They were great. They were able to assist and help me after the other Firestone failed to tell me that their alignment machine was down and they scheduled me an appointment. But this location was kind and able to squeeze me in last minute and get me taken care of. I really appreciate it. Special thanks to Ulises. Taking care of me and my car. I definitely recommend

Came in for a tire repair at 3:45 and was told we close at 5 it will roll over until tomorrow. Try Wal Mart… unfortunate yall could get a lot of business when discount is closed on Sundays. But I’ll never be back, I’ll wait until Discount Tire opens on Monday next time.

I had a nice experience at this Firestone shop. Reneé was wonderful in customer service and provided me a good discounted quote when taking the lifetime wheel alignment and lifetime tire rotation balance. Their price always beat the competitors. The technicians are prompt and provide quality services. The shop is located conveniently on top of US380 and has ample parking outside. It’s always better to call before or go online to schedule the appointment or otherwise the wait time is long. There is a small area to wait and have free wifi and power outlets and have a TV, drinking water, coffee with clean bathroom.

This is the worst firestone ever, even with appointment and being said the tires replacement is gonna take 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes, they took the 3 hours and me waiting in the store for the while 3 hours. I’m looking at my car just there and no one is working on it for the whole time. Never wait at this location, better to drop off and pick up.

Came in for tire rotation with an appointment and they still didn’t get to my car for more than an hour !! Poor time management but the front desk lady did the tire rotation for free!!! Very nice of them!!

Absolutely terrible customer service And then not to mention, after how bad everything went, Joe Reed, employee that worked on my car, decided to back my car out and take it for a spin around the corner since I was already so upset I watched just exactly what he did with my car and where he went and when he came around the corner between this location and the IHOP next to it he decided to speed my car around the corner so fast I heard my tires squeal After this, I then told the front man Dominic I absolutely refuse to pay for service and I got the email and phone number for the manager and they will be hearing from you soon If this employee is not fired, and by this employee, I mean Joe Reid these managers are never gonna stop hearing from me. I am beyond pissed off. If I could give less than one star I would.

07-2024 / 🤖 It looks like there is a systematic error in service management, namely: fictitious registration for service and lack of staff. There is a neglect of management of the current situation, which is naturally reflected in the level of assessment by consumers. If you make the first appointment at 7 am, you will be informed that the job of replacing the brake fluid takes 3 hours... Okay, do it! But when you return within the specified time, you can see your car untouched. At the same time, all the lifts are busy with other orders! — I would burn with shame, how can you work like that?! We live in America... 🗽 Change management; the development of negative situations can and should be managed. 09-2024 / Wonderful service, in which the customer waiting area is not thought out. People come here not only to replace the wheels, so it is necessary to increase the comfort of customers (including soft seats and Wi-Fi), especially since there is no safe opportunity to cross the road to supermarkets where you can pass the time. Another nuance is that there is a big difference between the cost of car maintenance announced in the end and the initial price list. *I'm a client because I haven't met or don't know another alternative...

I booked an appointment for service online at 10 AM. I scheduled my entire day around it. I received an email stating they received my request and they would call me if they needed to reschedule it. I showed up 4 hours later at my appointment time. They told me they never got around to processing it and I would have to wait 2 hours before they could see me. This location's ineptitude ruined my schedule for the day, and prevented me from being able to schedule an appointment for service somewhere that could see me that day. Now I have a road trip in the morning with an unserviced vehicle. Completely unprofessional and inept business.

Customer Service and time management is not their speciality. I scheduled an appointment 2 days ago for a tire balance and rotation for 7am. I got to the facility early as directed and when I walked in the gentlemen said that I was scheduled for 11am and not 7am. I told him I had the email that showed I requested 7am and that if anything would change they would call me. I showed him the email and he said I could drop the car off and it would be done by end of day. I left and refreshed my email and I had gotten an email 2 minutes before my appointment that said I should call before arriving and that the changed my appointment to 11am. 2 MINUTES before my appointment. This is the 2nd time this location has done this to me. Stay far far away from this place if you value your time and money!

