I had an appointment at 8 AM for a wheel alignment on my car, but I ended up waiting for 45 minutes before they even started working on my vehicle. What's the point of making an appointment if they don’t attend to my car in a timely manner? I will not be returning to this shop for service; I will go elsewhere. Given that I had to wait longer than expected, I believe I deserve a discount on my wheel alignment. It doesn't make sense to wait this long when I had an appointment scheduled. It was frustrating to see someone come in after me and get their car back before I did, especially since they didn’t have an appointment. I will not recommend this shop to anyone; instead, I will advise others to go elsewhere for car service, especially not to the one off Northwest Highway. They do not honor appointment times. When I called on Thursday, they told me they would be finished with another wheel alignment before I arrived, but that was not the case, as I still had to wait when I got there.

There is a lot to appreciate about Firestone on NWY. They were friendly and professional. I was 2 hours early for an appointment and the team moved me through without question. One of my tires had a slow leak. I expected to have to buy new tires. Leaky tire stems were diagnosed, and two tires were fixed promptly. What I appreciate most was that the technician reviewed other areas that need attention and explained them to me without a hard sell to get these items taken care of immediately when I didn't have the time or the money. I will have these repairs made at Firestone NWY soon and will recommend Firestone NWY.

We have used the Mesquite, TX locations for years. There were always problems. Used a couple more around DFW, Ft. Smith, AR, and Longwood, FL and had good experiences. But the experience we get with the Northwest highway team is always above and beyond. Between Sid, Alonzo, John, and the othere guys we have dealt with, it's always great service and work done. Always comunicate about the job being done and what's needed. Great customer service at the front desk and Sid is the best Tech we have ever came across. Inface it is now that he is really the one we always request to work on our vehicles. If he isn't there, the other guys still do good. We ahve numerous vehicles we have been taking to Firestone over the last 17 years and this location is defintely the best.

Horrible customer service. They charge an inspection fee even if you end up needing to get service done. They also said I needed a new $250 battery but when I took it to Autozone, because it was still under warranty, they said my battery was completely fine.

“My” Firestone is great! The guys are honest, personable and so good at what they do. They under promise and over deliver on the time it will take. This last visit I had an appointment for 7 a.m. They diagnosed and fixed my engine mount issue and had me out of there by 11:30. They ALWAYS give me great service. I consider them friends.

Best In Class Service at Firestone I recently had the pleasure of experiencing top-notch service at Firestone. Greg and the team were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They not only performed the oil change and brake pad replacement I requested but also detected a tire defect that my BMW mechanic had missed after multiple visits. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I'm so impressed that I'll be making Firestone my go-to for all my car care needs. Highly recommended!

I was very happy with my service at Firestone. They repaired my tire quickly and also let me know of corrosion on my battery terminal. They offered to clean it free of charge.

This was my first time visiting this Firestone location and it was definitely a positive and amazing experience from the moment I stepped in the door. Greg and his team did an amazing job getting me back on the road with my new tires within a short time frame.

This was my first visit to this particular location and I must say staring with the environment, it was just pleasant! I went in without an appointment for an oil change, the service manager Gregory informed me that he’d take care of this for me right away., which he did. The techs found a few important items of safety that needed prompt attention and took care of them for me. Thing is I went in to Honda the week before, no one told me why my check engine light wouldn’t go away, the Techs at this location cared enough to make sure I knew what needed to be accomplished so that the problems were fixed. Prompt service, nice staff and the lavatory was clean. I will be a repeat customer.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Adam and Greg at this location! I was greeted with a smile and true customer service ( a dying art) from Adam as soon as I walked in the door. It was a seamless experience dealing with him... Got me in to 2 new front tires that I desperately needed without haggling me to spend more than what was needed. Thank You for that! I choose to wait on my car as it was being worked on... And to my delight on the magazine table were several editions of Wine Spectator magazine!!! Score! I work at a private wine club here in Dallas and them having this magazine to enjoy was awesome! A great deviation from the trash in most waiting rooms. In about an hour my tires had been installed and I was ready to check out. Greg, the store manager was so efficient and so nice and my total was less than was originally quoted! I shared my horror story to the both of them after stopping into Discount Tire (across the street). I will never go back to Discount Tire again and Firestone has earned my future business from here on out. I'm recommending Firestone to all my friends too! Thank You to Adam and Greg from a chick who just needed new front tires with no dang hassle!

