I’ve been trusting Firestone with all of my car repairs and tire needs since 2009—nearly 15 years now—and they have been nothing short of awesome! From oil changes, brakes, and tires to air conditioning repairs, coolant flushes, safety checks before road trips, and even fixing work that wasn’t done properly by other places, Firestone has handled it all with expertise and care. One of the things I appreciate most is the integrity of the team. I have followed the managers from one location to another because they genuinely take care of their customers. A huge shoutout to April and Matt, who have always been fair, kind, and incredibly helpful over the years. Their customer service keeps me coming back! The waiting area is also a great perk—I've turned it into my office more than once while waiting for my car to be serviced. It’s rare to find a place that combines skill, honesty, and great customer service, but Firestone delivers on all fronts. Highly recommend!

Made an appointment for first thing in the morning to get my battery replaced… should be easy right? Well I got here early and had a ride home so I asked when I should come back. They told me I was first in line so it wouldn’t be long. 3 hours later I’m still waiting… it shouldn’t take 3 hours to replace a battery when I had an appointment and they clearly told me not to leave because they would be done soon.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR OIL CHANGE Here’s is why so I came to get my oil change at 11:45am in the morning was there for couple hours they finally started working in my car so the guy who was working in my car didn’t know I was the owner of the Mercedes so he was just dancing under my car the whole time so they finally drop my car so they can refill oil but the guy name TINO at least that’s what the manager told me his name was so he decided not to change my oil filter so i confronted them right in spot why he didn’t change my oil filter and the manager swear he did whe I was watching him the whole entire time I told her to many times he didn’t do it and I was right as you can tell from pictures there’s a lot dirt in my oil change filter if he would have replaced it they should be marks on the other oil filter and not dirty wich means he never touch it so be careful guys with this people since like the manager NAME April didn’t care at all as well

Firestone here is absolute scammers. I booked their complete inspection. They told that me both brake pads and rotors needs to be changed as it is brake pad is 3 mm. I conveyed only last year my rear brake pads got changed. So they asked to check with dealer for warranty. When I went to dealer , they told it’s still thick and showed me from outside . They quoted me around 800 dollars for this work . Why did you do that when the brake pads are thick enough . I agree front needs to be change me , but why rear ? Do you think people will get scary as it is Brake work? Isn’t this a lie ? Also you didn’t do the washer fluid top off which comes with the package . Tire rotation , u didn’t do . Only after I asked whether you did that , you did that . Are you doing this complete car inspections for Namesake ? Come on man , people are dying to earn money. If you reply that what I say is wrong . I have the proof ! Grow up! Firestones says , they are honest to their customers on pricing . But the people over here, are neither honest for their boss nor their customers ! Local mechanic shop is far better than you !

Worst service ever. I took my Car in and i came back 2hrs later and they didn’t even fix my Tire. The 4 times i had to come service was the worst. This time the really went overboard.

I’ve had a lot of work done there. Full service maintenance, new brakes, new tires, inspection, and most recently nails in two tires. I feel like Matt is straight forward with me and tells me right up front what he can do and can’t as well. It’s a busy store but I don’t feel like I get lost in the masses. I have no problem telling others this is where I go to have my vehicle serviced and suggest they go there as well.

I took my vehicle to Firestone to repair an oil leak and was told the repairs would cost over $3,000. The Firestone advised me that my 2013 vehicle was too old to pay that amount for an oil leak and my best bet would be get rid of it. Getting rid of my vehicle seemed a little drastic so I contacted a mechanic who specializes in imports and he fixed the oil leaks in less than 6 hours for only $890.

I had a nail in my tire and I fixed it but needed to get it filled. I went over to this Firestone and they helped me no questions asked! They were so nice and helpful. One of the employees stopped what he was doing in the bay and helped us out quickly, filling up the spare tire as well as a precaution. Great service :)

I love this Firestone!! Everyone there is always so nice to me and they make sure the repairs that they do make on my Toyota are always done correctly the first time. Pretty quick in and out also, if you have an appointment!!!!

