I scheduled a repair appointment for today last week. Something told me to call this morning to make sure my car would be finish by closing and the service associate told me that they can not repair my vehicle due to them not having the proper tools. Mind you they quoted me 3200 for the repairs gave me a breakdown and everything. Now I’m stuck searching for a place to repair my car. This place SUCKS. They need to verify that they can repair a vehicle before quoting and making appointment.

I do not know if there was any technical proplem with the computer or the techinican who fixed wheel alignment not done correctly. The left front wheel of my car is still not aligned. The advisor told me that one could not be fixed. I paid $209 for the wheel alignment service but all my car wheels not fixed correctly. I am not satisfied at all.

Brought my car in to get checked up on overheating the engine bay and what causes the overheating. Throughout the time that I brought my car in from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm and those guys still cannot find the issues. What is even worse is after that inspection by these guys, my radiator cooling fan stops functioning and it gets even worse. I paid for solutions and brought back nothing and no solutions or what so ever from these guys. I even called back to ask and those guys were literally still going to charged me for an inspection that those guys caused it to happen.

Do not get work on your car done at this Firestone! The mechanics who worked on my car were VERY negligent. I’ve had to go in 3 times in the past week to get mistakes fixed that THEY caused, and I left with a new mistake EACH time. First I went in for an alignment and rotation on my wheels, when I left, my car was not properly aligned, it was worse than when I brought it in, and my steering wheel began to shake. I brought it in again to get it fixed, they suggested rotating my tires back to how they originally were to fix the problem. The tires that were gonna be placed back in the front were almost completely worn out, so I opted to purchase 2 new ones, and leave the pair that still had some life left. When I left, the new tires were in the back and the pair of tires that was the MOST worn out was in the front. Meaning, they installed a pair of new tires and were going to keep the pair of tires that still had some life in them left, and left me with the pair that was the WORST. I did not notice this until the next day. When I finally went in for the last time to have this fixed, it seemed all was fine when I went home. Two new tires in the front, and my old pair of tires that still had some life left was in the back. The next day, I had a family member replace the serpentine belt on my car and they removed my wheel to make it easier. That was when they noticed that the lug nuts were loose. He checked every tire, and they were loose on every. single. one of them. I live about an hour away from this place, I am lucky that a tire did not fall off of my car. Moral of the story: do not trust these people with your car, and if you do, make sure to inspect it yourself afterward.

I paid $2,500 and when I picked up my car and got home. Only to find panel in glove compartment not put back on and panel in trunk not put back on either. A cushion on the front passenger side was stained like a mechanic sat in there and got it dirty. It would be nice when you have any job done on your vehicle to have someone walk you through everything on your vehicle. To avoid these items that were missed or over looked.

I scheduled an appointment at 8am and arrived 15 minutes early to make sure they have the keys by 8 in to put all new tires on my Kia Optima just for them to have me waiting 3+ hours for simple tire change. Do not recommend booking appointment as they will not take you on the time you are scheduled. Paying over 1200 dollars you expect quality and completion in a timely matter.

I have been patronizing this particular location for at least 20 years and they have always done an excellent job of servicing my car and being dependable, reliable honest and getting it right the first time. Management has consistently been excellent over the years and I can’t say enough positive things about the store.

Prior to taking my Audi in for an oil change, we asked if they would be able to reset the service light and were told yes. We took the car in had the service done and the light was still on after. Before we left, we spoke to a worker who said to bring the car back the next day to speak to someone to reset it. And again we asked if that person had the appropriate device, again we were told yes it shouldn’t be a problem. The next day I called to ensure the person was working prior to making the drive out to the service center and was told no, they couldn’t do it. When I said that I had asked not once, but twice to ensure the light could be reset and was told yes, the man on the phone hung up on me.

Appointments are a joke. Had an appointment that was confirmed for 5pm, they tell me to come tomorrow. Isn't the point of an appointment, is to put time aside for that person? Wild. Just bring your car in early, so that they can "work" on it for hours.

I love that I was notified about the condition of my brake pads the last time I had my car serviced, and again today after an oil change, allowing me an opportunity to have them replaced while I was already there, The service was fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. After my very first visit, I made the decision that going forward, Warren and his staff would be the ones to service my vehicle.
