I love this location and the staff is impeccable! They always go above and beyond to make sure you’re satisfied. I have been a customer here for years and they have taken great care of my vehicles and I cannot imagine going anywhere else.

I was not please about having to come back a 2nd day to purchase a tire that took all day to be transferred from one location to the location on Lovers.

Zero stars for this place. On January 22nd I had to take my car to this tire shop since it was the closest one. The front tire was flat. I'll tell you first of all the manager of the place didn't even greet me, and told me that they didn't have used tire or patch service. Ok, I understood and I had to buy a new tire and obviously the tire sensor light was on. When I came back for my car I told them to give me the tire that they had replaced so I could take it somewhere else to get it patched and bring it back as a spare. The man said it was already useless. Ok I left and the sensor light was still on and I decided to come back the next day to ask them why. To my surprise the rear tire was flat and had the same problem as the tire they had replaced. Could it be that they only inflated the damaged tire, removed the rear tire and replaced it with the damaged one with the intention that I would buy another new tire? I would never go back to this place and I do not recommend it to anyone. Pay close attention and seek a second opinion from other tire shops.

Stopped in Monday for an appointment I’d made to get 2 tires replaced. When I got there, they didn’t see any appointment for me. I couldn’t exactly remember which Firestone I had my appointment at so fair, they are busy so I’ll schedule another appointment. Make my appointment in the store with Hollis, was told the tires will be ordered and ready for me Tuesday. Come in for my appointment Tuesday and was told they only have 1 out of my 2 tires. The guy tells me I can come back later and the tire will be here. I’m annoyed at this point because I literally confirmed the tires would be ordered and ready but I drive all the way home. I get a call 2 hours later that they have the tire and drive all the way back. I’m still sitting here 2 hours later waiting for my car. You would think they would make an effort to get my car done seeing as they messed up in the first place. To top it off, the guy comes out and says my front tires are worse than my back tires when I’ve been told on 2 other recent occasions (by the dealership themselves and where I get my oil change done) that only my back tires need to be replaced. Then when I go back there to look, he seems to have said nevermind. My afternoon was basically wasted waiting. Go elsewhere if you value your time and communication.

The entire staff at the Lovers Lane store is always helpful, efficient, and dedicated to great customer service. They will go over and above to make sure repairs are completed in a timely manner. I would recommend this store any time.

2.5 hours for an oil change WITH an appointment booked several days in advance. Was quoted an hour, then an hour more, then when I came back (two hours AFTER my scheduled appointment!) they hadn’t even started working on it. Update: they never even pulled the car in to the bay AFTER 2.5 HOURS!!! Can not NOT recommend enough

Charles was super! He advised me of the work as it was being done. Gave me direction on the purchase of new rears since they were wearing down. He allowed me to drive to get the money to pay for the work since his Apple Pay was down. Great experience for me and gave me confidence that Firestone will be there for me to get the alignment adjusted whenever I need it since I got the lifetime alignment package.

My car showed a tire air pressure problem so I went to Firestone on a Sunday expecting to have to wait. Hollis is an expert at running the front and was at the desk; he told me to pull my car around. Alex met me, checked all my tires and added air to one. When I started the car, the sensor light was no longer staying on. Both men were efficient and friendly and I truly appreciated having their help. I had been to this location before; I got great service then and great service Sunday. Thank you Hollis and Alex.

10 am appointment. First car there. Still wasted an hour of my time for a simple tire change and at the end couldn’t bother to at least put the spare back where it belongs. Just left it in the back seat like it’s their mamas house.

Be careful of this location. First time I went in to have an all-wheel alignment the staff was great. So, I took my vehicle a second time for an alignment and an oil change. They positioned the alignment tool incorrectly broke my steering column cover and the store manager, James, proceeded to lie and tell me they could not possibly have caused this damage. This was after my friend, an Infiniti master technician, advised me that was the only way the damage could have been caused to my steering column cover. So, if you take as much care of your vehicle as I do. You might wat to avoid this place. Unless, you don't mind fixing a problem they may have caused. Something to consider.

I am really happy with this location!!! It was time for new tires, brake pads and rotors, wiper blades, and an oil change. This store took care of me and had my car ready within a few hours. Driving around, my car feels so much smoother and I'm happy with their work!

My appointment at Firestone on Lovers Lane in University Park, Texas was not held for me even though I arrived early. They said it would be at least two hours until they could “check my battery’” although I had already specifically ordered a new battery installed when I scheduled my appointment. Their reply to what happened to my scheduled appointment was that other vehicles came in needing “new tires”. Firestone previously (during another visit at a different location) marked out our inspection sticker with a black sharpie marker saying we needed new tires to pass inspection, yet another state inspection provider passed the vehicle saying the tire tread was fine. My experience August 2024 was that Firestone operates on a first-come, first-serve basis over honoring appointments. My two combined experiences made me feel Firestone’s primary objective is selling tires over general customer care.

