I took my car there for new brakes. I was met with superb customer service. This Firestone store at 164th & Western is a class act from the moment you enter until the moment you leave. The very friendly and knowledgeable staff gives it a family atmosphere. My car and I feel at home there!

I use Firestone for all of my autos needs such as oil changes and tires. I have bought for both of my vehicles life time alignment and balancing of my tires. I have these two services performed when I have the oil changes done to get the maximum amount of tire use.

My battery was on its last legs & because of the cold weather, I wasn't sure if it would last for even a few days. Your team members did some magic & got me in almost immediately. They made a point to keep me informed on the repairs needed including some recommendations to improve battery life which I found helpful. The work was done in less time than expected which I appreciated. Before I made my appointment, I researched costs for a new battery. Your price was equal to the lowest prices I found -- always a good thing. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly, very professional -- something I experience.everything I do business with you. I felt very welcomed & appreciated! I was impressed with how clean everything was and how nice the waiting area was -- something that you don't always see in auto places. One thing I really appreciate is the honesty I have seen at Firestone. I trust the recommendations your team make because your team has repeatedly demonstrated that they will do the best for the customer rather than trying to sell folks something they don't need. You are one of the few businesses that I happily recommend to others because you consistently have shown me service that goes above and beyond just repairing things or replacing parts. I recently went to this Firestone to get new tires for my truck, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. They were quick, professional, and really made an effort to help me out. I was so impressed that I brought my father-in-law in the next day to have an air leak in his tire fixed. They took care of him just as well, and when his truck eventually needs new tires, we’ll definitely be coming back here. Great service, friendly staff, and an overall great experience!

The people at this store are friendly and know what they are doing. Although I usually got the Mom and Pop route, Firestone on Western is one place I will continue to visit. Oh, and great tires, unlikely the crappy tires I got from a local car dealer!

We went to this store in the weekend and called before to see if we needed an appointment. Matthew the guy who answered the phone was very rude and would not let use explain what the problem was . When we got the store he would not let use explain and was very rude . Said we’d have to wait till Monday to get the tier fixed and when we said we could not do that he said that’s to bad . Try some where else .

Great service and advice for recommended routine maintenance actions that I can complete myself (replace wiper blades, clean battery posts), but it was helpful to get the recommendations from Firestone. No "upsell" pressure.

Booked my alignment appointment for 10am. I arrived expected to wait awhile for them to get it to. Nope, they got right on to it within 10 minutes. Jared, the tech was really helpful and we discussed how I'd like my car setup (I setup race cars), he got the adjustments made and I was out of there in less than an hour. The staff was really courteous. Highly recommend them.

Clean store, excellent staff - front office staff great! Mechanics are wonderful, explains things. Front office staff also explains the process. Love it there! Our auto is always done on time and they call with the status!

I had an appointment at noon for 1 tire replacement, and dropped it off early at 10:30 didn’t get my vehicle back till closing. I at least would have expected to get my vehicle early least by 2 or so not closing time. No one was in the office, I had been calling since I never got a call about my vehicle. Manager said I agreed by the end of the day, which was not the fact. I vehicle was pulled in at 445 and wasn’t even done. No communication what so ever. I’ve been with Firestone for 5 years or so and never once had this issue in Florida!

The staff at this location is excellent! They are super helpful, nice, & explain everything with pricing in advance. I even called around 4:50pm on a Sunday to come pick my car up & they stayed & let me run in right at 5:00pm (closing time) to get my car back! As a young woman, I’m always nervous about being taken advantage of while getting my car worked on but that’s never a fear here! This is the ONLY location I will go to & feel confident I’ll be treated right!

Your team was just so helpful today. The price for a new battery was over $100 less than the Acura dealership and they managed to squeeze me in and take care of it very quickly. as always, I was greeted warmly, and the guys were so polite and friendly.

Did not listen to me or have a mechanic drive my car. Diagnosed a fuel pump problem as transmission. Never even apologised although they did say "You were right."

Absolutely terrible service no finance options will hold your car hostage until you pay them and won't tell you before hand. They also put the wrong size tire after all of that they should know what tire to put on its a tire place. Don't go there for anything any other place is better.

Hit a bolt on the road stopped into this Firestone they were very very busy. Matthew made sure i got in right away and got me a new tire very fast. He was super friendly and helpful. Was back on the road in less than 2 hours.

I had Pernod gone to a different Firestone for the issue and was told, after waiting an hour that they couldn't do the work due to them not having the machine for it, something about my car having special safety features. This location was took my car in and was done within an hour, no mention of anything special being needed. I have come to believe that the other location just didn't feel like doing the work and wasted my time. Thank you all for not wasting it this time

They told my daughter she needed a new battery and that her terminals were corroded. I looked and they were spotless. Perfect example of an auto repair shop taking advantage of a young female. We won’t be going back.
