the person who did my car name is Brian. Really good guy very professional won't lie to you. Fix my car the very fist time didn't have to bring it back. Ask for Brian if you want your car done right, not saying the other guys are not good but I love this guy here. Satisfied customer

I brought my car in for a battery/alternator related issue. I was told I simply needed a new battery, but when I picked my car up my check engine light was on. I asked why the light would be on now and it wasn’t before but they “don’t know why”

Everyone was professional, courteous, respectful and got the job done. I will recommend family and friends to Firestone. I wasn’t pressured for any additional service on my car. Fair price.. I will return for future repairs.

Had a appointment for two vehicles at 11am one vehicle was to install 4 new tires and the second vehicle was to do a oil change they grabbed the second vehicle at 3:40pm to do the oil change and it was ready by 4pm the first vehicle was ready at 4:30 why did we have to wait from 11 to 3:30 for a oil change and the same for the tire change the workers here take too long and several customers alongside me are complaining as well for how long they take and they decided to take the vehicles and go somewhere else I would of done the same thing but they had the vehicles in the garage practically the whole day

Waste of time. Poor communication. Called Tuesday for a part to be ordered. I called since no one else called to see if my part arrived, he stated he will call me back to see what happen to my part because my part was not there. He never called. I called back and he said the part will be there today by 2pm. He then proceeds to tell me they do not feel comfortable completing labor because their machine can not align my vehicle. Mind you they told me they could do the alignment previously after taking my VIN. He stated someone wrote down the wrong VIN. I asked to purchase the part from them since, I had been waiting to receive the part. He tells me no because they do not sell parts.

Set an appointment for new tires and an oil change for two days later. Was assured the tires would be there. Arranged my work schedule to accommodate their schedule. When l got there, l was told they forgot to get the tires and they couldn't get them the rest of that day. Piss-poor service.

I heard a very disturbing sound coming from my car when leaving work the other day, and Firestone was the closest place. I wasn't sure they could help as it was a fender liner in one of the wheel wells that had come loose, got torn/damaged, and was dragging on the ground. I'd like to give a big shout out to Chris Emery...he had a quick and temporary, but very secure fix (gotta love zipties!), and had me back on the road within 10-15 minutes!! I cannot thank Chris and this particular Firestone location enough for helping me in a semi-emergency situation!!!!

Robert said a wheel alignment would take about 1 1/2 hours. The appointment was scheduled and the service performed in 1 1/2 hours. Don’t expect warm friendly service though. The lifetime wheel alignment offers long-term value. This location provides waiting customers an opportunity to explore the shops and restaurants across the expansive parking lot. For those who prefer to wait, there’s an open waiting area in the showroom equipped with chairs, a TV and a soft drink machine.

Horrible customer service and all of needed was air in one tire. I pulled up but nobody said nothing like 'be with you in a moment' I start to pull up inside the garage because it's was RAINING. There was a car that pulled out from getting air so I proceeded to pull in after the car and the RUDE person yelled loudly he was working and to wait. Customer service is boo boo in the generation.

They take forever!!! Even with an appointment they took almost 4 hours to change the tires and an alignment (even though told it would take 2 hours) Highly recommend you just drop off the car cause speed isn’t their specialty

Victor was very helpful and kind throughout the entire process of me having my vehicle serviced. I've been to a lot of places lately where the customer service was awful. Victor was kind to every person that walked through the door yesterday.

1/8/24 Smooth process/cool staff no problem But for 1 tire change it was 140and change and it took over 2 hours (2:48pm-4:54pm)

MUCH better service. Had an appointment for 12noon. Arrived a little early -- 11:30am -- had two tires installed and State Inspection -- out by 1240pm -- amazed. That's the way I like it. VERY satisfied. GREAT job

Mechanic intentionally broke the H logos off of my Honda rims for some reason. Nobody mentioned anything to me. noticed it when I got home. They definitely weren't broken on "accident"
