Everyone at this location from the front to the back is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Kudos to Anthony, he treated all customers with care, he kept every customer posted and assured them that their vehicles will be served on time. At checkout, Anthony explained thoroughly the state of my vehicle and recommended all services needed. Thank you sir and keep up the good work.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received at this Firestone location. My husband had an alignment performed, and the service team recommended replacing the rack and pinion. However, within three weeks, he noticed excessive wear on the left new tire. Upon returning to the store, he encountered difficulties communicating with the service team due to a language barrier. As the primary vehicle owner and Firestone cardholder, I was required to discuss the issue with the service team. We sought a second opinion on the alignment and were informed that the camber was significantly off on the left side, causing the uneven tire wear. I requested a second diagnosis to confirm the necessity of replacing the rack and pinion. Unfortunately, the service team seemed more interested in blaming the rack and pinion for the tire wear rather than acknowledging the possibility that the initial alignment was not performed correctly. Despite providing proof of the incorrect alignment and the subsequent correction performed elsewhere for $100, Firestone refused to acknowledge responsibility for the damages. The lack of accountability and poor communication displayed by the service team is unacceptable, and I will not be returning to this location.

If I could give 0 I would. I called twice asking the genteel man on the phone to make an appointment and each time I would call I asked how long it would take, he would tell it should take about 30-40 min. I made sure to book the appointment at an appropriate time since I did have plans. Appointment was at 3pm I don’t leave until 5pm. Not to mention when I first got into the building I had to wait 8 minutes until someone came and greeted me. Very unprofessional. It was 3 of us waiting in the lobby and no one to be found. Next time be honest about how long it’s going to take.

Pat was a great tech, was very honest and looked into everything with detail. Even let me get under the lift to check everything and explained it all. I would give a 10/10 if it wasn’t for the prices of the repairs. I can get all of the repairs mentioned done for half the price with my local small mechanic instead of a big brand name like y’all. I went there because I knew you’d give a comprehensive inspection, while a small local mechanic usually doesn’t have all the machines needed. The wait time was also too long. Even though I had an appt beforehand I waited three hours for it to be done.

Dropped off my car around 8:30 Am , came back at 3pm and my car still had not been looked at. Very disappointed. Worst service of all repair shops I've been to. My first time at Firestone and also my last.

I like coming to this Firestone. The people are nice and they take the time to explain their services and discuss possible issues/repairs for the car. My most recent visit was frustrating as I waited about four hours to have my ac and brakes diagnosed. I made an appointment, but it still took that long. I understand that car services can take longer than estimated, but an estimate of an 1-1.5hr that then becomes 4hrs is ridiculous. No one was really updating me on my car and I had to ask twice for someone to explain what was going on. They told me it was taking a while to complete the quote, then it took a while for them to sign off on my vehicle. It should not take four hours, especially just for a diagnostic. If something is taking longer than usual, then they should take care to explain to the customer what the technician is doing and what may be causing the delay. The lack of communication and delays was extremely frustrating.

Ms. Julie and Crew at store #023477 made my experience today a great one. I gave the crew an estimate for work that was received from another store that I did feel comfortable about. Ms. Julie did some investigation and ran another diagnostics test on my car only to find the so-call estimate was fraudulent and that my car didn't need over 1800.00 of work that was quoted by another Firestone location. So I want to thank Ms. Julie, for doing her due diligence, which not only saved me money, but I'll from now on take my car to her store at 6106 Hwy 6 for all my automotive work. She's the real deal and a great person.

Denise Smith is my rescued angel!! Was going in for a simple oil change and get a diagnostic for a grinding metal sound. Turns out my 150,000 miles car was way over due for fuel and coolant cleaning and spark plugs replacement. Walked out with great understanding of how to prolong the life of my car. Left Firestone empowered with knowledge and trust thanks to Denice!!! Will be coming back for all future auto care.

I thought i made an appointment with another store but it was for here. Im glad i came. The place was not overrun with people. And as a result, my car got a thorough inspection. The manager runs a tight ship. Although the prices are above average the estimates are straightforward and detailed. Their prices on tires are good as well. Overall, i recommend the shop. Just make an appointment before going. Houston is overrun with people, so it's helpful.

communication was great, accept offering the alignment but then waiting my son to pay for it after the fact. so we skipped that part.
