Everything gets done that’s needed, but takes much longer than necessary. Went and got 4 new tires ( 70$ each , great price ) , oil change ( discounted for 24$ ), and windshield wiper blades replaced,took about 3 hours in total. The front desk people are very helpful and nice, but the guys in the shop not so much. Don’t know his name, but he was incredibly rude to his employees for absolutely no reason at all. Also, they come out with “ suggestions “ every single time I go, for things that aren’t necessarily needed.

If I could give zero stars if I could. I went to Firestone on 01/25/25 because my car was screeching, and I was told what was wrong with the vehicle, which they said would cost $425.99 plus taxes. The technician stated that the main issue was my motor mount. I agreed to have the service completed and ended up being there for almost 8 hours. This cost was 320.00 As soon as I left, my check engine light came on, which, mind you, was not on when I went there. I called immediately to inform someone. However, I couldn’t go back right away because I had already spent an entire day there, and I’m a mother of four. The guy I spoke with told me to bring it in when I could, and they would take care of it for me. This morning, I went back, and of course, I was not helped at all. The same guy who joked with me when I was spending money and even joked on the phone with me went completely silent. David, the service manager, was rude and essentially told me that whatever was wrong with my vehicle had nothing to do with the service they performed. I understand that things happen, but again, my check engine light was not on before the service. The guy basically blew me off, so I called the corporate department. I was told I’d get a call back from the area manager within two business days. Here’s the kicker: instead of hearing from the area manager, I got a call back from David, the same service manager I filed the complaint against. The area manager didn’t even have the decency to call me themselves. David told me they’re sending the issue to claims for investigation, and if they find they’re at fault, they’ll fix my vehicle for free. We all know how that’s going to turn out. I feel so disrespected. I’ve spent a lot of money with this company, never complained before, and to be treated like this is unacceptable. I am very upset and will escalate this issue as high as I need to at this point. I’m even considering posting about this on social media and seeking legal counsel. I should have turned around when a guy walked in from supposedly having his tire plugged the day before, but the nail was left in his tire!!!! He had to wait forever as well to get his problem resolved and FIXED! Horrible Horrible service!

I've been using a firestone in Pennsylvania for years. The guys are fantastic there, so I figured I'd get good service here, too. I totally did. The fellow that worked on my truck, I believe his name is Ridgeway (hopefully I got that right), super nice guy! I'll definitely be requesting him every time I go.

I had a appointment set for 0900 am. I arrived at approximately 0902am. A teammember did not pull my car in the garage for service until 0947 am. I went to the service desk to pit in a compliant because I made an appointment so I wouldn't have to wait and the teammember told me that an appointment just secures my spot and that doesn't mean I wouldn't have to wait. I would not recommend anyone to receive services here!!!!

I wish I could give a zero but google will not let me! Run, Go elsewhere. I had tires put on 10/27/23, suppose to be 40k mile tires. 1/2024 I had an oil change and requested tires be rotated, was told every other oil change. 07/24 I had an oil change and tires rotated. They didn't put enough oil in my car and tried to say the computer called for 6qts in a 6.2 V8 engine. Lies. SO here we are 11/2024 and all 4 tires are showing wire, wore unevenly and I was told nothing could be done since I did not purchase the warranty. Well I requested it on the original order, but those tires were out of stock, so they went with a different tire. Called corporate and was told the tires I was sold were not even Firestone/Bridgestone tires! What! So 750$ tires didn't even last a full year and there is nothing that they can do? I honestly just think I got a bad batch of tires, but the company that sold them to me should be responsible. Firestone has an F rating on BBB, and now I see why. I have caught the crap end now twice in a year. Completely inexcusable.

Overall, the experience was good. However, I asked about the credit rewards and the store said I had to call CFNA for everything they don't handle that at the store level, very frustrating. I called ,I was on hold for 22 min and I got a survey before I even spoke to a person then the call was disconnected after the survey. Firestone employees always do great work and treat their customer very good!

Had car alignment performed when new tires were installed. Noticed more wear on the outside of the tires after about 10k miles. I took it back for the "lifetime alignment check" and was told the alignment was ok. The tires continued to wear off on the outside. When I went back to complain I was told they wouldn't honor anything because the alignment wasn't done "every 6k miles". So I got a good year of use on tires that easily could have gone another year with the miles it gets put on it.

If I could leave no stars I would! Dropped off my car at 11:45 my appointment was at 1pm and I called yesterday to make this appointment went back at 4pm not even touched yet and they close at 5 needed three things done to my vehicle that’s all nothing crazy! No point in making appointment I was told to go here they were the best in Greenwood well definitely not!! Stay away from them go elsewhere!

