Roy and Drew are stand up guys. They have helped me for years through 2 different vehicles. I recommend their service to my family as well as my friends. Drew helped me the past few times and he has been helpful, friendly, and cooperative to any accommodations that were needed. The techs are quick and reliable. I will continue to bring my vehicle there.

I not recommended this place, they are super rude,I walking in to this place early morning and they take 6 hours to install a one headlight please don't coming here to get stress, this people not good.

My experience at Firestone in Danbury was outstanding! Drew Preusse and Roy Zyko should really be commended for their work as Firestone employees. I've been in this Firestone twice in the past 3 months and both times they went out of their way to demonstrate their professionalism, pleasant attitudes and extremely hardworking nature. During both appointments I waited for my new tires. During that time I saw every customer who entered the store being provided with excellent customer service. Each person was greeted immediately, questions were answered and descriptions of what needed to be done for each customer were given. I live in Fairfield and travel to Danbury because the customer service by these two employees is that good. I hope that this review finds its way to the people within the company who do the hiring. These two men should really be commended for their excellent work. I would not go anywhere else for my tires! Thank you!

Words cannot deacribe the service the staff provides. Mechanics are phenomenal, respectful, and hardworking! Drew and Roy are so trustworthy and honest. They tell you the truth, upfront and are always ready and willing to go above and beyond to ensure the service you receive is nothing short of immaculate. I trust this place more than a dealership! Id drive an hour just to know the great staff here will take care of you. I want to say THANK YOU to everyone. Thank you for making my experience a positive one, every single time. Best place in the entire state of CT! Couldnt be happier to know I can trust this establishment and the amazing staff. Phenomenal customer service, Drew and Roy are great at their jobs and should get raises, I sincerely mean that. I had a blown out Bridgestone tire on my 8 month old Nissan Rogue and was hoping that my local Mavis could assist me with the warranty process. They were not helpful at all. Bridgestone recommended I visit Firestone Complete Care, nearest to was Danbury, a 30 minute drive. At this point I had been driving on my spare for 3 weeks and Drew understood how much I needed a new tire. He contacted corporate within and hour of my appointment and I received a full warranty! He ordered me a new tire, Roy called me today at 2:00 to tell me it arrived, the rim was on and ready to be installed. I arrived at Firestone at 3 and was out the door in less than 45 minutes. These guys are AMAZING!! I cannot thank this team enough, EXCEPTIONAL service!

I went in for an oil change I had an issue with my drain plug on an older Volvo I own. Roy and Jordy were outstanding, Jordy took the time to show me the washer was the issue as I had a small drip from the plug. My previous mechanic used a washer that was spent. I live 3 minutes from the Brookfield location but only come here because of guys like Roy and Jordy thx again for the great service.

I liked the offer of a lifetime alignment, I have 2 of my cars registered there but did not have to go back for new alignment on the warranty yet . Staff is very professional and polite . Waiting room very clean and comfortable, it took 2:30 hs to get my car aligned , even dough I made an appointment on line for 8:00 am and drop off the car at 7:45 . That’s the only negative experience I had .

I went for a coolant change thinking it was bad after 4 years. The technician told me that I didn't need to change it cuz my coolant was still good thus saving me about $170. Honesty goes a long way!! Highly recommend this specific place.

Roy and his staff are honest and fair and very welcoming. They’re always available to answer any questions. They have a great crew there from their mechanics to their front desk personnel are wonderful. I highly recommend them. I always feel like I am treated fairly, and I always feel I can trust them and respect their advice as we know mechanics can always be, a little unfair and untrustworthy. This Firestone staff is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend this Firestone location

I have been taking both if my vehicles here for the past 3+ years since I moved to the area. Roy has always been kind, patient, and fair in his repair assessments both in pricing and repair time. Update: still the best service with friendly staff and fast turnarounds. Update 2: nothing has changed. Friendly and fast.

Worst experience ever. Made an appointment for 3 PM. My car didn’t get taken till 3:40 PM and I spent the next hour and a half waiting for my oil to be changed. Didn’t leave until 5 PM. Paid $160 for an oil change— never been charged more than $120. Not getting my oil changed from here again.
