The three stars are because the did change the two tires I came in for. It took over 3 hrs to change two tires. 2 hr wait (I understood that) and over 1.5 hr to do the job. Once complete they told me they broke the TPMS. Now my vehicle doesn’t register the tire pressure in one tire. I was told to come back if it doesn’t, so I’ll have to revisit. After revisiting, they were able to get the TPMS to read. Blamed it on my vehicle though. Said the TPMS programmer wasn’t working on it and they had to dig into the computer to set them up. It has have been working well since then. 3.5 stars if I could. Pros: 1. Job was done that I asked. Cons: 1. They broke my TPMS in the process. 2. 1.5 hr wait for two tires. They were doing other jobs in between mine. 3. I had to return for them to finish fixing the TPMS.

They are attentive and patient and they explained to me well what my car needs. I have been with them for almost 4 years with the service and it was easy to get the credit card with them.

Great people especially David, Alex, and Ari who give excellent service. The prices are competitive. The work usually takes longer than they predicted, but they have a comfortable waiting area. Their credit card has a ridiculously high interest rate, but that's true of most store cards.

“Avoid this place if you drive a Tesla. I scheduled an appointment and provided all my vehicle information ahead of time. Despite that, they sent in a technician who had zero idea how to operate the vehicle. I spent an hour and a half watching them go back and forth without making any progress. The technician even left my door dirty with oil and attempted to lift the vehicle improperly to pull the jacks underneath. In the end, they couldn’t do anything, and the guy just handed me the key without any apology. Time I willl never get back

Something unbelievable! They have no possibility to change oil on a Ford Transit 350! When every Firestone doing this!!!!

The mechanic was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issues with my car in an easy to understand manner. I was able to have my car repaired the same day, which I really appreciated considering what it needed. The entire staff was courteous. I will definately bring my vehicle back the next time there is an issue.

Trying to rip me off, the technician suggested works on my car which was performed just last month I barley drive my car and the best part I had to tell them that those works were performed only last month. The teammate then looks at my previous history which foolishly they did not (I suppose it was because the store was about to close for the day) and says “oh ok, you can ignore the suggested work”. Interestingly under the 9.99 complete car check they suggested the windshield fluid to be ok when there is no fluid at all! This was my second visit and will be the last one with Firestone. I doubt they even did a complete check.

I always receive excellent service at this Firestone. Employees are so nice and efficient. The only thing is I was shocked by the $300 battery. That hurt.

They were a life saver when our trailer had a flat tire and bent rim. It took them awhile to find the tire but put two on instead of the open we discussed. Left and we had a strange sound. Went back and they fixed the problem right away. A courteous, friendly and caring team!

The customer service is extremely on point. The tires are original and can last for a long time. The after care policy is unmatched.
