After a less-than-positive experience at Brakes Plus in Frisco, I took my truck to Firestone, also in Frisco, for an alignment. The Firestone team was pleasant to work with and got it right the first time. I truly appreciate their professionalism and attention to detail.

Great service. Owen gives attention to detail, excellent customer service. I highly recommend this store. Preston & Lebanon! My editing my review. I went in for service. When I got my car back I noticed my floor mat was filthy with oil or a mixture of dirt. I returned and the technician held himself accountable which is a positive When dealing with employees these days. Owen the store manager was helpful as well. The Chris the technician worked exceptionally hard to remove the substance from mat and I am satisfied with Firestones employees and management. I would recommend this store to the public. Great service. One hick-up doesn't deter me from going elsewhere!

I have been a customer for over 20 years. Consistent, honest and fair . Managers and mechanics are great communicators . I always make an appt a day in advance and drop off the night before. After new car warranty expires Firestone takes over. I buy all tires here too!

Made appointment online, dropped car off at appointment time, work was started within a reasonable time after drop off. Picked up car, problem fixed. Really nothing more I need than the above but many shops (dealers cough cough) cant even accomplish starting work on my car on the same day of my appointment.

Never, ever go over there. Replace my front tiers, and I believe they broke one of the sensors. I got them the new sensor, and they asked for $130!! just to replace and program it!!. It's just for one sensor!

Exceptional Resolution: Firestone Restores Confidence After initially having a disappointing experience at Firestone, I am pleased to report that they have stepped up and resolved the issue. They ordered the necessary plate and installed it on my car for free. Their customer service team reached out via email and phone to address my concerns. Given their prompt response and commitment to rectifying the mistake, I am updating my rating from 1 star to 4/5 stars. Their willingness to make things right has restored my confidence in their service. I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction and will consider them for future vehicle maintenance needs. Terrible Experience – Safety Neglected. I recently went to Firestone for a simple oil change, and the outcome was incredibly disappointing and unsafe. After driving my car the following day, the metal plate underneath the engine, which protects it from rocks and other debris, came loose and hit the ground while I was driving. This created a loud noise and scared me, as it was clearly a safety issue. It turns out that when they performed the oil change, they didn’t tighten the screws properly on the plate. Their negligence put me in a potentially dangerous situation on the road. I trusted Firestone to handle a routine service, but the lack of attention to detail and carelessness left me extremely frustrated and concerned for my safety. I will not be returning to this location, and I urge others to be cautious when choosing this shop for their vehicle maintenance.

I've been to this location for years and the folks are are always very pleasant, very professional, and I trust them. Many years ago I had an Acura from the Acura dealer in Plano; I took the car in for a 30k mile checkup and was told I needed new brake pads and potentially new rotors. I trusted them, but decided to have Firestone do the work (after heavy pressure from the service advisor, who actually told me he didn't want me to leave "with the brakes in that shape"). About 30 minutes after leaving my car at FS, I got a call back from the FS manager telling me he "couldn't in good conscience do the job because the pads and rotors were in great shape and didn't need it". Because of that incident back around 2003 Firestone has a customer for life and I've never bought anything again from that dealership.

I have been a loyal Firestone customer for 8+ years in another city. Was recently in Frisco (5+ hours from home) with a low tire. These guys got my car checked out right away, switched out my flat with a spare I had and got me squared away in time to still catch my nephew’s football game. (Tire issues are never convenient are they.) Not only that but I called back a week later when I couldn’t locate the wheel lock & they helped me find it in the car. Thanks Stephen & team!

The only reason this gets a 1 star is because I can’t leave a 0 star. What turned into a low coolant issue became locating multiple leaks that costed 2500$ to repair. They messed up my coolant sensor and had the audacity to say I would need to pay for parts and labor to fix it. Do not trust this place with your car!

Took my car in for a couple of leaks. The advisor, Mark reviewed my tire depth and explained why one tire could be patched and one could not. Gave me a couple of quotes for tire replacement as well. Mark was very professional.

Horrible Customer Service and made my car worse. Been using this Firestone for years for several vehicles. Called and schedule an appt on afternoon or 8/28. Brought in the vehicle to have a driver door Securicode panel appliqué installed I purchased from Ford OEM parts. Ideally was going to save me the expense of the dealership. I told them specifically this panel if not installed correctly causes issues with the lift gate and needed to be checked. Before I picked up the vehicle I spoke the manager and made it clear to validate all functions on the key fob were working and there were no error lights in the dash. Mind you two years before I spent $800 to require this same panel to Firestone. I dropped my wife off and of course everything was not working. They dismissed my wife’s concerns and tried to say it was working fine. So I told her to leave the car there overnight and make sure to reset battery. Then called back next morning and nothing had been started and tech wasn’t arriving until 10:30. The manager on duty said he would call with update by noon. 12 Cole’s and goes and nothing. I call and it still hast to been looked at. Called again at 3 and still not looked at. Poor expectation setting after mind you I’ve already paid the. $200 for day 1. By 4 pm I just drove down there to find it wasn’t even sitting in the bay. The issue was still there and I left with the car. They clearly made my car worse and Walter was claiming the part was non functional but most likely it was installed correctly. I’ve disputed the charge with my credit card. I’ll never used this location again and I strongly suggest you don’t either. No one really cared for my time and multiple Uber trips and inconvenience.