On Saturday, 8/10 I got a flat tire and was able to make it to Firestone, Greenwood service station. Wyatt was at the front desk and lacked anything considerable for customer service. He did notify me that there was only one tire available that would fit my car and that there was only one in stock. I made the decision to replace the flat tire and prepaid for 3 additional tires to complete the set on my Audi A7. Leaving the station, I noticed the low tire warning indicator was not reset and the there was no cap on the new tire replaced. To my knowledge all tires had caps on when taken there. I received notice the tires were in on 8/12/24 and scheduled an appt for 2pm. I arrived at 1:45pm and on first interaction with Dave, I answered a call on my cell. After 3 seconds on the call, I apologized to Dave explaining my husband was in surgery and I had to take the call. No return comments or understanding were received from Dave. I asked if he could please have the tech reset the tire warning indicator system in the car once all tires had been set. He simply said "Okay" and walked away. I waited with no new information regarding delays of my appointment until 2:30pm before my car was taken back. No big deal but communication is key. Once the service was complete, I met Dave at the counter to check out. He made no eye contact with me and stated, "I'll be right back" and walked away. I have no idea what he had to do but waited at the counter. He then scanned a piece of paper and told me I needed to sign on the card reader. As I read the card reader message, it said I was signing to the cost of the service so I told him I had already paid. At this time he made eye contact with me and said, "I know that, that's why I said just sign". Well pardon me for actually reading what I was signing my name to and it not being clear communication of his knowledge of the prepayment. I told him not to be rude to me and he said he wasn't. Yet, I the customer felt he was being quite pretentious and explained I wouldn't have any way of knowing since he didn't mention it. I clearly am now upset so I just asked if he needed anything else. He hesitated and then said no so I walked out. As I got in my car, the system indicator had not been reset so I called and expressed dissatisfaction and said I would just do it myself. Once returning to the hospital where my husband is currently in surgery, I checked the pressure in all of the tires so I could reset the system. The front passenger tire has no cap, the psi reads 40.2. The front driver side reads 47.7. The read driver 44.5 and the rear passenger 44.2. I have no idea what the psi should read and if these inconsistencies are normal. This is why I paid for this service at a reputable tire company. I now have to wait for my husband to get out of surgery and return to a normal state of awareness to ask if this is something to be concerned about. He was adamant I have all tires replaced instead of just the flat, so my car would ride smoothly and wear evenly. I was never offered any information about the tires placed on my car including any warranty or rebate information if applicable. I simply have a generic receipt showing I paid the $1053 necessary for the disservice I received. I can only say, I surely hope the tires provide better service than the humans hired to be the face of your company.

So I brought my 2011 Ford escape in for an alignment and wheel balancing and a tire rotation. I had marked the front tires to make sure they would be rotated. So that's the first thing that wasn't right , the passenger side tires were not rotated. Then I took a closer look at the new weights from the new balance and discovered that the drivers side front and back weights not all of them were even stuck to the rim they were just hanging on by still being attached to the group of weights that was added almost about to fall off. So now after having to wait the first time for this to be done Im actually sitting in the waiting room right now for a second go on the weights to be fixed. Im disappointed that my time is being wasted on something that should have been done right the first time. No amount of money or anything else can replace my time or anyone elses. Our time is our most valuable asset and once it's gone we cant go buy more of it .

Of all the places I went to get a quote from in town, this was the only place that would give me a printed “out-the-door” price and did not act as if I was a burden to them. When I went back to schedule an appointment, the worker told me that if I came in over the weekend it would be $100 less due to a promotion being run over the weekend. When I went to check out after they replaced the tires, I was offered a 10% discount on the alignment. I would not waste my time at the other tire shops in town, Firestone will treat you right, and be thankful for your business.

Called last week to make an appointment for oil change and tire rotation. My appointment was for Monday at 3:30. I got there at 3:20 and checked in. I asked to be called when finished ( I was walking around in stores behind the store ) I came back at 5:00 and was told that they hadn’t started yet. I told them I had an appointment for 3:30. I was told that there were a lot of people in front of me and I would just have to wait my turn and again I told them I had an appointment the young guy was very very rude. Firestone has lost a 30 year customer. Never again will I go back

I was extremely satisfied with my visit. They took my vehicle at my appointment, gave me the price and went straight to work on my vehicle. 45 to 55 minutes latter my vehicle was finish and I paid my bill. They answered all my questions and I had no issues at all. I am a satisfied customer, I will return when I need to have my oil changed next time and I will get Firestone to replace my tires for the Range Rover when they come due. Could not be happier.

This place is HORRIBLE! In order to get waited on I had to dial the store phone to let them know we needed help. We had a 5:00pm appointment for new tires. We walked out the door at 6:55pm.
