Called on phone, spoke with Jose, and was told no wait. Showed up, checked in, and car in bay in about 5 minutes. Very professional, courteous staff. I appreciate people who say what they mean and mean what they say. Thank you Jose!

Upon my arrival the tires were not in stock. We were told they would be there ready to start the service. I had to return 4 hours later and wait 3 hours for completion. BUT, Jose was professional throughout the process. Ora the sales representative set up the transaction on her off day as well.

this professonal in stpdss don't even know how to install directional tires, tires got an arrow that tell you what directions tires need to be installed, please get a base training at least this people play with customers safty. not countinng the lazies they are

If EVER I need any work done on the car, it's coming to this location. Sam looked out for me and got me the help I needed at prices I could work with. These guys are always professional and courteous. Best shop in town, hands down

Waited from 9:50am until 2:50pm for an oil change and a tire replacement. Had to cancel the rest of my day and missed other appointments waiting for my vehicle to be serviced and finished. Poor communication from the staff to me on estimated time of my vehicle to be done. I was first told 1-1.5 hours for completion, then that quickly changed and was here an inhumanly amount of time. Only positive was the gentleman at the desk named Jose helping me out.

After arriving I was quoted a 2 hour time frame. Which was perfect since in 3 hours and 30 minutes I need to get my son from school. An hour into things I asked how things were going and if they were on schedule they assured me yes everything was going as planned. 3 hours passed and I went up to the counter to see what was taking so long and was told they never looked at my vehicle. I sat there and lost 3 hours of my time just to be told they never looked at or moved my car and they don't know what's wrong with it yet. I would have appreciated being told to come back a different day /time if they could not service me. As I voiced my complaint the service agent never made eye contact, apologized nothing he just stared off to the side as though annoyed

After visiting their competition DT this past Saturday 11/2/2024.I decided to visit this Firestone location @ 11318 North Fwy 77037. for a quote on a new set of tires for my wife GMC Yukon that was vibrating when driving it, I must say that the store manager Jose R. Rivera went above and beyond to assist me with a deal on this purchase of new set of tires. Jose was extremely nice and professional, they didn't had the tires at this location but he arranged everything for someone to bring the tires from a different store ASAP and even after the tires were mounted on the truck he make sure to have the alignment done since new tires were installed. Jose has demonstrate me the CAN DO attitude when dealing with customers. Thanks Firestone for hiring employees like Jose that can deal with customers and threat them right the first time since they're the face of Firestone. Once again thanks Jose! Appreciated!

I got my car serviced last month and I was never given feedback of major safety hazards my car needed. When I went back discussing what was going on they said they had a 4 hour wait to go back when i desperately needed help. So rude and bad service

PLEASE DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I almost lost my life today because when Firestone staff did the diagnostics on my car. They failed to check my brakes. Mind you I never took my car to get my brakes fixed for my car because my brakes were working before I took my car to Firestone. I immediately tried to use my brakes at the red light today on 9/16/2024. And my brakes would not stop. I am now about to sew for pain and suffering and etc. because not only did they show poor customer service.And They never even apologized about the fact that I almost lost my life. I am filing suit!!!!

I went to get a service performed I was given the wrong paperwork and when I got to place to pick up tags they told me it was never put in system so service wasn't performed that I payed for, had to go ALL the way back to Firestone I Don't trust them under my hood with those type of service techs and I feel the one that worked on my car did it intentionally and thought he could get a away with it.

This is my go-to location. They do all my alignments and flat repairs. Today I had my trailer flat tire patched. It had a difficult-to-find slow leak. Technician Kevin located the pinhole leak and made the repairs. Patricia worked the front desk. Excellent service. They followed my instructions to a 55 PSI inflation as well. Kudos! I want to give a shout out to this Firestone. I’ve been coming her since I moved her in 2017 and have always been happy. My SIL who knows everything about cars always reviews the quotes before I have work done and has never said not to move forward. I’ve always been happy, never had to bring the truck back. But also, I was coming home from the airport in an Uber Black one night. The driver said, “Oh, you live near my Firestone. The ladies they have in the front—they moved to this Firestone, so did I. My vehicle is my livelihood and I trust them completely.” As a woman, I’m always worried I’m going to be ripped off when I drop off my vehicle. Not here. And especially not now. Thanks, Firestone!

You have to be careful when you are going to align a F250/F350 truck to this location if your truck has a dual stabilizer! You loosen the screws to align it and don't tighten them and they get damaged! You do a bad job! A $100 alignment cost me dearly when I damaged this $560 part.

Took our car in for a/c replacement, recommended by Carshield. Said no problem,did diag. Told me what was needed to complete job.(oher things needed first). We can do it they said. Never received any communication from them unless I was to call . It's now been 5 days and nothing from them. They just missed out on over a $3000 repair job. Going somewhere else where they actually care. Wow.