Don’t bother making an appointment here, it will not be honored. I made a 1 p.m. appointment for a vehicle inspection and was told at most it would take an hour. Still too long for the service needed, but I decided to wait. After sitting in the waiting room for an hour (with two other customers who did not have their services completed the entire time I was there) I inquired as to the status of my vehicle. They said it was “up next” and that appointments don’t mean anything other than getting you to the front of the line. A “line” – I may add – that did not move the entire hour I was there. Not wanting to waste any more of my life in their dreary waiting room, I left without getting a service done. There are more reputable and competent places to get an inspection in Dallas, and life’s too short to waste it on Firestone.

For my vehicle needs, I go to Firestone. My favorite Mechanic is Sidney. He’s very kind & helpful. He explains everything clearly. He’s very honest & trustworthy. I’ve never had a problem with his work. Thanks to Firestone & Sidney for the help they’ve given me.

Great customer service! After a quick weekend getaway we came back to discover our car couldn’t start. After getting a jump from AAA, Firestone was there to replace my battery. I felt like Zachariah was compassionate and listened to my concerns and made it happen in just a few hours.

This is by far the worst experience that I have ever had with Firestone. I called in and asked when would be the best time to come in. As recommended I made a 12pm appointment. I was on time for the appointment. I was getting a front end alignment and a brake fluid flush.They were to call me when the job was completed: After not hearing from them by 4pm. I started calling them. Finally when someone answered. I was put on hold for 17 mins. only to be told that my vehicle was not ready yet. I then asked why not? How much longer? He stated that they was pulling my car in as we spoke. I said noooo! I am coming to get my car now!! When we arrived I was told to give them 45 mins. and my car would be done. Absolutely nothing had been done up to this point!! How could they do 2 jobs in 45 mins. that they hadn’t done in 4-1/2 hours. I asked for the Corporate # and his name. He stated that he was not the manager but his name was Joe I believe. I asked him to write his name down but he did not. And he never apologized until I stated that he never apologized. Worst service EVER! Bye, bye Firestone Credit Card.

My wife came here for a simple patch, they told her she needed an oil change (just had one done a week ago at kiwi kar) and a new battery which Oreily just charged and told us it didn’t need to be replaced. Guys are a scam. Highly advise to stay away

The managers Alonso and Adam tried to price gouge me by telling me that a compressor bracket on my car had broken because it was old when in fact everything was new inside my car because I had a new motor installed. Then they told me that the compressor bracket cost $891 from Kia when in fact it cost $64.91. Then Adam tried to get me to pay before the car was even fixed. I tried to retrieve my car the same day and they told me that the guy that was supposed to fix my air conditioner was gone for the day. At the time he told me that it was 3:30pm and the store didn't close to 7pm. Never ever going back to your company.

This location took care of my issue on the second trip. It was addressed at the location on Lovers Ln but they did not come out to address. Simply advised me to drive the vehicle at 50mi per hour and the light for low air pressure would reset. It did not reset. That's why I had to take it to another location!!!

Well even after telling someone that there was an issue with the tire. They only put air in. 4 hours for an oil change? I told them what needed to be looked at and they ignored my request. And now I will have to wait longer. Because they will have to fix or replace the tire after I told them at the beginning of the day what issues were. Last time I come here I will find a new store they used to be pretty good here but now not enough people and long wait times

Dropped off my car on Saturday morning didn’t receive the car until Thursday evening. I have seen multiple complaints of the manager, Alonzo, confirming he is extremely unprofessional. He was eating chicken tenders and french fries as I’m telling him what’s going on with the car, just zero customer service, very dismissive. I don’t understand how you have someone like that managing the company. I even called to check up on the car and he doesn’t even answer the phone saying it’s Firestone instead he answer the phone like it’s his personal phone. on top of that we discussed the price then as I’m getting ready to pick up the car it was a different price. Not coming back to this firestone anytime soon! the best experience I had was picking up the car, which I was greeted by Adam one of the technician who was very pleasant to talk to, and was understanding and reasonable.

Dropped my car off as a walk-in this morning, Saturday, at 7:30 am. I wanted to get my tires rotated, which was included on the deal when I bought my tires. I was told it would probably take till about 11 am because there was “one guy in front of me.” I called at around 1:30 pm to check my cars status and I was told I’m “up next.” I waited till 5:30 pm to Uber up to the shop to just pick up my keys and go on about my day. They were literally pulling the car in as I walked in and said it would be another 45 minutes to rotate the tires. I feel like even if I made an appointment here it wouldn’t be honored. If the schedule was full for the day then that should’ve been communicated at 7:30 am when I first dropped it off, or at least a more accurate estimate of the time frame.

i needed some pretty big repairs, catalytic converter and spark plug replacements. they estimated a hefty $3k. i went to get estimates from other places and the highest estimate in comparison was $1.6k and lowest was $900. price gauging to the max!
