I trust and rely on the service provided at Firestone employees at N. Mesa St., Firestone, El Paso Texas.I have had my car serviced on a regular basis, along with oil changes, car inspections, and the purchase an affordable new set of tires. The service Manager Joe and Claudia are awesome! They are very professional and work around my schedule to device my car. I have recommended this particular Firestone Store to many friends and associates, because of the great care that that the service manager and mechanics provide. I want to start by saying that I've always been a Firestone customer since 2015. But recently I've started questioning about the efficacy and honest of this organization especially the one in fort Bliss. More than once I've been dropping my car for either oil change or something minor only for them to take like 2-4 hours. The last straw to brake my Carmel's back was when I dropped my car for a low annoying tire pressure that won't go away. I dropped my car at around 1145 and went back almost 3pm and found my car in the same exact spot nothing has been done. And the excuse?? They only had two techs. I don't care but it should never take 3 hours to repair a tire pressure issue unless you are missing a part that needs to be brought from somewhere else let alone not even touching the car after 3 hours. This car shop just lost one customer because unless something else changes I won't be going back.

Took my mom's car in to get an emissions inspection. They took it upon themselves to additionally do a vehicle safety inspection that I didn't ask for. Unsurprisingly the car "failed" because "the brake pedal goes all the way to the floor" (it doesn't) but "they think it'll pass if I pay them $80 to get the brake fluid changed out.". Apparently they're known for trying to milk more money out of you through services you don't need. Avoid at all costs.

Vengo por un cambio de aceite. Llegue como 7.40 am me tomaron datos hasta casi las 8. Empezaron el servicio cerca de las 9. Son las 10.30 y apenas me dicen lo que recomiendan pero todavía no está el cambio de aceite. 10.52 y nada todavia. 11.06 apenas me.lo.entregaron. Entiendo que no tenía cita pero no me dijeron que se tardarían tanto. Tuve que hablar a mi trabajo para poder llegar tarde. Se me hace que se llevaron más del tiempo debido. Gracias. No se si regrese. Igual hay otras opciones.

Had my pilot vehicle serviced here a few weeks ago turns out they didn’t do all of the work I paid for and requested…. And the work they did do was half done. Was told the oil filter housing was leaking by another shop and brought it to Firestone to have it done while I was on down time but told them this is what another mechanic said please check and let me know… all they did was replace the part but not the oil pressure sensors that come with 98% of the oil filter housings…but the bigger issue is they didn’t refill the coolant to proper levels causing me not to have heat while driving during the recent New Mexico snow storm luckily the car didn’t over heat. I’ve called them and the manager is rude and will not accept liability for not doing the job properly will never be back at ANY Firestone locations because of this experience and will make sure none of our fleet will be there either waste of time and money.

1 estrella para el que hizo el trabajo (persona blanca de lentes) de cambiar el neumático que vi como tiraba el capó como si fuera un auto viejo y adicional cuando guardo atrás el caucho de repuesto ni se molestó de guardarlo en su lugar y colocarle el seguro. Pésimo servicio y tampoco le revisó el aire a los demás neumáticos. 5 estrella para la hermosa cajera que habla español y fue muy servicial. Es una lástima lo del mecánico

Excellent customer service, I went to have an oil change, and tire rotation. I'm 63 years old and I'm not as flexible as I used to be. I asked for a favor. If it was possible for them to change my license plates since it is difficult for me to do. Not only the technician did it, he also installed a frame and a protective cover that I brought.

Ladder was very helpful and Claudia is the Best. Followed her to this location when she transferred. Manager at other Mesa location is rude and they have lost most of their good employees. Will never go back to that location again. I will do my business with Colony Cove location because they care about great customer service!!!

Pretty good service. PepBoys was going to charge me $250 for alignment balance on the wheels and a tire rotation. Mean while Firestone charged me $190 no discount or anything, regular charge. Also the guy at PepBoys across the street had an extremely nasty ego!

Fernie and his team always do a great job with my alignments. The office is kept clean and the staff is friendly from making the appointment to checking you in and advising of things that might need done to your car. I have used this location for 5+ years with no complaints.

I got a screw in my tire and didn’t realize until we left the movie theater. It was a Sunday and the only place open was fire stone. They were almost ready to close. Not only did Fernie accept us, he was very welcoming and they got us in and out right away! We’ll definitely be coming back for any of our tire needs and will definitely let others know the exceptional service at this firestone!

I brought my vehicle to them a week ago because the check engine like was on and they proceeded to charge me $1700 for work they did on the vehicle the check engine light came back on 2 days after I got it back I took it back to them again and they called me to collect it the very next day the check engine light was back on. I called them yet again and they told me to bring it in, they finally said it was something about a recall on a part and they don’t do that service. Now my vehicle has stopped running and I am out $1700. They basically set me up. Unacceptable.

I really appreciate how they sought out every discount possible for me. I brought my vehicle in for a couple of issues and both were fixed but it took about a day to get it all done, even with an appointment. I had to call to check on the status of my vehicle, too. I would have appreciated more communication but I am happy with the work that was done.

made an appointment for 9:00 am for simple transmission service and it took til 5:00 pm to complete. what's the point in making an appointment if they will work on anyone else that shows up before they do your $200 plus job? never again!!

Took my car in for some service. I was kept well informed about initial repairs and suggested additional needed repairs. I was called and also details quickly sent, along with photos, by email. I authorized some additional repairs but not all suggested. I was not pressured to have the additional repaired at this time. Requested repairs were done quickly and I was called as soon as car was ready.....much quicker than I anticipated. I was very pleased and will most likely return again.

The work, customer service and prices were positive experiences. However, the difficulty is that I made an appointment and it took just as long when I don't make an appointment. It would help to understand why make an appointment if it doesn't get you seen at that time.
