ANDY IS THE COMPLETE BEST.... EVER.... HANDS DOWN 🙏 WITH ANDY IN CHARGE, YOU CAN REST ASSURE THAT YOUR AUTOMOBILE WILL BE FIXED PROPERLY AND YOU WILL NOT BE CHEATED NOR LIED TO. IT'S NICE TO KNOW THEY ARE STILL HONEST MECHANICS AROUND. IT'S NICE TO KNOW THAT PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE WITH DIGNITY AND RESPECT. THIS LOCATION, BECAUSE OF ANDY, IN MY OPINION, WENT OVER AND ABOVE TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PROPERLY DONE AND WHAT WAS NOT DONE WAS TOLD TO ME WITH A LIST OF WHAT TO PRIORITIZE. This place can get very busy and your car may be there longer than you expect but expect your car to be properly fixed when you get it back. All you have to do is be patient and wait. That may be a little bit of an inconvenience, but it's well worth the wait.You have to drop off your car and it will be in line waiting to be fixed. I've gone to a few other places that have scammed me and created other problems for me. This place only helped me. They did more than I expected and I'm forever grateful for them. I will not take my car anywhere else from now on. YOU GOT TO LOVE THESE GUYS!

I had a difficult situation, with an old spare car loaned to a senior friend, that was in need of almost a whole new brake system to make it safe to drive again. Maurice took the time to listen too and understand the special circumstances I was dealing with and basically made sure to get me the best deal he could, to get the car back road safe and back in my friends possession. He even let me pay over the phone to make the pickup easier and stress free for my senior friend. Really appreciate his patience in dealing with my special situation and the lengths he went to help me get everything taken care of without me even having to ever go down there. Thanks so much again!

Mike was great, he was very helpful and kind. Firestone is my go to place for my regular car care, but I am thrilled I came to this location. Customer service is something that brings people back. I did not have an appointment but was taken care of right away, then kept in the loop as they found out information about my car. They also were not looking to take every dollar, they were honest, used the coupons, gave me advance notice of things that will be needed, which really helps me watch for sales. As a single parent this means the world to me. Above & beyond. I will come back here. Thank you Mike & Firestone for hearing my needs and caring about them. I really appreciate it.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They listen to the problem and explain suggestions. I waited in the store for service completion and was very satisfied with how quickly the work was done.

AWFUL. Called to confirm I could bring my car in day before and Andy said yes, dropped off my car at 9am and had to call the store at 5pm to find out what the status was. Andy answered and was zero help and said car hadn’t even been looked at and gave an excuse, with no apology, that there was only one diagnostic technician working. Why wasn’t I told that at 9am or anytime throughout the day?? He then said I was welcome to pick up my car and bring it back another day. Another 8 hours for my car to just sit there?? I think not. His excuse was he got there at 11am so he wasn’t to be blamed. What poor customer service. I should be reimbursed $25 for my rides to and from the store at Preston and Summerside. Not one time did Andy apologize for the inconvenience. Not even a half apology. He actually had the audacity to say “I don’t know what to tell you”. That’s your customer service standard, Firestone? Great business practice you’ve got there. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. You have been warned!

Do not book an appointment here, they do not honor any online appointments (I went through this twice now ) the only email I got from them was to call prior to my service, which I did and they claimed they had no waiting appointments but I could drop it off…. That’s not what I booked online for and they denied having my request. After two times of trying this location I will not be back. Getting car repairs is already a headache and they make it more painful than it needs to be.

Doesn't deserve a star. HORRIBLE PLACE. They had car for 4 days and I still had to have towed to a real garage. And not worth my time to discuss further. BEWARE of this location. Second place received my car and within 10 minutes knew exactly what was going on with car and fixed it.

The reason for the score is simple... Maurice. I can take my vehicles to several locations including other firestones but the level of customer service and communication that Maurice provides is second to none. I have teenage twins and I am teaching them the importance of building relationships and communication and how that evolves to trust. My experience with this location is that Maurice can teach a masterclass on how to build trusting relationships

My service advisor at Firestone-Summerside was Michael. He really took care of my repair needs, kept me informed, and gave me useful advice. I did have an issue with one of the repairs the next day. When I called it was Michael again. He invited me to come right back with the car, which I did. He turned his full attention to resolving my issue while I waited, and took extra steps to ensure I understood the nature of the problem and how it was addressed. Although nobody wants to have to return to the shop after the repair, sometimes it happens, and I drove away feeling very good about my interaction with Michael. The car is running great now.

Normally, I have nothing but positive experiences from this Firestone. On my most recent visit, I had booked an appointment online for an oil change. When my SO and I arrived, we were asked if we would be dropping off. I let the gentleman know we would be waiting, he then proceeded to say “If you’re not dropping off, we will not be able to do the oil change today. I emailed you like 10 times.” My SO and I were both confused as there were no vehicles in the shop at the time, all bays were empty. When we got back out to the car to check if we had received an email, we had received 2, that simply asked for us to call them. We didn’t see them initially, that was on us. My questions: - Why did it show appointments available, if appointments were not actually available? - Why would you send an email asking a customer to call you, why not call the customer? Especially when it pertains to not being able to uphold an appointment time.

This is not so much a review of the shop overall. I just like to point out that at least one employee there went above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion to help me my brother out. We arrived about 10 minutes before closing because the valve on our tire, you know the one where you hook up whatever you're using to put air in the tire flew out. Thus, immediately deflating the tire obviously. So at the shop My brother went inside and they told him that it's going to take longer than 5 minutes and they're about to close. So no they're not going to do it. So we were standing outside trying to figure out what we were going to do and somebody, whom I wish I had caught their name, came out and helped us.. he put the valve back in, put air in the tire and even put the tire back on the car and didn't ask for a penny. Like I said, I wish I knew his name but he reminded me that there are still good people out there. So whoever you are... thank you.

3 hours BEFORE closing they refused to do our oil change. I get it, tomorrow is the 4th but why stay open if you don't want to work? There was ONE vehicle so you can't even say that it was because you all were busy.
