The employees here are so super friendly and go out of their way to keep you updated and chat with you. They misquoted me on the phone (for a lower price) and they said they realized that, so they’re still charging me the lower price this time but next time to expect the “normal” price - which is great! It’s always boring and awkward to sit in an auto lobby and just wait for them to do an oil change - but they’ve been so great and welcoming!

The team at Firestone Duluth took real good care of me and my vehicle. I originally went in just to get a replacement battery and following the courtesy inspection the techs found several major damages that needed to be corrected otherwise my vehicle would not be safe to operate. They explained exactly what every part did and why the damage that they had was detrimental to the car as a whole. The service rep even took me into the maintenance bay to show me what was wrong so that I could learn for myself and to prove that they weren't attempting to take advantage of my lack of automotive maintenance knowledge and unnecessarily up charge me on parts and labor, which I really appreciated and demonstrated the honesty, character and integrity of the team at this location. I needed the work to be completed the same day due to my specific situation and after five hours of work an employee stayed past close to ensure that I would be taken care of properly. He even gave me a bottle of brake fluid free of charge. Scott's a great team member. From start to finish I felt that my needs were taken care of to the best of this team’s abilities and everyone was friendly and courteous all throughout in every interaction. They all demonstrated a genuine care for the work that they do and the customers that they serve. I am extremely pleased with my experience here and would highly recommend them for any automotive maintenance and repairs. When I need work completed again, I WILL be back.

I can’t thank Firestone of Duluth enough. My mom went in there with no appointment and they fit her in and ensured she had great tires to get her back to Grand Rapids. Customer service was exceptional and highly recommended this location to anyone. Thank you again for keeping my mom safe!!! Above and Beyond Service Location!!!

Online appointments setup sucks. Schedule an appointment online and they don’t coordinate with the inner schedule so you still have to call. You’d think a large company like this would have simple online scheduling coordinated with inner scheduling. And walk-ins blocked off time slots. Came here two years ago and the same thing. They said they’d have time to do it after scheduling, dropped off my truck, next day go to pick it up and get “oh we haven’t gotten to it yet, which vehicle is yours again?”

I completely trust the front desk staff and the maintenance crew They give me an appropriate estimate of what they think is wrong with my vehicle and keep me updated on the progress. They do outstanding work and are the most incredible team I have ever had service my vehicle and make me feel safe!

I showed up with a tire and rim on a Sunday at noon and they were able to mount and balance a tire within a half hour. I was fully expecting to come back the next day to pick it up but they took care of me fast!

I’ve been buying my tires from Firestone for over 10 years. I’ve never had a bad experience, until today. I needed new rims, and Firestone recommended I go to Discount Tire. They said they checked my tires and nothing was wrong with them. More than one tire needed replacing. It was clearly visible that the inside wall of one tire was severely worn, and another was shredding on the inside. Discount Tire customer service was amazing and Mitchell went above and beyond! I would have bought 4 new tires from Firestone, but I decided to switch companies. $1600 loss for Firestone and my future business. I own 2 vehicles, and was about to purchase new tires for that vehicle as well.

Put a full set of new tires on they were cupped, stretched bulging in different directions Firestone has been known for major problems in the past i decided to give them a shot, claimed it was a rear spring problem I've had suspension problems before never a tire problem that resulted. They wouldn't honor the warranty because i had work done to try and fix the problem because it couldn't be the brand new tires could it? but it was the tires 100% as my dad was a Mechanic and Ive talked to other mechanics they all agree it was the tires i gave plus 2 Stars for costumer service offering a deal to fix the problems most likely would have lead to being duped into buying more junk tires. Fool me once shame on you fool me twice shame on me. Failed to respond to Email as they requested personal information to settle issue Negative 2 Stars

Amazing service. Hit a piece of metal on the way back to the cities the night before, which left us stranded. Despite the busy schedule they had, Jay and the rest of the shop got us in first thing in the morning and had us back on the road in just a couple of hours. Car trouble happens, but this shop went above and beyond to make sure we weren't going to get stranded another day. Highly recommend, and first on the list if we need work again when we're in town.

The staff always make sure that my Jeep is safe to drive before I leave town and have always fixed something that didn't seem right before it got worse I have worked with this group of guys in the last 6 yrs .They make sure your satisfied with their service Everytime...Even if you have something tiny they will always try to get you in..

I had to bring my car in two weeks in a row. The first time I brought it in they said nothing was wrong with it the second time I brought it in they said I needed struts in the front and a ball joint and an alignment. I'm not understanding how I can change that significantly within 7 days. And my problem still was not resolved. And then they told me it would be $2,100 to get everything fixed. Mind you when I brought it in last week they said that my tires would last until the middle of next summer and then when I brought it back yesterday they said that my tires were crappy and I need a new ones. Would not recommend Firestone to anybody I will be bringing my car somewhere else to get a second opinion

Alternator went out on our minivan while on vacation on a Sunday night and Langston, Tim and Jay were fantastic in helping us get service the we needed by the next morning. Very thankful for the team here and the fair pricing on our repairs. Highly recommend this Firestone.

We were on a trip in Duluth from Kansas when our car broke down. Jay was extremely helpful and helped us get a needed part for the car brought over from Wisconsin! They even let us keep our bags in the store while we waited, and the car was repaired even before expected! We are extremely thankful and impressed with the service!

Absolutely wonderful employees! We are from ND, our truck broke down while we were visiting Duluth. We had it towed to Firestone. It was an issue they couldn’t fix, so our plan was to tow it on a trailer back home. Garrett and Bryan (awesome employees) went above and beyond to help us get our truck on a trailer. We would not have been able to do it without their help. We have never done it before, we can’t thank you guys enough!

Came in for a tie rod and alignment. Almost 400😬. Guy was nice, but no way am I paying 101 for a tie rod, 143 in labor and another 113 for an alignment, plus taxes. Found another shop that said 306 after taxes. For both tie rods.

I have never been more eager to submit a review! Jay was amazing! I popped a tire while in Duluth for a weekend soccer tournament. I was calling everywhere to see if someone could fix the tire and someone recommended Firestone. Jay was extremely friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the tire was damaged beyond the point of repair, but Jay brainstormed options. My other tires were fairly new, so I didn't want an entire set and I didn't want to drive almost 200 miles on the spare. He suggested buying a low cost, full size tire that would work to get me home. Although Firestone did not have a low cost option, Jay called multiple stores (even ones not affiliated with Firestone) to try to assist me. He matched me with the Tires Plus location in Superior and confirmed they had a tire that would work and made sure they could help me that day. Amazing customer service!!!

Bought a new car with Firestone tires in them in 2021. All 4 tires are separating with 37,000 Miles on them. They did not fix their issues.

I had some front end work done on my denali and that mechanic had set up an alignment for me at firestone after he was done with it. They told me I urgently need my rear cv axel replaced and they were willing to do it for me for 800$. My regular shop, Thatchers in superior, checked it out right after this and told me there was absolutely nothing wrong with my rear cv axel..

My car was serviced recently and the gentleman who took my call was reasurring and kept expectations realistic. My car was serviced and returned to me with all "mission critical" items addressed in under 24 hours. Financing options were provided and approved, saving me much stress and worry. Moving forward I will never take my car anywhere else but to Firestone. They now have a loyal customer with me. 5 stars all day.

Customer service was great. The front end employees were helpful and communicated well on the issues needing to be fixed. The only problem I had with my experience was related to the scheduling system online which told me I had an appointment available for the next day. The local appointment calendar is not synced up to the nationwide scheduling system so I ended up waiting a few days longer. Price seemed appropriate when comparing to other mainstream auto shops.