Matt at this location and his staff were wonderful. I was treated horribly at another location and Matt was so kind and listened to my frustrations. He and his team aligned my vehicle and got my steering wheel straight. Highly recommend!

Matt (store manager) was wonderful. He was honest, shot me straight, didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need, gave me honest feedback and priced out my options for me to think over. This is the kind of service that makes me trust a place. As a female, I often feel like an easy target in a car/tire place. He didn’t make me feel that way at all. I didn’t hear from anyone about the process of my vehicle, but they gave me an update when I called. When I came to pick up my car, Matt was gone for the day but the gentleman I spoke to was very nice. He even called a tech from the bay to explain something to me that I didn’t understand. I got a really nice follow-up call from Matt today to check on me and how the car has been driving. I’ll now be choosing this location for my oil changes and tire rotations. Thank you!

The Voss Firestone location is the only place I take my car. Ask for Matt. He has Great customer service and is always patient and willing to explain things to me about my car and pricing.

Been here since 3:51 pm they said that they had the tire instock. Nothing has moved. They have all the bays full and no parts for them cars. This is more of a shop take it to a place that does tires not here. It's 5:40 pm my car still has not move. We are staying here till 7 till they close for 1 tire. Not the place to bring it for tires. No more.

Definitely wouldn’t recommend. I requested an oil change for my VW. Oil light comes on a few weeks later. Check the fluids. There is hardly any oil in the car. I go back and raise the issue with the manager. He says “yea could be you drove a lot and the oil burned out”. Not the case, but lesson learned. I will never go back to Firestone

They fixed my skid plate (plastic cover under the engine) that was misplaced after driving through the last floods. It took them about 15 minutes and they charged me 10$. Very professional service

Don’t ever take your vehicle here!! I had to take my company vehicle because it was an approved location. The first time I came for an oil change I had to wait 4.5 hours and you think it being a tire shop they would at least check my tires to see if they were ok. They did not. The week after that I find a bubble on my back right tire so go back to get that changed, another 4 hours for that. Then I notice that my front tire had bad wear on the the inside and they never told me about it. Finally I came in recently and they caused major damage to my vehicle. They broke my hood and I find a huge gash on the side of my van. They never told me a thing about this service, was completed on 4/30/24. And I didn’t notice these things till the next day. So long story short if you want your vehicle in a worse condition than you have right now go and take it to these guys because they will gladly damage your vehicle without any care or concern.

Estimated bill they gave 1700 for ac compressor, I fixed everything new ac and all xtra part was in $600 outside mechanic , lost 200 for useless check up in fire stone, strongly recommend not to go fire stone,

I arrived for my appointment as scheduled, but was told to come back the next day. This happened twice before I was able to finally attend my appointment on the third day. My appointment was scheduled, but I ended up waiting for 2 hours before my car was seen. When I asked how much longer I would have to wait, the staff member handed my car keys to me and said leave. After waiting for an additional hour and a half, they finally changed my oil. Despite making an appointment, the wait time was extremely long and the service was poor. The customer service was also very rude and it was clear that they didn't care about their customers at all. Waiting for 3 and half hour only to change oil was not worth it. I'm never returning again

This morning I went to this location for an alignment for my car. Matt ( i guess this was his name) took my order and explained all steps to me very clearly, which i really preciated. So, i have had the best experience here thanks to this guy. I will come back for sure.

Awesome service in a timely manner the technicians were knowledgeable and experienced,my truck rode great after the service was performed on my truck, I can definitely tell a huge difference in my braking and stability. My truck and I feel much more confident that’s why they deserve a 10!!!

Pulled to get one tire at this location this clown 🤡 at the service desk says I'm booked up to get one tire at 1pm in the afternoon with only 2 ppl in the building. I didn't get any work done. I ask him to get one tire all i want him to do is mount a tire it was for a car at home i was going to put on he said he booked. He looked at the car i pull up nd assumed I was tlk about that car. This first ever going to Firestone they refused to do work.

Went in for custom front end alignment, Kano? the tech was knowledgeable and open to my custom requests. I have a lifted Jeep with larger tires that don’t coincide with stock measurements. End results were exceptional.
