Awesome Firestone location, the staff noticed an issue that my previous mechanic caused warned me, and fixed it for me at no extra charge. Will absolutely be coming back for my regular changes. Whoever was working 1/8/2025 - 5:00PM deserves a raise for fantastic customer service.

Dropped my car off at 9am to get looked at because it was having trouble starting and when I did they told me it would be a while until they could take a look. I told him that was fine because I was busy anyway. I get a call just before 1:30 that it was the battery and they can replace it, it’ll be an hour at the most. When I get there an hour and a half later they realized they didn’t even know the battery was there. When I ask him why nobody noticed the battery got delivered he just kept saying someone put it in the wrong spot. Then he tells me I’m yelling at him. I wasn’t, it’s on your film I’m sure. But just to make him quit crying about that, I lower my tone but not what I’m saying. Now it’s, I don’t want you in my shop. Well, Evan, I didn’t realize it was your shop and that you can kick customers out because you had your feelings hurt. When he said he wouldn’t do the job I cussed and not a second before he told me he didn’t want him my business. Mind you this is AFTER I’ve already told him I still want it done. AFTER their mistake. They screwed up and I asked about it. He got offended that I asked and immediately told me I was yelling at him. Now, after dropping my car off at 9 am, it’s after 3 when I get it back on a Saturday and have to find another mechanic. On Monday. Which is great. I was never disrespectful until I was told to leave. It was in your lobby so it’s on tape.

Overall good service, but when picking up car, the service light was not reset in the car, and the service people had some trouble resetting my BMW bord computer. Also tire rotation was performed but tires pressures not adjusted.

Always the place to go where they always know your name. Though at times a bit pricey they make up for it by the excellant customer service that though they broke the bad news that Firestone no longer provides transportation they always provide quality work. For me it’s worth the extra few $ bc if not it will usually hurt my pocketbook down the line at some point

Called around 9:30am to ask about making an appointment to get my brake pads looked at. Was told no appointment was needed and to just swing by and they could take a quick look at it. I dropped off my vehicle with them by 10:30am. Around 2pm I checked on my vehicle and it hadn’t moved. After asking them what their ETA might be I was told my vehicle was “next in line”. Around 4:30pm I called for an update and they still hadn’t looked at it but guaranteed that they were “about to pull it in and take a look”. Around 6pm I showed up in person, my vehicle still had not moved from its original parking spot and they said they would do their best but might not even be able to get it finished on Sunday. I don’t care that it took awhile. I’m angry that I was led on for an entire day and lied to about when the work would be completed. I could’ve gone to a competitor and been back on the road by now.

I am a repeat customer. I usually come back every year, unless any technicalities are down or unavailable. Convenient location, knowledgeable, friendly customer support (every time), and knowledgeable state inspectors / mechanics. I invest in good service in no time.

Pleasant, personable, & professional service. This is a busy location, there will be a wait time. Efficient once work started. Gave me honest truth about the work and offered appropriate options and feedback to those options. Much better than my experience the previous day at the place I originally purchased my tire(not a Firestone).

The Firestone on El Dorado is the place to go for the best customer service. They take care of your car’s issues & honor their warranty. Stay away from the one on Gulf Freeway & Bay Area. They suggested we try an electrical shop Bellaire an hour away or pay them to check the problem. The Service was still under warranty and they should have honored it. Instead, they just blew us off. Luckily we went back to El Dorado first and it turned out to be an extremely easy fix at no charge.

I arrived there at 5:45 I guess they were closing at 6.00 so I went inside and the manager look at me funny talking we are about to close .I will never go back to that place

The service advisor was very friendly and the alignment tech did a great job. I had a hard time finding a company that would do the alignment with a slide in camper permanently mounted to my truck. After going to 4 different shops and being turned down this Firestone got me in and took care of it with no issues.

one of the worse service they are giving I got an appointment twice by phone before two days i was told ur appointment is 8:00 morning I got there on time like before 10 mnts but they told me we have an appointment only 11:00 o clock despite i told them i have an appointment already but they told we have only this one because of rush so ask them what is the benefit of taken appointment before .they didnt have any answer ..... wasting of time or question mark on commitment

Poor customer service and very bad quality tires. They do not care about the customer and are more interested in upselling, especially the crew that is around on the weekends. Also, if you are replacing two tires, be wary that they may put on tires that do not match the size of the other tires.

Employee was told to do an annual vehicle inspection, which was not done, and have a tech look at the a/c or radiator fan, which when the vehicle was dropped off the employee heard the knocking sound from the fan, but stated him nor his tech could duplicate the sound. They then said they test drove the vehicle to see if the sound would come back, but odometer was reading the same mileage as when it was dropped off. When we picked the vehicle up, 5 minutes after driving it the sound came back, so we immediately took it to a different mechanic, and the problem was diagnosed immediately. This firestone will not be receiving any business from me or anyone who asked for a referral

So the company worked for rent a truck from the enterprise car rental. I take it to Firestone to get the check engine. Light look bad front end alignment looked at and to rear tires for place. I have 2 cans of Copenhagen low cut in the center council. It took the information 8 o'clock in the morning to 3:30. To get too tired, fixed, nothing to do with the check engine light running not done. They said it enterprise said they would no K so I asked you must it so it took you 8 hours to do 2 times when we were arguing with? Like, man, I don't want to hear that. Getting In the center console to get me a King of dip and it's not there so I call up there and I asked the guy to speak with the manager very rude starts Cushing at me so I called enterpri. I wonder how the regional manager responding like this. I want reimburse for 2 cans alone cut Copenhagen.
