! Thanks again Firestone!

I dropped my car off on Dec 23. They called me with an estimate of what needed to be done. I agreed to the estimate. I said I would not be able to pick up my car until Dec 24 because I would be out of town. They said no problem but I asked that I pay them in advance for the work because the tech wouldn'get paid that day if he didn't receive payment on the date the service was performed so I paid for the service prior to it being done. On december 24, I received a call at 8:30 am from the manager Travis who told me I needed to pick my car up by 1 pm or he would charge me a storage fee. I cut my visit with my Father short and rushed back from Austin to Houston to pick up my car to only find out there is no storage fee and the store stays open until 4pm. I am so shaken up from the treatment i received from this store. I am a loyal Firestone customer and I even have a credit card. Travis has been promoted to a district manager over the Woodlands stores. This is an enormous mistake.

I had my 2009 Honda Civic towed to their shop on 12/21/24 due to my car smoking up, vibrating alot and it overheating quickly while idle. They suggested a 'complete' inspection to find the problem, which i said okay. They called back saying the inspection came out fine, that 'nothing was wrong' and suggested doing a spark plug change to stop the vibrating as the current spark plugs 'were old'. Car was ready after 2hrs and paid around $600- only to turn it on and drive for 10 minutes to a gas station and my car immediately started to vibrate alot and overheat again. Had to ask my father who knows basic car repair to come take a look and immediately saw some fans near the motor broken and barely working, cost 200$ to change and now my car is not vibrating or overheating at all! You'll get speedy service here as they 'finished the job' in around 2hrs but they clearly don't want to fix cars or even find the true problems with a car. They'll do the bare minimum and overcharge you for it. Not coming here again, especially as the guy who checked me out was extremely rude and looked annoyed that i was even there trying to fix my car at a car repair shop. Ridiculous, always get a 2nd opinion from somewhere else and NOT from here!

horrible customer service, dropped off vehicle for an inspection in the morning waited all day and they did if before closing like theh forgot. This is my second time here and I will never go back, the people there are so unfriendly. save your time ans go to discount tire or take 5 where you will be treated like a human

Appointment was at 10am, completed work by 2pm. For 4 brake pads, 2 front rotors, break fluid change and 3 new tires, price ran about $1,400. Friendly, informative staff and clean lobby with a TV and chairs. Right near the mall and food which is good if you have to wait.

Had an appointment at 11 I showed up at 1045 just to be told they are doing a whole fleet of vehicles for a company and it would be 4 o'clock before they get to mine then I was told the earliest they could do my car would be 230 why make an appointment if it's going to be 5 hours after my appointment time I can understand an hour or 2 but not a hole day and if they had a hole fleet of vehicles why make an appointment for anyone else?

I got an appointment at 8am, they said my car will be ready by noon, when I came at 12, they haven’t even started working on the car. After that took them until 1:40pm to get my car ready, excellent service but…makes no sense to make an appointment if they are not gonna start working on your car 🚘 from the moment the customer has the appointment and leaves the car.

The Firestone employees were SO professional and informative. The serviceman showed me exactly what was happening with my vehicle. Because their store didn't offer the specific service needed to fix my vehicle, he advised me on what to say and request from the car lot I purchased my vehicle from. I appreciated his honesty and knowledge of what he found with my vehicle.

Went in to fix a flat tire with a nail in it. The salesman went out and immediately started inspecting all of my tires and remarked that they looked "new". Odd, since I clearly had a spare installed and the flat was in the trunk. After he inspected the flat he came up with the obviously false reason of "the nail went in at an angle" as to why I needed to buy a new tire and he couldn't just repair it, despite there being NO way of knowing if the nail went in at an angle just by looking at it. I said no thanks, and took the tire to another shop the next day - they repaired it just fine with no new tire purchase necessary. I understand there are sales targets but this level of dishonesty is unexcusable. This store has low ratings for a reason!

Awful experience. I bought a lifetime alignment agreement and the first time this location aligned my vehicle they left the steering wheel crooked. I took it another 2 times and still they couldn’t get the steering straight. The last time I spoke with the manager Travis and he tried to give me the run around that something was wrong with my car or that it was the road crown on the Houston roads. This man must’ve thought I was an idiot. When I explained how there’s no way something was wrong with my vehicle and road crown wasn’t my problem. He proceeded to tell I could go to another location. So that’s exactly what I did. The other location aligned my vehicle and got my steering wheel straight. The techs and manager here either don’t know what they’re doing or they’re too lazy to do it. Go elsewhere.

Dropped my car off for a few reasons, a couple minor things and the major being steering issue that was left completely off the report. $3k later the major issue is still an issue after dropping it back off to get service. Lack of communication is an understatement and I should’ve trusted the online reviews. To be fair, the store manager asked to take it to the dealership to get a diagnostic test done and report back to him so he can help, but that’s a matter of having the time. Extremely disappointed with the service here, hopefully they can make things right.

Horrible customer service. All we needed was an alignment. Car is NOT aligned after picking it up. We were given excuses and told to take it to ANOTHER Firestone. Never coming here again.

I visited Firestone on 09/01/2024 to have my 2014 Honda Civic, which I purchased on 08/31/2024, inspected. I requested a thorough inspection and specifically asked them to look into an issue with excessive vibration when starting the car and releasing the gas pedal. I opted for the Complete Inspection, which cost $49.99. They informed me that everything was mechanically sound. However, since the vibration persisted, I took the car to a local mechanic this morning. They quickly identified a worn engine mount as the cause of the vibration. I’m baffled at how Firestone missed something so critical. It feels like they’re more interested in taking your money than providing a proper service. Worst experience ever.

Did a maintenance here, was satisfied-ish with the overall result and assistance, however I specifically asked for one thing to be adressed and fixed (tire pressure monitor light) and it wasn’t. Turned out they didn’t even check the tire pressure in the back, cause we went back there one day after picking it up, hoping the light would turn off after driving around a bit, and they then finally checked the pressure and had to inflate one of the tires. Besides this issue, good service and explanations. Update: nope, gotta retract my statement. Went to a different place now and they found out that Firestone put WAY too much oil into my car, causing elevated pressure and what could have eventually led to my car partly exploding! Unbelievable

Had an issue in my tire pressure that could've been resolved from the first time, but instead I had to go 3 times in one week for them to finally get the matter resolved Two days ago I went to a different garage for a second opinion, were they found out that the oil change I got from firestone could've cost me my whole engine. My car's oil tank capacity is 6 liters, my new mechanic drained 10 LITERS OF OIL right in front of me, after showing me how my car from underneath was completely soaked in oil.

after being stranded for hours after my tire blew at 3am, i made it here at 7am & was out by 7:30am. the gentlemen helped me get discounts by applying for the credit card & my car has been running smoothly since. Thank you!

I had an appointment at 10 am to drop off my car for repair, expecting it to be ready in 2 hours. They kept changing the time: first to 4 pm, then 6 pm, and eventually to the next day. This caused me to cancel important plans I had that day. Even when I went to pick up my car the next day, it still wasn’t ready. The lack of communication and constant delays were incredibly frustrating. I would not recommend this place to anyone needing timely and reliable service.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Firestone. I dropped off my car at morning and was initially told it would be ready by noon. However, upon my return, they updated the timeline to 6 pm, and eventually pushed it to the following morning. Despite these assurances, they had not even started working on my car by the time promised. This lack of reliability and poor communication has caused significant inconvenience. I would not recommend this location due to their unprofessional handling of service commitments. Make sure to consider other options if you need timely and reliable car service.
