My experience today was a mixed bag. Trust is very important when it comes to your car. When you find out that you have been lied to more than twice in one day about a service that has been done, I have decided to take my business elsewhere.. There’s one manager that I trust, he was upfront all the way. But one guy in particular, , I have my doubts about. He told me twice that something had been done, when clearly it had not. This is my last visit. My family members have also decided not to give their business to this location. They had warned me about this one This is the Firestone on pisgah Church Road,by the way

This was the first time I visited this location. It was clean, bright and comfortable for my wait. The employees were friendly, polite and knowledgeable. My car was looked after right at my appointment time and was ready to go quickly. Very good service/

Been having issues with my belt squealing in my 2008 kia spectra, along with having suddenly cut off while driving! Called them up and they recommended a complete vehicle inspection . Lo and behold the alternator had seen better days ... Ben and Jackson were both great during this stressful experience! Nobody wants this kind of news but they were real sympathetic and suggested the financing to help get it done. Just drove it home and it drives the best it has since I've gotten it! Thank y'all for the work and great care . I highly recommend taking your vehicle here if you want a team that truly cares about getting you right!

Not knowing it was the master cylinder, I had to make three trips to Firestone to fix my brakes. But, they did have to order a master cylinder for me. I hope it was money well spent and my brakes will work good.

This Firestone Team is one of the best. Whenever I have an issue/concern with my car, Jackson just so happens to always be there ready to help me. He takes every little thing into consideration and will walk me through every little detail about what could be happening to my car and makes sure that I am fully aware of what is happening.

After having starting issues with my Tahoe, I called and was greeted by a very courteous and knowledgeable person named Jackson. He was able to get me in the very next day and had my Tahoe done in just a few hours as I was traveling cross country from Idaho. I like how efficient Firestone is from start to finish. I even received an email and actual photos of the issues (worn belts, etc) needing repaired. Ben was also super nice and got me checked in right away. I can’t recommend this place enough. I’m giving them 5 well-deserved stars.

I’m a dedicated customer to Fire Stone. In particular, this store on Pisgah Chruch in Greensboro is poorly managed. They have turned me away twice. First time, excuse was it’s too early for tires to be rotated. The second time was because the person at front said they are too understaffed to work me in for a tire rotation with air pressure check. This is a fairly new store with poor management! I will not be going back and I’m hoping this will prevent this from happening to other customers. Fire Stone on Samet Dr in High Point was awesome!!! I highly recommend them. They worked me in and customer service was great!!

Jackson was so helpful and professional. I had a flat tire with stripped lug nuts and had to get home to Knoxville, TN. Jackson and staff effortlessly troubleshooted how to get me safely back to Tennessee and fixed my car properly and safely. Can’t thank them enough!

It's 6:15 pm ... Firestone closes at 7 pm. Jackson and Sosa are working and were able to salvage my work trip by finding the nail in my tire and get me back on the road before 7 pm.. yep, they are that professional, proficient and the customer service and communication during the tire change was top notch... Watch out Charlotte... Greensboro is setting a new level of service. 💙

Your representative by name of Taco on Pisgah Church Road was very, helpful and pleasant to speak with. This is my 2nd service with this business and looking forward to other recommended services to be completed. Its gives me complete confidence when speaking with someone who listens and can tell a customer the process to be done when the customer is inquiring about the work that is being done on their vehicle. I can trust this person to be honest with the customer.

How does a place that does not repair or replace engines, tell you that you need a new engine? I took my vehicle to this location because the one on Battleground is shady too. I came in to get diagnostics for a check engine light and oil light. They came back with this code that said engine misfire. Said my plugs and coils were worn out. Funny thing is I was at the Battleground Firestone and they did diagnostics in JUNE, told me I needed to replace my spark plugs and wires. When I myself, google the code given, it basically says either faulty oil pressor sensor and replace spark plugs. The car in question is a 2017 Kia Forte, a seven year old car, yes the mileage was high. But I've been the only owner. The guy tells me Im at the end of the life for the car. Okkk..So if I need a new engine, wouldn't it have been needed back in June? Or was Battleground Firestone gonna milk me for money on services on a car with a bad engine. They would have caught that issue right? Or do I even need a new engine in the first place? The check engine light went off on its own. As of right now, the car drives, doesn't make a sound. I guess i should be happy you guys didn't exploit me and the situation. But at the same time, the other Firestone location wasn't helpful. An engine doesn't break down over two months. If its bad, it was bad in June when I went to Battleground Firestone. I will get a second opinion. I will not put a lot of money into said vehicle. I think they are going purely off the fact the car had high miles and probably thought I couldn't afford to pay. WELL.....I got a brand new car right after leaving and paying Firestone $134 for a diagnostic that I could have done without. Thanks for nothing. You are a chain repair shop that do not even do that type of engine work. You are not qualified to tell someone they need a new engine. The new car will definitely not ever be going to any Firestone.

Taco made my experience very good and quick. I called the day before hoping to get my tire fixed and he had to the best customer service and told me to come in and he handled my issue himself. I would definitely go back if anything happened again and go to taco!

Very courteous and polite. Knowledgeable, explanation the steps of each service. They were not pushy and didn't try to over sell like most places. They work was finished on time. This was a great experience! Will recommend and return for services !