Horrible service….. came to pick up my vehicle & no one was here, they oversleep, got my vehicle 45 minutes later ….. all dirty grease everywhere, mechanic saw me and he would leave out the stat room so he could avoid the shame….

I concur with the latest 1 star reviews. Had an appointment booked for AC check the first of July. Dropped my car, Uber took me to work. Three hours later I received a call saying the AC tech wasn’t there but we hooked it up and it shows you need an evaporator and recharge $606. Coworker takes me to pick up, car sitting in the same spot, I go in and get ready to pay for AC check and they told me it’s ok it’s in the quote. Fast forward to the next morning I call to have the estimate emailed to me so I can schedule. After a 10 minute conversation with Steve he tells me I never had an appointment though I have the email confirmation, call records and Auber receipt. He tells me that I didn’t drop my keys in drop box, no one quoted anything or talked to me. I then ask for DM or RM name and number and was given the correct name but obviously a bogus number as I left two messages and no call I had to tag Firestone on X to get any type of response. After several messages saying they would reach out I finally received a call two weeks later and was left a voicemail. I returned the call leaving my name and number a week ago and still nothing!

I have been a customer at Firestone Frisco Texas for nearly 20 years and nationally for 35 years. The last 4-5 experiences have been poor. The last straw was today. I brought my car in for an oil change and few other small things. 8 hours later and after closing I am sitting in the waiting room for my car. The place has gone down hill fast. Stay away from this place. Find a new auto service store and save yourself a big headache

I’ve visited this location twice in the past year due to an unexpected nail in my tire. The team has been quick and efficient both times. Let me start by saying 10-15 years ago I truly enjoyed the staff and fully trusted their recommendations at this location. The last 2-4 years though have been a disaster. Poor service times, lots of personnel turnover or shortage of personnel even to the point they didn’t open one normal day because they had no mechanics to work. I’ve finally reached the point where I have had enough. This visit, I scheduled an appointment for Saturday on the Wednesday before. All I needed was 4 new tires and some basic alignment checks. When I dropped it off 15 mins before my scheduled time of 9am they said they had 1 technician and 1 car ahead of me. At 12:30 I called to check on it because they originally told me it would be a couple hours. At that point they told me it would be another 2-4 hours because there was another car in front of me yet they had all of their technicians on shift for the first time in weeks. I feel the quality of work was sufficient but I’m tired of the service lacking and the time to complete work taking so long. The time before this I left a car for an oil change, dropped it off in the morning and said I didn’t need it till closing that day. They called at 5:30 saying they wouldn’t be done before closing and that it would be at least midday the next day before it would be done. I am a card member so I prefer Firestone but I won’t be using this location again unless there are big changes.

Steven and Mark are awesome! Comunicated status of the car! I needed several parts that we not in stock but were local. They got them quickley and turned my car very fast. One thing I needed was a starter (expensive!) and after being installed, the remote start on my car started working again! It hadn't worked in a year! We’ve been visiting and trusting Firestone in our area and had to get the car checked in Frisco - we chose Firestone in Frisco. Our experience here was super disappointing. We checked the car in the for the service. Upon pick up when asked for the inspection and 20 point inspection report on the car they were not able to share a print out or a hand written diagnostics. They said they’ve “emailed” it, two different email’s later it has yet to show up. (3 weeks later) They refuse to find solutions and resort to excuses. Disappointing service - especially for a Firestone brand. Should’ve really looked at the reviews before making a silly decision. This place really lacks customer service and work ethics. 👎 Definitely don’t recommend them.

I normally go to this dealer and have them do the alignment and oil change while I wait. I needed to drop the car off and then go back to pick it up 3 hrs later. It was better when I could bring car in at appointment time and get the work done in about 1 hour.

Ive been here twice in the last 5 months. Once for new tires on my van. They didn't balance them, and I had to come back after feeling vibrations at high speed. This is 101 for new tires, in case your wondering. I also got my vehicle back about 6 hours after I was told I was going to. Today I went in for Texas sticker renewal, and their OBD tool couldn't read my cars computer. A first! Of course, they charged me. I went straight to the dealership who had no issue whatsoever connecting to my OBD port. Not only did Firestone not connect, but they are using a wireless module that is clearly missing plastic around the housing. I called for a refund, do you think they gave me one? Nope. So I called corporate and I am waiting for a area manager to call me back, because this store doesn't have one!!! Lastly, I heard an employee tell a customer today that scheduling an appointment doesnt matter because they dont have enough techs. Save your time. Save your money. Go elsewhere.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I made an appointment over two weeks ago to bring my car in for an oil change. I go at my appointment time and they tell me that they will have to keep my car overnight when I asked why they didn’t let me know that earlier they said well little jobs became big jobs, and now we’re backed up, that doesn’t seem like very good customer service nor does the issue of them getting backed up seem to be a problem that should result in me having to leave my car overnight I will never go back