Wow, if I could give this location 6 stars I would! Manager James and his team are the best group of people you could ask for when it comes to taking care of you and your vehicle. Every time I bring my car in the customer service is phenomenal, the wait time is minimal, and the level of care is top notch. I will recommend this place ten times over. First of all, the locations at Firestone Forest Lane and Firestone Montfort left me hanging. The managers there made it impossible for me to get these rims and tires for my son. Travis, the manager at the Monfort Firestone lied to me. He said he was no longer able to order rims from a third party vendor! He led me on for some time and to get rid of me he told me that lie. I gave it one more try at the Lovers location and the staff there was very proactive and was able to help me reward me son with the rims and tires before school started. I am just so very disappointed in the those other managers.

I cannot give this location a rating. I had to go through a lot from the time I initially called until service was completed. There was a teaching moment that all locations need to be educated on called the (VCS Patriot Store) sales. I have actually purchased in years past at another location with no problem. I will not call out names but each of the staff know exactly what I'm talking about. As I left the location, my low tire pressure light popped on. I was advised to drive about 50mi per hour and it would reset. I have taken it to a second location and the light is still coming on. When brand new tires have been installed, I should not have to ask for the caps to be placed on my tires. I should not have to ask for my tire pressure to be checked. This was a lot.......

I could not say enough good things about this location. I spent two hours here, and it was the best experience I have ever had at any type of shop like this. Not only did I meet wonderful customers who also were getting their cars worked on, but the manager, James took wonderful care of me. He was honest, friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and made me feel Valued. As a younger woman, I walk into shops like this and know they will try to take advantage of me And so many things I don’t need. However, I can’t say that that is my experience here whatsoever. I will absolutely never be going to any other shop again. 12 out of 10 Customer Service, 12 out of 10 craftsmanship and labor. Thank you Firestone team!

I wish I could rate 0 stars. My car lot sent me here three weeks ago to get my brakes and a/c fixed. Joseph fixed my a/c but not my brakes or rotors. I was told upon pickup by the manager Hollis that there was no problems with my brakes. Foolish of me I took his word. Fast forward Three weeks later my brakes are screeching louder and making a funny noise. The tire shop informed and showed me that the front brakes and rotors were bad and had been that way. Long story short I took it back to Firestone only to be threatened by manager Hollis that he would call the police on me if I didn’t leave. He said he trusted his head technician and what was on paperwork. Please do not waste your time or business with this place! Find another Firestone. I attached picture to show they claim there were no brake symptoms.

I'm always happy with this store. But this visit my car was kept overnight and the next morning when I checked on the status, I realized that the person I spoke to didn't hear what the problem was. The person who answered the phone told me my alternator, starter, and battery were ok, but that's not why I brought it in. There was a problem with the battery cable.

The nicest humans work here! My truck broke down nearby on a roadtrip, they diagnosed it for me, and didnt not charge me for the service seeing as how my truck was undriveable and needed to be towed to a dealership. They were so kind and helpful!

I took my Range Rover to Firestone on 7/21/24 for tire rotation and alignment. Took it back as the PSI sensors were still reading the same tire pressure at 34 this lead me to believe that the tires were never rotated. Then I find out, they were rotated but they never took air out or added air as the front and rear have different pressure requirements. I bring it back and they air them up on 7/24. My wife gets into the car today and turns her wipers on only to find out the winshield is being scratched because one of the blades is missing. It's very odd that one of the questions they asked was do you want us to replace your wiper blades when they were replaced 6 months ago by another company. I will say John and Hollis are very nice but I just hope going forward they don't check any other items I don't need them to check and the items like tires need to have the T's Crossed and I's dotted.

Sent wife to firestone for 19.99$ ac test. She left paying 200.00$+... I had called ahead and spoke with james prior to her visit. I asked for an estimate for a new compressor because we've already did a recharge of freon with dye to locate leak. They charged 180$ to do the same recharge that cost me 40$. When i specifaclly told and was repaeted by my wife before the test. 200$ later we know exactly what we knew before going to firestone. Waste of time and money. They took avantage of a women with no knowledge of mechanics. Boycott this establishment. Avoid at all cost and go to a real mechanic shop instead.

The staff were nice, but lacking in communication. I brought my vehicle for a wheel alignment at 9 am with an appointment. At 2 pm, i checked on the status of my vehicle and was told it was completed, but i never received a phone call. The document they handed me with the alignment reading said it was completed at 10:30 am, so essentially my car was sitting unlocked across the street for 3.5 hours. I understand things can be forgotten, but I really dislike how my vehicle was left unlocked across the street for that amount of time. Anyone could have gotten into it.
