Had a flat repaired on my brand-new tires that I got from this location. They told me the sensor light should go away on its own which it did not. I called and the male named Kenny was rude. The sensor was never reset when they fixed the flat the guy just said it should go away on its own and it didn't. So, I called to see if I can take it in and all I got was excuses as to why it might not work and then told it would take an hour to reset it. I paid a pretty penny for these tires, and they have warranty, so I don't understand why it is a big issue to just make sure they do it right the first time. This location always has an attitude. I use this location for my personal and company car but at this point I can begin taking my cars elsewhere if it is not going to be done right to begin with and if there is going to be an attitude or excuses. This is your job and if you don 't like it find another profession.

The manager here is extremely rude, I didn't request him he was just the one who helped me check in. I also found there is no point setting an appointment. Sat for over an hour and a half and my car still never got brought back for an oil change. They do not tell you anything either, or even just a small sorry it's going to take a little bit longer. I finally just picked the car back and noticed it sitting there still after that long in the parking lot, and will take it somewhere else. Yes a long delay is frustrating, but it's more about how inconsiderate and rude their tone is. It comes across as a business that has clearly so many customers they don't even need to worry about a small smile or basic common courtesy. This would be the DMV of oil change location. Would 100% never come back here.

My mother on law has been getting ripped off from this place for years watch them scammers she has had numerous of things broken and then she had it towed car was running with minor or issues then had to have it towed

im not the type to leave negative reviews on anything, but i had an appointment about 10 hours ago for a simple tire rotation and an oil change since im leaving on a long trip in a few weeks. im from texas so one of the things my folks do for me for support is let me use their firestone account (with their permission/calling ahead) since my stepdad was the one to always fix my vehicle problems when i still lived with them. everything seemed fine, it was done pretty quick, the employees were kind and i had nice interactions with the other guests while waiting as well, but when i went back after my stepdad got the call that it was ready, they told me that they did do my tire rotation and oil change, but that they also put windshield wipers on my truck as well and said that the "owner of the account requested them to be put on". since i had actually had a conversation with my mom earlier about how i needed to buy new ones (we agreed that we would just buy cheap ones and id replace them myself), i assumed that they maybe got them for me as a surprise? but lo and behold when i grabbed my keys and got in my car i immediately called my stepdad and mom and they both got extremely upset that firestone had lied to me about the windshield wipers request. none of us requested new windshield wipers be put on, and it probably costed 5x as much as it would have if i wouldve just done it myself like i planned to do the same day. i wish my parents could be reimbursed for this because its not fair and feels really sneaky. i know this is a common practice with mechanics to get better numbers so i've learned a lesson, but why did my parents have to be involved ? :( very shady business

Poor service. Mentioned I need brake fluid but wouldn’t add it in unless I made another appointment- to simply top off something. Then they ordered the wrong color part(a mirror), didn’t ask me if I wanted the wrong color part installed. Then they installed it and then I could not return it. Why didn’t they call me first?

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews. Experience was bad enough for me to take my time out for this. While google and yelp reviews are impactful please also file your complaint with the BBB (better business berbau) and FTC (Federal trade commission) AC went out (middle of summer and I have a toddler that can’t be in extreme heat) problem got misdiagnosed so after 48 hours was dealing with the same issue. Had to fight tooth and nail for any type of refund. Didn’t get loud or take any personal attacks just asked to be humanized. You pay for a service, take multiple days off work to get the service fixed and ending up with the same problem. Kenny the managers response was I’m already processing “more of a refund than I deserve” $110 off a $360 bill. As if I was acting entitled for not wanting to pay for something that didn’t get fixed.

They treated me with respect and gave detail of computer diagnostic test in what they found and explained to me what needs to get taken care of I will be back to correct the problems I encountered on my vehicle! Thank You Firestne Staff and Crew!!!

Friendly, professional, sense of integrity, customer service oriented. Kenny the manager did an awesome job of correctly diagnosing the problem. I got a 50% discount on the Diagnostic check from my Firestone card. I only needed a new battery and that was it. No pushiness in trying to sell me anything else. There's cable T.V. and a comfortable sitting area. Clean restroom inside. This is a professional, comfortable, and trustworthy car repair and tire shop. The receptionist and the mechanics are very courteous. Plus, they charge a lot less than a dealership with the same high quality of work. I could go on but you get the idea. Come to this shop everybody!

Every time I take my car in for an alignment it is returned to me unaligned, I take it back to be aligned again and it seems they force it to be unaligned in the opposite direction but enough to keep somewhat straight. My tires are now unevenly worn on the right side due to this. It almost seems like they want your tires to need replacing sooner than later. I will not be a Firestone customer anymore.

I was cussed at and flipped off with my daughter in the car for simply driving down the street. Their truck driver almost backed into me on the middle of Blackstone and honked repeatedly. If I hadn’t quickly put my car in reverse, I would have been hit. As I was finally able to move, my daughter let me know that the employees then flipped us off as we were driving.
