I brought my car in for 1 thing and it turned into 50 issues. I agreed to have them fixed at 9am and they said one of my struts snapped after closing time. Now, I have to uber back home with work at 5am. Great time it's been here.

12/20/24 Luis at the front desk was not only professional but willing to ease all my concerns with my vehicle. I went for an oil change and excepted to hear a lot of issues. The gentleman said my vehicle was good to go and when I expressed my concern for brakes and tire. He personally took me to my parked car and did testing to ease my concern. I knew this place is not a rip off like others. So much that they have customers come and leave them food. That alone lets you know they take care of the people in their community. Side note: Nobody ask but they all handsome and the chick is good looking herself.

In person service is great however the website blows, I tried looking at the website to see an estimated price for tires I searched by tire size and pressed get the out the door price, when I did that I needed to put in my vehicle normally not an issue however A. Its not stock and B. They didnt even have it to add therefore I couldn't get a quote for the price.

The Lord led me to this place for new tires and the man at the front desk, Mr. Charlie, was a most helpful gentlemen. My children all happily drank cocoa while watching Home Alone 2, a movie my daughter had been craving to see while honey and I caught up on world events. God grants us the desires of our hearts when we delight in Him. I left there with a smile on my face. Thank you, Charlie, for being you.

Took in my vehicle to get one issue fixed and then received vehicle back with a problem that was not there before i took it in. Told them i wanted it fixed and they insisted if the problem wasn’t with something they fixed it wasn’t on them when clearly it was because it wasn’t giving me that problem until i took it in with them . DO NOT come to this place they’ll rip you off and say something is good when it’s actually bad . Save your money and go somewhere else

This store answers the phone. They are polite when you get there. They are honest on their time allowed for each job. Ammended: A few days later, I returned since I was pleased with the service. This time, I was to get an oil change and antifreeze flush. The antifreeze flush was not the price which was advertised. On the oil change, Sally tried to charge me for an inspection service that was performed 3 days earlier. She rotated the tires back to the original position. The inspection had things on it which was not on the one from a few days prior. I guess you have to watch for the constant up pricing. Can't trust you mechanic. Watch the service department and mechanics to make sure you are getting what you ordered and not an increase in price. I tried them more than a year after the last review. This time, I paid the inspection fee and a tire was defective. It was not their tire. I asked them to put the spare on it while we decided what tot do. The mechanic put the spare on it and did not fill it up with air. I drove home with a spare that is barely inflated. Amazing.

They made a couple of calls for me to find a less expensive battery. Just for doing that I decided Firestone was the best choice for me. They ordered the battery and had me out the door in half an hour!!!

Outside of tire repair I would not go here. I was a fleet account owner doing over $10k a year of business with them. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Two year relationship gone.

Sally was great. Service is always great. Been here for tires, alignment, patches and to inquire about other stuff and everytime they’ve been great. My Firestone card has saved time and time again.

Came in just to swap my rims and tires with my stock rims and tires already mounted (I don't have a good jack) so I decided to stop by this tire shop to drop my truck off at 7:00am. Some Old guy up front just stood there when I went up to him I told him what I needed and he shrug his shoulders and said “don’t even ask how long it’s going to take”! Make sure you skip this tire shop! Go to Martin tire friendly kind and they charged $20 for the service

I am not from El Paso and had an emergency where I needed new tires, and the team at the Pebble Hills Firestone was amazing. Sally was super helpful over the phone and reassured me they'd wait for me even though it was near closing time. True to her word, both Sally and Ethen, the tire guy, stayed past closing to help me out. Ethen did a great job with the tires quickly and efficiently. Their dedication and customer service were outstanding. I highly recommend this Firestone location!

Update: My mom bought tires from here, she set an appointment and two hours later they havent gotten to her. She keeps getting ignored and the guys working there arent being helpful. This is a constant issue with the staff and her tire issues. This was my fourth attempt to fix my car (other places) and the staff figured it out. It did take all day and over a thousand dollars later, plus things kept getting added that needed to get fixed.

Bad communication between stores the make me go to other store and then on this one they did not scripted my car, I had to come back next day!!!! And they did not recognized bad communication bweten the manager of both stores, too bad actitud, you say is honesty a gad value but seems is not.

Posted hours show store closes at 5pm, but we were turned away at 4:20. Man at the counter said he could not fix my flat tire because he had let everyone go home and no one there knew how to change a tire. He referred me to Walmart, go figure.

Bought tires online on Tire Rack but due to delay in shipment, my install at Firestone was rescheduled. Apparently they couldn't honor online price and I was told I had to book install for tomorrow because they don't have tech to install "low profile tires." Worse of all, I was quoted $200 just for install of 2 tires!?! I called Discount Tire and they really hooked me up! Discount Tire honored online install price, balance, and disposal price for a grand total of $55 AND had tires installed in less than an hour!!

Excellent customer service from Charlie, and Will is very knowledgeable and does things right. Will is one of 3 people I let under my hood. Hats off to you both!!!!! Great experience Edit : now I give them a 1 star because they sold me tires that were 3 years old in their warehouse. They apparantly give you a warranty of 5 years from when the tires were made (check date on the tire) so my tires basically had a two year warranty, and they didn't tell me. The tires are cracking after only 9,000 miles and they say the warranty ran out. I bought them in 2021, so by 2024 they're 6 years old to them. Warranty gone. Discount tire gives you a 6 year warranty from the date of purchase. I'm gonna get me some Yokohamas
