Amazing service from the moment you walk in the door! I came because I heard what seemed to be a nail in my tire and they came out to check, sure enough I had a nail in my tire. They got to work on my tire within minutes! Amazing timing!

I went in knowing everything I needed and had a concern of other services needing to be done. The gentleman that helped me insisted I took care of what I knew first and they would let me know if they see anything else. It saved me a lot of money. The staff was also very nice and helpful.

Personnel at store were great - friendly, professional and efficient. I was in for tire repair/replacement and unfortunately the tire I needed was not in stock at this store. So had to wait for a driver to pick up tire from another store and deliver to my store. From start to finish it was just under 2.5 hours from my appointment time to completion. Long for a tire replacement but was due to having to get tire from another store.

The absolute worst place to being your vehicle. The incompetence of the workers here is astounding. They lie to you about ready times. Don't call you with updates. Tell you wrong updates then don't care to explain what happened "long story short it's ready" Been waiting for a vehicle to be ready for 2 days with the run around every day. Then I'm told it was ready the evening before the day it was supposed to be fixed. Yet they don't tell me this until the next day. I've told them 3 times to call ME with any updates or ready times. That request was flat out ignored. And everything I'm in here Noone feels like doing their job, it's like it's I convenient them for them to do their job. Absolutely no excuse for how this place is ran.

I have been bringing my car to the West Road Firestone for occasional repairs over the past several years, but after my recent experience, I will no longer be returning. I brought my car in to address an issue with the C.V. axle seals, which had not been replaced when the axles were changed at this location two years ago. After waiting for two hours, I was informed that Firestone does not include work on the bearings and seals when replacing C.V. axles. They provided me with a quote to fix the leaking seals and charged me for a complete vehicle inspection without my prior consent or request. Additionally, there was confusion during the process of entering the work order into the system, and I was unable to view the results of this visit in my online account. Overall, I am frustrated with the lack of clear communication regarding the scope, cost, and timeline of the repairs at this location.

This weekend I went to Firestone (first time) and was surprised by the excellent customer service and workmanship. The manager (David) seemed to me a consummate professional. I got four new tires and a lifetime alignment and could not be happier with the service. I will definitely go back!

Avoid at all costs. Came in with a flat and manager refused to help in any way because “all techs are busy on a brake job” that was going to keep them busy until close ( I showed up over an hour before closing) I looked through the window to the shop and guess what. Everyone is standing around on their phones and yapping. After asking a few more times if there was anything they could do, manager gets aggressive with me and starts cussing me out and getting combative. Insanity. Whoever the black male manager is should be fired. Corporate needs to wipe the slate at this place.

Angela Fletcher is a horrible manager. Has zero customer service skills. Blames all her co-workers for "miscommunication". My car did not get serviced and will never get services at this location. It sat over night here and no one knew what or why...stay away from this location!!! If a manager has no clue then fire her!!

Every tire shop has destroyed something on my vehicle. Usually the wheel stud. I decided to take just my rims and tires to them to install and balance the new set. It looks like they used a jackhammer to remove the old wheel weights. My rims had zero scratches when I dropped them off. They left gouges in every rim in multiple spots. Some of the gouges are 1/16” deep.

My husband and I got a flat on the Beltway Friday at 6:50 on the way to dinner. We were able to pull off to the Firestone at Beltway and West. We were immediately greeted by a team of people including Mr. Isaiah and Mr. Shamik. Mr Isaiah changed our tire in less than 10 minutes of our arrival, right at their closing time. For such an unfortunate circumstance this Firestone team was incredibly polite, helpful, and fast. We are so appreciative for how they assisted us tonight. We even made it in time to our dinner reservation!

Bought tires through eBay, which offered to use service "caradvise" for convenient install. Tires were delivered to this shop, which was the only convenient thing. 1. Personnel is not trained to use this "caradvise" system. I had to reschedule an appointment, after waiting for 30 minutes. 2. Service manager, older gentleman, was abrasive. First he tried to upsell me on several unneeded items, i came for tire change only. He sure tried to do it through caradvise. Which took him a good hour to deal with. After the service was done, he tried to upsell me again, which he did without my consent, but to let me go on my way i had to cover the bill. The whole process took 3 hours instead of promised 45 minutes. 3. They put a green technician to put tires on my vehicle. He put one tire and then said that he's having issues with the second tire. For which above said manager quickly stated that my brand new tires are bad, and they can't do it. On which i answered its ok just put the wheels back i will figure it out. After 30 minutes deliberation they determined that tires are good, they just need to be treated differently. Childish excuses and complaining is very unprofessional. Sincerely, if you're reading that, take your money elsewhere, where people respect your time and money, and don't become abrasive because they are severely undertrained to do their job.

I came in with a flat and was extremely frustrated. I was assisted by Shamik. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He educated me on wheel options and prices, and guaranteed my vehicle was in good gands. He also assured me my vehicle would be ready by end of business day. My vehicle was ready sooner, and my tire replaced, and I was back on the toad in no time. I highly recommend this location. It's clean, smells great, and had one of my fav shows on the TV in the lobby. The entire staff I encountered was professional and friendly. 10/10 P.S. Thanks for the heart shape sticky pad. 😊

Truly sad location all there worried about is upsell. I came in to have one tire changed and spent 3 hours because they need to get approval from the insurance company, but what they didn’t say was that when they sent the quote they added alignment and also to change all four tires. Stay away they team is only worried about upselling your repair I’m sure there getting a kick back that’s why they so adamant about telling you all the unnecessary repairs your car needs, telling you passive aggressive lines like don’t say I didn’t tell you when something goes wrong.

I’m here now it’s packed and they are having a staff meeting. When I arrived they said 30 minute wait and I’ve been here 45 minutes and they haven’t started on my car. I opened door and said I need my keys I need to lea e and they yelled we will be w u in a minute. This is not acceptable. I just want to lea e at this point.

READ BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT Today is my third day with this Firestone they put in a blower for the ac 2 days ago mind you the reason i went on the second day was because they had half the parts on the first day. No communication on the first day super pissed but like anything i payed the money. the whole process was horrible. I was driving and the work they did on my car on the road with the ac going started rattling and shorted in my vehicle on the third day. So that was my whole experience you come here if you want to water your money.

The worst , the young lady at the counter was extremely rude I been here since 1:30 waiting for tires it’s 5:32pm I’m still here waiting they don’t come to tell you what’s going on my car just sitting there with the hood up why is my hood up and I just need tires replaced Firestone needs to find out why things are not happening in a timely manner this is ridiculous!!
