Personnel was friendly, professional and helpful. The manager on duty, Elijah, upgraded me with no cost increase and recommended other maintenance options that i needed and accepted and my vehicle was ready before our long distance trip. He made sure my family was safe.

Do not take your vehicle here. Went in for an inspection and the technician drained the battery and tried to convince me a 6 month old battery needs replacement. "It'll be $289, how would you like to pay for it?" Unbelievable business tactics in today's day and age... Feel bad for the victims they have scammed. Unfortunately live close by and gave them a chance. Get to hear an employee with the most horrid sounding Ford Mustang leave everyday after a long day of scamming people - all around neighborhood nuisance of an establishment.

I have never had issues with Firestone, but this location is terrible. The manager is the root to the problem. I got a simple oil change here on Monday January 20th. I barely drive so Friday I was driving and my car started shaking not long after the check engine light came on. I dropped it off at Firestone. They said they would have a technician look at it Saturday morning. At noon I called to check on it and the manager said I didn't know it was here because my employees didn't tell me....... as a manager I'm not sure how that's possible. You have a folder with my keys and paperwork in the cabinet with my car in the lot and you had no idea it was there? Ok. So they look at my car, another 2-3 hours go by, I call back to see what's going on and he said he forgot to call me and let me know the problem. I had already spoken with another Firestone employee at another location and he told me the fuel additive they added to my car could have caused these issues the manager told me he was an idiot. I did a simple Google search to see who the idiot is and it was the manager at this location because it says on multiple websites that it could cause my spark plug and coil to go bad for various reasons. They "fixed" my car that night with me only paying the taxes not the labor. Not a week later my car is shaking and now the engine light is on and flashing. I've never had any issues with car and it's engine until getting an oil change from this location. Beware.

The technician drained my battery while doing an alignment. I had to get a new battery because of his error. Thankfully my battery was under warranty but had that not been the case, this place would’ve cost me +$100. It still cost me an afternoon to get it replaced. Additionally, when I spoke to the manager he stated he would call me back but he never did. Do not get an alignment here.

Literally lost my ticket and never did my tire. I called the day of to ask if it would be done when they said “it certainly would”. People that work here do not care about you or your car.

My battery was covered under warranty and needed replacement and the team said they would check to make sure nothing was draining the battery. They did not say there was a charge associated with it. When they confirmed that nothing was draining the battery and the rest of the car was working fine, they said the battery replacement would be $3. Then when I went to check out, there was another charge to check for everything. This was 100% misleading! From every step of the way. This shouldn't have even cost $3! I would assume the car check would have been to determine if the battery was even eligible for a warranty, not at a money grab for nothing being done by Firestone. Totally unacceptable.

My experience with this firestone has been horrible. I scheduled an appointment Friday 1/3 @ 3pm and here it is the 5th and my car is still being serviced. I dropped the car off and they were only supposed to perform an auto care package which is basically just an inspection of my vehicle. After 3:30 hours & with almost 30 minutes to close, I called. Isiah informed me that my car had not even been touched due to no one getting him the ticket when he started his shift. That call later resulted in Isaiah hanging up the phone in my face after I was asking questions regarding uber reimbursement. I reached out to corporate the same night and have been assigned a claim number. I spoke to Barry yesterday and he seemed apologetic and assured me he would deal with Isaiah in writing and that it was his fault my car never was touched on the initial drop off date. He said he never committed or accepted my ticket and that caused most of the chaos. This is simply not good enough. I am still awaiting my car to be finished and here we are 72 hours later. The structure and flow of this store is their biggest downfall. Someone somewhere has no idea what it must feel like to have structure and I will never be retuning again. I will also make sure Barry and Isaiah are reported for their lack of professionalism & attentiveness.

I took my vehicle on Saturday 11/16/2024 at 9 AM for a guarantee alignment and they told me they would finish it at 5, I went at 6 PM and they told me they couldn't do anything, I took it again the next day and they ended up doing a bad alignment with the steering wheel crooked, what a lack of responsibility and poor work done. lleve mi vehiculo el sabado 11/16/2024 a las 9 Am por una garantia de alineacion y me dinieron que lo terminarian a las 5,fui a las 6pm y me salieron diciendo que no le pudieron hacer nada,lo volvi a llevar al siguiente dia y terminaron haciendo una mala alineacion con el volante torcido, que falta de inrresponsabilidad y mal trabajo realizado.

If I could give Firestone zero stars, I would. Going to this place is a colossal mistake. I came in for what should have been a quick tire fix, and it turned into the worst experience I’ve ever had with an auto shop. They kept me waiting for hours without any updates, and when they finally got around to my car, they tried to upsell me on things I didn’t need. The lack of transparency and the ridiculous prices are infuriating. And let’s talk about customer service—or should I say lack thereof? The employees seem like they couldn’t care less about their jobs or customers. They’re rude, dismissive, and acted like I was a bother to them just by existing. I’d rather have my tires fall off my car than come back to Firestone. If you’re reading this, do yourself a favor and go to Discount Tire—even if it’s a Sunday and they’re closed! It would be less painful waiting for them to open than dealing with Firestone’s awful service.

Secured quotes and appointment via phone. Able to drop car off the evening before for an 8AM appointment. Car was ready at committed time. Friendly and professional team. Able to use coupons without issue.

VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! I recently purchased a 2011 BMW 328i, this car is in ment condition, with minor issues one being a small oil leak, needless to say, it purred! I took it to Firestone want a complete checkup and repair. They kept the car for possibly 3/5 days, I get the call to come get my vehicle, I get in the vehicle, it’s shaking like it was cooking popcorn, then when I pulled off it hesitated for a few seconds before it leap like a deer startled. I immediately turned around and pulled back in front of firestones building got out took the keys back and sat them in front of the guy working the front desk. He asked me asked me was everything ok I said NO, my car runs like a Tractor!!!! Gave him the keys and said as I was walking out call when my car is REALLY READY!!! That was THURSDAY!!!!!!! So THE FIRESTONE ON GREENVILLE I’m still waiting on my CAR !!! Please

BEWARE. I should have checked reviews. Took my car in because I had a slight shaking after I had a tire fixed at another place. They said they would inspect. Picked my car up hours later and now the shaking is so bad, plus the car pulls hard to the right. Of course they had thousands of dollars to fix what was probably a balance issue. Called and they said they didn’t do anything to it. If I could give a zero I would. Crooks.

Firestone's lack of communication turned a simple check engine light diagnosis into a multi-day ordeal. Despite promises, they never called with updates. I repeatedly had to chase them down, only to be told my car needed to be kept overnight without warning. To add insult to injury, they didn't even inform me when it was finally ready. This complete disregard for customer service is unacceptable. Firestone don't bother responding with your automated "we are sorry to hear you had bad experience" I don't want to hear it.

I bought two tires for $600 dollars and change from a neighboring Firestone and got two nails in my tire I took it to this location because it was closer to my home. This location told me the tire was not repairable, but my tire was under warranty and I could have it replaced for an additional $69. I waited an additional two hours for a total of three hours for them to tell me they did not have the tire in stock but it should hey should have it in a couple of days. I received a text message on 10 October telling me that they did have the tire and I could come get it put on and it would take just an hour. I returned to this location a few days later and dropped my car off at 8:30 AM without receiving a call. I decided to go check on my car at 11:30. My car has not been touched. It's still parked in the same place in their parking lot. No new tire nothing. Without causing a scene, I went in and calmly asked for my keys back and the key to my wheels. They were given to me and I left I will never be returning. For six hours waiting to have nothing done I'm sure this won't affect their bottom line but they will never have me as a customer again. I wish I could give this place no stars .

If I could give zero stars I would. Dropped off vehicle at 7 am. Was told would be for sure done by 2pm. Knew I needed it by 3 no later. Still waiting for my vehicle to be released. At 3:49pm. What a joke. I called the fire stone at 7 AM asking if they could have my vehicle done by three told him what I needed done and they said yes, it could be done. Then the general store manager said he would have it done by two to give me some extra leeway. My vehicle is a lease planned vehicle so no money out of my pocket. I need a new headlight and oil change and tire rotation. I got there to pick my truck up at 3 o’clock. Did not leave the store until 437 P.m. Then they tried to keep my truck and told me it needed a new battery which did not the battery was rolling at 14 Amps. I think they were simply trying to get money from the lease plan.

Firestone Tires took 10 hours to tell me they could not repair a tire and lost a customer. It appears there is some consistency here. I also dropped a car off in the morning with a screw in the front, driver side tire. The manager said it would be done in the early afternoon, so when I called at 4pm, I was surprised to learn they still had two cars to work on before getting to mine. Firestone Tires called me at 6:15pm, taking 10 hours for them to tell me they could not plug the tire after completing a less than two minute diagnostic. If they kept to their timeline or told me the tire could not be repaired well before 6pm, I would have given them my business. I declined their service and took the car to Discount Tire where they were able to plug the tire at little to no cost.

Flat tire, dropped it off in the morning. They close at 5 and by 4:30 I didn’t hear anything so I called - guy said he’d go check and call me back. Get a call back just to be told they can’t fix it and recommend a new tire…. It took 6 hours to realize that? And I had to be the one to call yall? Come to pick up my keys and older heavyset guy at the front takes his sweet time giving me my keys saying he has to double check that they didn’t do anything? Took it to Ross Tire and Auto down the street and I was out in 20 minutes, they fixed it no problem. This location is predatory towards women and upsells everything.

My experience at the Firestone on Greenville Ave was absolutely terrible. I dropped my car off on Sunday, June 23. I was told that it would take 1 day to complete the diagnostic, but it ended up taking 3 days. When I finally heard back about the diagnostic, I was told that my car overheated and needed a new radiator, coolant flush, oil change and sealant for the exhaust. I trusted that they had done a thorough diagnostic, and that was my first mistake. I agreed to the work and was told that the needed part would arrive that evening and I could pick the car up the following day which was a Thursday. I called several times over the following days and the car wasn't ready. Finally, on the following Monday, I received a call to tell me that I now needed a new catalytic converter and the repair would cost me an additional $1500 dollars. At this point, my intelligence was being insulted so I told them not to do any additional work and picked my car up. After submitting my review, the regional manager got in contact with me, told me that I could have the remaining issues fixed at a different location (because my engine light was still on) free of charge, then proceeded to ghost me. A different mechanic assured me that I didn't need a new catalytic converter.

The manager Barry Kholos and his team Michael Mc ...and Isaiah know what they are doing. They give fair prices and estimates on the work to be done. The waiting room is pleasant and clean. The mechanics work efficiently. They are not doing unnecessary things.
