Not really a bad place- staff very friendly & helpful. My only issue is I had what I believe to be 2 misdiagnoses. I had a service done but it didn’t fix the car, it started messing up about 3 weeks later. I came back & was diagnosed that I needed a catalytic converter. This ran me about 1.7k but luckily they told me about their credit program. So I had the service done. 2 weeks later my car is messing up again. That’s ALARMING after such a heavy financial burden has been undertaken, so I take it back. This time they said it’s a faulty fuel injector & advise me to take it to the dealership. The dealership found no issues with the Fuel injector & actually replaced the parts that Firestone had already replaced TWICE. Turns out Firestone was possibly using plugs that just didn’t agree with the model of my car or something. Either way, I’ve had NO ISSUES since. Car is driving great & if I knew then what I know now, I would’ve never agreed to a catalytic converter repair when my issue was so minor. Wish I would’ve checked with the dealership before but I chose convenience of this location & it seems like it’s gonna cost me about $1,700. It’s not all bad though- will I use them again? Once I pay this excruciating credit balance off, I can see that card coming in handy in the future for tires maybe or minor, non engine or fuel related issues. Sucks paying back this 1.7k now when my problem was fixed at the dealership for $232, but you live in you learn…

Came up with every reason on the book on how they can't improve my alignment without even trying. This is after I paid a day ago. I came in with better alignment than when I left after they did the service.

Place is horrible. Had oil change and got home and oil all over driveway. Didn’t tighten up oil plug. Gave the another chance and not sure the did my oil change. There was confusion on if my truck was serviced or not serviced and my old sticker was still on the windshield and my oil gauge said 25%. Don’t go to one on Gate City.

Went in because I had a screw in one of my rear tires and was told that because of where it was it was irreparable and would need a new tire and would likely need another rear tire because of dry rot. Fine, they do better as pairs, anyway. They do the replacement THEN tell me I should also get an alignment done for another $120. Alright, sure, makes sense. I pay and leave (after spending about twice as much as I anticipated), and my car won’t turn on. Turns out the battery is dead because they’d had it on the whole time. For a tire replacement and alignment. They jumped it, surprisingly for free, and sent me on my way two hours after my appointment. Definitely will not be back

I’m giving them a 3 star because they were able to get me in really quick upon my arrival. However, the staff was a bit rude and then when they finished my car, I sat there for about 15 mins without them telling me they were done. I had to actually get up and ask them if my car was done. On top of that, they only had one computer working. Then they still had an attitude.

There’s a really, REALLY uneducated woman in the front counter with dreads, always has an airpod in and I had to re-say what I needed around 3 times which seemed to make her mad that she couldnt hear me over HER airpods? So anyway I waited 2 hours for a service that I specifically told her I did not want. Then she got mad and I am still waiting to just get my car back now. ITS BEEN 2 hours and 30 MINUTES. SO UNPROFESSIONAL PLEASE FIRE HER.

Before purchasing this vehicle, I had a pre-purchase inspection performed by the store, during which I was informed that the car was in good condition. However, after purchasing the car, I was surprised to discover a noticeable oil leak, which had not been brought to my attention during the inspection. If I had been informed of this issue, I would not have proceeded with the purchase. I believe this oversight significantly impacts the validity of the inspection and raises concerns about the thoroughness of the service provided. the oil leak was a pre-existing condition that was not disclosed during the inspection. An oil leak is typically checked from below the vehicle, and I find it concerning that the photos provided by the store appear unusually clean, which raises questions about the thoroughness of their inspection. I am directly affected by this issue and, given the circumstances, I am now skeptical of the store's provided evidence, as it seems they may be attempting to avoid responsibility.

Friendly staff. Came in for a headlamp replacement which happened, but the whole wheel well assembly was not put back together appropriately so is being destroyed by my tires while driving at highway speeds. I work full time during Firestones' hours so am unable to bring my car back for a week. Called in to notify the store and was told basically "ok we'll take a look at it when you bring it in." I'm likely to recommend to a friend or family member due to the excellent and timely services I've received from this store, but I am now concerned about being stuck with a bill to replace my wheel well

I do not know why I went back to a Firestone location. They told me they wouldn't pass my car without new tires. They said i needed all kinds of unnecessary fluids and services that were gonna all be over $900 (including new tires)! So I went back today about 4:30 since I got tires from somewhere to get it reinspected--was told that there was not a tech their or an inspector. So I drove 30 minutes for nothing. Even though I already paid most of the 30 buck fee I am just going to go somewhere else. Never will I use Firestone again. I do not feel valued there.

I called to make an appointment to have my tires balanced and rotated. I was told no appointment was needed...((I advised the rep that I believe I was told these services were free after tire purchase)) and He didn't advise me otherwise while on the call. When I arrived, and reiterated the services I needed, he still didn't advise me there would be a charge for balancing my tires. When they are done, he tells me I owe $58. The manager is called and his responded that I should know there is a charge for balancing tires. WRONG ANSWER, SON!!!! I'm confused at this point because there were 2 opportunities to tell me the balancing of my tires would not be free, so I called corporate... The customer should always be told if there is a charge for a service before the service is performed... so this is totally unacceptable

If you make appointment you wait. If you walk in you wait. This the third time i have been to this location. I came today to get tires check,because i purchased them here and have been losing air. I have been here a hour and 15 before they pulled car back. I have been here two hours. I have only had tires five months. You have to wait to long and the chairs are awful. No a good place.

Worst experience I have ever had. Had a 1pm appointment. I arrived a bit early. Waited there almost 2 hrs and i didn’t see anyone working on my car. By 2:40 they tell me that my car was done at 12:57pm , but forgot to tell me it was ready.

Zero help, and lacks the enthusiasm to assist. Took my issue to precision tune. Much better help. Resolved the issue in 10 minutes.
