Micheal and Roberto saved the day and were able to take care of us when we needed a tire leak identified. They did everything they could to make me feel like we were taken care of. I have full confidence in their ability, and I will definitely be giving them repeated service from here on out.

Techs do not care about the cars at all.I go in for new tires and apparently they dont know what a tourque wrench is because when i had to get the tire off not long after I find out they over tightened it when a lug nut stud snaps. The employees are also hard to work with. When i asked about changing a CV joint, they tried to put an inspection on me even though I already knew what's wrong with the car. This is the second Firestone I tried, and I ended up with the same problems. Do not send your vehicle here.

The personnel at the Firestone at the 1346 Lee Trevino location are the best! They got my vehicle in and out fast! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this store!

Beware everyone! This place has techs who do careless work. My son just bought a tire and 3 hours later it was completely flat. He filled it up a bit, but you could hear air escaping from the valve. What a disappointing experience dealing with this shop.

All i needed was a tire put on a rim they charged me almost 50.00. I was reading some of the bad reviews and thought this location can not be that bad. Oh but II IS! Don't Go To This Location. If they say you need work get a second opinion! Go to Cielo Vista Automotive they are way less expensive!!!

They returned my vehicle back with missing parts and stating they don't have it. Very rude evening staff and employees were laughing at my issue. Will never return to this location and will close my Firestone card. As a military veteran I will let everyone I know about this issie.

This is the worst place you can go . The employees are really rude, there’s this one guy with green eyes that is terrible. He has no customer service and he treated my husband and I really bad . He should not be allowed around people. We wanted a brand new tire and he turned us away saying that they were too busy. It was 3 pm on a Sunday and they didn’t close till 5 pm ! We at least asked for a plug and he said we would have to leave our truck there for at least 2 hours. Then we said fine, and he then changed it up by saying they could NOT put a plug because it’s against firestones policy. I will make sure to tell all my co-workers friends and neighbors NOT to ever go there. Such a let down, especially from Firestone. And we had used your services many many times before. But Never again.

Please don’t waste your time bringing your car here. These people are seriously evil and rude and do not care about you. It’s just a job for them. Wouldn’t reccomend this place ! I believe his name is Roger, can’t remember, worst service ever, didn’t even say hi or look up when I walked in, and answered the phone while he was helping me and made me wait. Then the team making unnecessary recs 😆 I went for my ac I just replaced my tires and they’re recommending I get new ones already which is Halirious. They really will try to run up your tab. Just the ac they quoted me over $2000 and then without even asking me if that’s ok he continues on and he said I needed a new battery and new tires saying my tires are at end of life 😂 , alignment, and just kept adding to the bill casually, as if he could afford anything like that. 😆 He was almost enjoying it. why would anyone dish out 3-4 thousand dollars right now when they came for their AC. It’s like he didn’t want me to fix my car there. He purposely made it inconvenient and unrealistic and was very unhelpful in the process. He didn’t attempt to try to offer any other options, he really just gave me a big bill that obviously I was not going to agree to. He didn’t ask if I just wanted to fix my AC. But thankfully I’ll never be coming back here, lesson learned for any future needs. Will not be wasting my time. UPDATE: Currently waiting an hour for them to call me back to tell me I can get my car back. These people are cruel, I swear they do this on purpose. Inconvenience at its best. “ma’am I’ll call you when we bring your car down” even though I didn’t get any services OKAY Roger I called back an hour later to ask if I can pick up my car, ROGER answered and told me to HOLD before even saying hello which I thought was Halirious because he was sure taking calls while he was helping me at the counter earlier but when I call for a simple update to pick up my car an hour later with no update from Firestone he MAKES ME HOLD !!! 10 minutes, at this point he’s doing it on purpose. Michael was laughing when I expressed my concerns. He actually ignored me completely when I stated my concerns and just continued to work like a robot completely ignoring my complaint. He started smirking and laughing when I asked why he wasn’t acknowledging my complaint. And then he said thank you ma’am have a good day and gave me my keys. Please don’t waste your time bringing your car here. These people are seriously evil and rude and do not care about you. It’s just a job for them. Roger ignoring me when I came to pick up my car. Had to deal with Michael who was even more rude. This place is TOXIC My end of life tires per Firestone

I took my girlfriends Nissan because enterprise sent us to that location... we were greatly disappointed not once but twice... they didn't fix the oil leak we went for plus the put the cover on with 1 nut and 1 clip.... i will never be taking any vehicle back to this location..
