Very laid back and good customer service. The text updates were also nice. We've had three positive experiences here so far. Their prices are competitive with others and they will match prices on tires.

Check engine light came on. Took in for visit. Charged $3k to fix issues. Assured it solved problem and come back within 30 days if still issue. Brought it back 7 days later with engine light. Said they do not work on that issue and need to take to dealer. GM was on phone so they gave me customer complaint line. Nice people. Just down $3k now and problem not solved.

I want to thank the store manager, Mr. Nick West, for showing an excellent example of customer service. He greeted me and sat down to chat with me like he has been knowing me forever. It was my first time visiting this location and I looking forward to returning for future service.

It was a last-minute necessity for my wife's vehicle to change two tires. I called the store and was told that they would definitely fit me in that day. The service was friendly, and the staff got to it as quickly as they could. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was finished, and I was on my way.

The Store Manager, Nick (I forgot to catch his last name on my recent visit on 10/21/2024) is always a professional and a pleasure to deal with. Nick provides clear explanations of recommendations and services and great advice to keep our two vehicles in optimum condition. I have been coming to this location for at least seven (7) years and almost always have a great experience! Thank you Nick and the team at 18 E 33rd St, Edmond, OK 73013 location for running a fantastic location!

Was in a pinch while moving from Phoenix to Detroit. I was passing through Oklahoma City on a Sunday, and they were the only place that had availability in the afternoon while I was passing through. I had a clunk sound knocking around from the rear end of my vehicle. My car was packed so I couldn't localize the noise very well, but it sounded like the rear shocks. I told the three people that were working there that that's probably what it was. I was also in a tight spot as I had both my cats in the car. One of which is super skiddish, so I told them not to leave the doors open because she might get freaked out and hide. They lifted the car up and the first thing one of them does is open my front passenger door and just leave it wide open. I didn't notice this immediately. They then very lazily looked at the bottom of my car, and then started lowering it where they then popped my hood (even though I told them it was coming from the back of my car.) I told them to close my doors and they complied. They then lowered the car to the ground and proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong with my car. One of them even drove it for a second and heard a sound, which he said was probably just something knocking around in my car loose from all of the moving items. When I rejected that and asked about the shocks, they said they saw nothing wrong. Then one of the so-called mechanics tried to suggest it might be something to do with my gears, clearly trying to grab money off of me. Before they finished lowering the car I was worried the skiddish cat got out so I started looking outside of the garage, and the dude running the register looked at my like I was insane. I admit it was a precarious situation, but I've never dealt with this level of stupidity before in an auto shop. DO NOT go here unless maybe it's an oil change or something basic. Even then I'd proceed with caution. I got back to Detroit and met with a mechanic I trust. He immediately confirmed it was my rear shocks, and what do you know? The sound went away immediately upon fixing. Luckily these idiots didn't charge me anything. I still give them a 1 star for wasting my time during a desperate situation.

I was told that it would take an hour and half to rotate my tires so I set my appointment.When I got there they said it would take 8-9 hours . Bad Business. Don’t set n appointment with a customer and change it up at the last mins . Tire rotation 20 minutes the most . Then I was told in the city that it would only cost me $35.00 Here in Edmond I was told $52.00 never goin to any Firestone complete auto care. Woke up at 6:30 am to get there by 7 am . FOR NOTHING BUT JUST TO GET THERE N GO BACK HOME! BAD BUSINESS! Zero stars

Nick West (Store Manager) and the others worker’s customer service were top notch! My front shield was dragging and they squeezed me in within minutes and took the time to make sure my shield was attached safely so I could be on my way. It’s not very often that you find a place these days that takes care of you like you are their own family. 10/10 would recommend!

Their mechanic was out, so had to get a visual only inspection for a used vehicle purchase. However, they were very kind and helpful pointing out a few things to be aware of. Satisfied with the service. Just wished they had another mechanic that could have done a more thorough inspection.

Took my truck in for brake pads and alignment at 1130 am and was told it would take a couple hours,went back at 430,5 hours later and they still hadnt even looked at my truck,now i have to take a day off monday to try and find someone to do the work..thx for nothing firestone

Best oil change place if you’re okay with waiting 4 hours, receiving a semi synthetic when you asked for full synthetic, and almost every bolt cross threaded in the skid plate. Left a review directly with Firestone and it seemed to stay only at the store level. I was contacted by the store manager and he did ask what he could do to change my mind and at this point there is not. I will be returning to dealer for them to fix firestones screw up on my dime. Very sad that the employees at Firestone have seemed to have lost their drive and passion with an utter lack of leadership in the store. I truly hope corporate can turn that around for other customers in the future.

My daughter in law booked her car in at this location for a 9:00am appointment to get tires replaced. Even though she had an appointment she was told there was 2 other customers ahead of her. And then it took several hours for them to get her car done. So even if who have an appointment it doesn't matter to them. My advise is fine someplace else to get tires.

The people working at Firestone are amazing. They are kind and don't try to upsell you, but still let you know what genuinely needs to be fixed. The staff was patient and took their time with each customer, even though it was super busy, and Nick did a great job of remaining calm and making sure everything got done efficiently and effectively.

Got my oil changed on my new to me vehicle today. It was a good experience. They got my car in so quickly. They had it done before my daughter and I were done eating at McDonald’s across the way. I like the manager, Nick, a lot. He’s extremely sweet and he is always nice to my kids. I will be back because their location is super convenient for me but also for the staff. They are super friendly.