The people I had the pleasure of interacting with at Firestone North Frisco were kind, efficient and honest. The person who called me with an update on my car was very open, honest and explained everything that was wrong with my brakes to me. He answered all my questions and provided me with explanations as to why they recommended what they did. I felt comfortable and not like I was getting tricked into doing something I didn’t need to. I even received a vehicle inspection report that explained what they saw and included pictures of the problem areas. I felt the most comfortable I’ve felt at an auto shop as someone who doesn’t know much about cars. I would definitely come here again. Thank you!!

Made an appointment the day before. I went in thinking since it's a weekday, there might be a chance of my vehicle being looked at before my 10am appointment. When I talked with the manager, Victor, he said it would be more closer to my appointment time. I was fine with that and I waited....and waited.... and kept waiting. During that time, he was hanging out in the bay area. Barely came out to check on customers or update us. Finally closer to 11am, it got pulled in. At that time, I talked with the lady at the counter, Renee, and she said it would take 2+ hours for it to be looked at and repaired. I arranged my ride and waited for it. I took a walk outside of the building waiting for my ride. I get back to Firestone and I see my vehicle parked. No communication from manager, Renee, or anyone. I go in, had to wait in line for a good 5 minutes, and then finally spoke with Renee. She said it was taken off the bay and parked for another vehicle because the part wasn't in and that I would have to leave my vehicle overnight. Plus, she also quoted me an arm and a leg to get the repair done. Poor communication and horrible pricing! Total time waiting around for nothing - close to 3 hours! I eventually spoke with their competitor down the street, Brakes Plus. They said they were able to get the repair done that same day and it was going to be $150 less than what I was quoted. The manager made excuses and didn't want to match at all to keep my business. His body language was off-putting from the beginning and that should of been a sign that this wasn't going to go good. Firestone really needs to reconsider who they have managing this store and to find someone else who cares about customers. I left with my vehicle from the store. I will continue to work with other Firestone stores, but NEVER AGAIN will be with this store!

Due to terrible service and the total disrespect experienced at Carrollton Firestone,1845 E Rosemeade Pkwy, Carrollton, TX 75007, years back, I ceased all communication and business with Firestone. I haven't been to a Firestone in years. I moved to the Prosper/Frisco area years back, and considered using Firestone for the first time on yesterday, 6/29/24, due to a flat tire situation(nail in tire). When I read my emailed receipt detailing itemized recommended service, I was impressed, although I only came in to have a small repair done. Thanks. I did not get stressed or feel that I was being nickeled and dimed. Thank You Renee and Harrison 80

My husband took appointment over phone to get tire changed for our ford truck F150. Appointment was set for 3:30pm. My husband got there by 3:15pm. Since my husband was dropping truck, our son had to drive 20 mins to get him ride from Firestone. Front desk agent told him that they cannot service his truck since they don’t technician to work on truck. My husband said what you mean? Store manager stated that happens here all the time. I have too much stuff going on. My husband said what kind of service Firestone provides to their client? My husband said if you cannot handle your job, then you should quit your job. My husband stated he will be writing review about this service. Store Manager said get out of my store and he called police. This Store Manager needs to be retrained in customer service and how to have handle over his clients and his staff. This kind of Manager is a bad reputation for Firestone in general. We are in Hospitality business for last 34 years. All our business and personal vehicles are serviced at Firestone. Due to this experience, Firestone will no longer be getting our business going forward. This is worst experience my husband had with this store.

The gentlemen were very friendly, even though they were super busy, and low on staff at the time of my service. They made sure my car was cared for and kept me updated on the processes along the way. They were very efficient. I had a full set of tires replaced, along with an oil change and wheel alignment, and it was all completed while I waited in store.

Taken the car in just for a wheel alignment with no engine light on no problem with the car and get it back with engine lights on also taken it to another Firestone and they told me I had oil leaking on the engine and I said I just had them fix so I taken it back to the other shop to make sure there was no leaks and there was none with dye in the oil watch out Firestone is a scam if they can not make money off of you they will find away to make money from you by lying to you or making an engine light come on just to get a diagnostics fee or something out of you beware
