Single flat tire came in at 740 am. No customers, it took over an hour to take care of it, guys in the shop just talking with their hands in the pocket and on phone Flat tire can't take more than 30 minutes with check-in information and no customers.

🙃👍🏽HONEST REVIEW🙌🏽 I’m gong to make this review simple and quick. 1) Angel was outstanding. He called an employee who was on his day off to finish a job they did not complete. The employee (who I will not name), did not a do a good job. We scheduled an appointment for new brake pads, alignment and wheel rotation. The vehicle was dropped off at 0900 on a Sunday and the work did not start til 1200 when the special brake pads arrived. We get another call at 1500ish that the car will be ready for pick up at around 1800. My wife stated that she is fine leaving her car overnight and finished Monday but we were promised it will be done tonight. Okay cool that’s fine with us. We got the car back and only 2 mins of leaving the shop, my wife heard a “clunking” sound in the rear passenger side. We pulled over to inspect and there was nothing out of the ordinary. It sounded like tools bouncing around the rear quarter panel of the car. When we got home we looked over the receipt printout but there was no alignment result sheet. We did get charged the alignment but I know the alignment wasn’t done because 1 wheel was plastidip black and the other 3 were painted acrylic black (this will be important later). I know this because the 1 plastidipped wheel was returned in the same spot. Not relocated to the front or the opposite side of the car. 2) The NEXT DAY we dropped off the car at 0700 and got a call back at 1045 stating it was complete. ‼️THIS IS THE IMPORTANT PART‼️ The technician from Sunday night did not properly install the brake pads. YES THE BRAKE PADS. THIS COULDVE BEEN AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN. ON TOP OF THAT, 3 OF THE BLACK WHEELS WERE CHIPPED AND SCRATCHED. I KNOW BECAUSE THE PAINT WAS AT LEAST A MONTH OLD. YES THE TECHNICIAN DID SABOTAGED MY WHEELS (which I painted). I even have a recording of the wheels before we returned on Monday and all 3 wheels (except the plastidip) were chip/scratch free. Matter of fact I’m going to put his name out there. His name is Luis. Don’t get Luis as the technician. 4/5 stars because Angel is a real supervisor and an outstanding individual. Thank you Angel. -1 star because I’m never going back there cause now I feel Luis has a grudge. Here’s a tip. If you go in for a tire/wheel rotation, use some sort of paint marker to mark each wheel to identify if they were rotated or not. DONT GET LUIS TO TOUCH YOUR CAR 😡😤🤬

When I walked in I was immediately greeted and asked what they could do for me. The waiting room was nice and clean. They took my car in and started doing the inspection. Was done quickly and was checked out quickly. Friendly staff made the visit even more enjoyable. Will definitely be going back

They gave me a refund for a dye on to see where my oil was leaking from. Come to find out they never did a dye I asked for my tire rotation The guy said no you asked for a balance that was a lie I really recommend you don't go here and if you do go to another mechanic shop to get a second opinion because these guys will just charge you and the problem probably could be fixed by just a little twist of the bolt. If I can give this place a negative star I would but I can't.

Un tremendo robo, mandé arreglar mi camioneta y me dijeron que la pieza costaba 380 dlls de la agencia y yo hablé a la agencia y estaba en 99 dlls, lamentablemente ya les avía dicho que si antes y no investigue lo de la pieza y igual hablé para que no le Isieran el servicio y según ellos ya avían quitado la pieza pero apenas avía pasado 25 min de eso, cosa que no era verdad, me iban a cobrar casi 300 dlls por según ellos volver a poner la pieza, sin la pieza nueva, así que decidí pagar , igual me iban a robar y sin pieza !! BUSQUEN OTRA OPCIÓN, NO VALLAN CON ESTOS SEÑORES!! Aprovechados Son unos grandes estafadores, es un robo! Pésimo servicio JAMÁS VUELVO !!!

I just came for new wheels I bought the Firestone Destination LE3. But it takes more than 4 hours to mount it on my vehicle. They told me that they assign a Technician who doesn't know how to make the work to my vehicle. Then they told me that they finish but doesn't complete the alignment on the wheels, I mean that is necessary on new wheels is a must. C'MON GUYS YOU CAN DO IT BETTER 🫤
