Our family has been using Firestone for years and it’s sad to see how bad this particular location has become. Do not drop your vehicle off here for a walk in, they will take 48 hours + to service the vehicle. We will not be using Firestone any longer due to the experiences we have had with this location over the last 18 months.

Bryce is the best and grateful for him taking care of my tire with a nail in it and nearly flat. He was able to get me in and out in less than 15 minutes even though the shop was full; he saved the day. Great customer service and Bryce is an invaluable asset to Firestone. Thank you, Bryce. I will be back for additional maintenance and repairs as needed.✌️

Bryce was extremely helpful before arriving to the shop and just as helpful when I arrived. He explained everything well and answer each questions without making me feel rushed. He is a great asset to Firestone .

I called at 1pm today and asked if it would be possible to get an alignment if I came over has soon as I got off work at 4:30. I was told yes but it might take a couple of hours, I agreed because I have a long trip tomorrow. I walked at 4:30 and was told no it wasn't possible because there were 5 ahead. I said that my name was on a list thinking I was in that 5 somewhere. When the service person found my name he threw something and started a yelling rant and then told someone in the office behind the counter that I had been given a 4:30 appointment. Then he yelled about someone who supposed to be getting off in a few minutes. He stalked into the garage area with a word to me. After watching a grown man have a tantrum like 5 year old, I decided I couldn't trust them with my car, so I left. I have had terrible customer service before but this was unacceptable! I will never go back there again. There are plenty of other Firestones around.

Tried calling this location twice the first time I was put on hold then was hung up on. The second time calling not even five minutes later it was still ringing and then the call ended.

from the manager to the techs this is the best store in dfw in my opinion. it has had some changes in leadership in the past few years, but the current team is the best i have seen in years at any location. highly recommend

I had an oil light come on while driving to work and called right after 7am, explained what was going on, and was immediately told to come in and they’d take a look. I showed up about 10 mins later and greeted by Danny, who jumped right into diagnosis mode. He was so kind, and talked to me like a human being. They took such good care of me and I was out of there and back en route to work! Would 100% go back. And Danny was 15/10!

If I could give this location a half star, or no star, that's what I would do! I asked for a quote and a time for a simple tire rotation, These guys said it would be about 45 minutes then two and a half hours later after they played basketball in the shop, stopped working on my vehicle to do other things, then came in quoting me $85 to replace a simple turn signal lamp. My family has used Firestone for YEARS, I will NEVER be back to this location EVER!!

Overall a great experience for a tire and wheel package change and TPMS activation. There was initial confusion from my end on the timing of my appointment, but this was quickly resolved in store and the work completed as promised before end of day from when I dropped off the car.

Please don’t visit this place. Worst idiotic people.. worst service. Very slow and arrogant service. I dropped my car at 10.30am when they mentioned mine was 3rd car in sequence (2 before me was oil change and tire rotation they said). I waited for 2 and half hours and when I asked them, they arrogantly said to collect by end of the day which is very unprofessional. A mutual respect of time and response is the least we expect from you guys. Sorry but very disappointed with the service.

Slow service and expensive tires. Dropped off my car 8am Tuesday for a puncture in the center of the tire. Finally got my car back 6pm Wednesday, after a hail storm. They "could not" plug the puncture. Replacement tire was $150 more than discount tire. It was pro rated due to protection plan, but all that does is tie you in to their expensive tires. Used to use them for all our cars but this is the last time I use them.

I ran over a screw and was on my spare. I had gone by many tire places and no one would make the time to fix it. Firestone Frisco said they would and he was so nice and courteous. They did an amazing job! Thank you Christian for providing excellent customer service!

This is the only location in Frisco where I have my vehicle serviced. The store Manager is excellent, and the staff is always friendly and has high-responsibility themes. TY, Friestone!

To the guys at Firestone at Main and Teel in Frisco. You guys did an outstanding job on my vehicle. Before I took my car in, the steering wheel was shaking and the squeaking noise my brakes had was driving me nuts.. My car drives like it did when I purchased it. It was a little on the pricey side, but I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for.. I would rather pay more to have something done right. Great job you guys.!!!

I called Saturday morning and this location confirmed they are able to do state inspections. Went in around 10:30 and the guy at the counter said it may be a few hours for them to get me in. Definitely understood, there were a lot of cars in the lot and all the bays were full. Told him no worries, I’d come back Monday when I’m off and try then (weekday may be easier). I get there this morning before 10 and the lobby was empty for customers. Guy at the desk says it may be a few days before they can get me in for an inspection, their machine is down. Crazy it was just working Saturday and it’s Monday morning now. :(. He was kind and let me use their restroom. **Ive gone to 6 places between Frisco and Little Elm that all confirmed they could do the inspection then when I got there I was told “our machine is down”. Ended up going to the dealership for help. Burning gas and wasting time.

Horrible customer service!! Sales associate Brice was getting dressed behind the counter at 9:05. Complaining about how they were booked for hours. Because the new store manager is on a “kick” to book Sunday appointments. And further more stated that is easy for the manager do dump everything on them, because managers don’t have to work Sundays. Also try to sell me service that I had done a month ago. And tried to charge me for a new TPMs sensor that was replaced here in February. He could not explain why my truck was not ready. Even after it was left overnight. When i returned at 10:05 to pay, he had to go to the back office to get the cash drawer. This is absolutely horrible customer service !!’

I regret stopping at Firestone for a tire issue. It was a mile closer than Discount while I was driving on a tire that was losing air. Next time, I will risk it! After 3.5 hours and a rude Mgr just to plug a tire, there will not be any other Firestone stops in my future!

We are visiting from out of town for the weekend, Saturday afternoon the low air alarm came on, this place was really busy and backed up! They were able to air up our tire and let us come back a few hours later to repair it, so we wasn’t without a vehicle. Very friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend

every Firestone we have dealt with has been very satisfactory and this store was exceptional. We now live where there isn't a Firestone close by but will continue to go there for some service and have our daughter going to your location in Huntsville, AL as well.

I’ve never written a review in my life but this time I had to. I had a confirmed appointment at 1pm today after my previous appointment last Saturday was cancelled 30mins before my time because “they were backed up”. I just need 2 tires to be installed! I Arrived at 12:30pm the adviser took the car and said maximum 3pm will be ready. Walked back home 2miles from the center. Called them at 2:50pm to make sure it’s ready. The guy stated the machine has been down and not sure will be ready at all. No apologies nothing. Walked back to pick up the car in a 95 degrees heat. The adviser has no idea what’s going on and he didn’t bother to find out he just handed me the key and that was it. Again no apologies!? Never again!
