They got me in promptly for an oil change on my truck and they also diagnosed a check engine light which they were able to fix in about a half hour. The best part is they worked seamlessly with my fleet manager to get extra repairs approved. Great experience.

Jeff provided excellent service on my car, including changing the tires and ensuring everything was in top shape. Now, my car drives like it’s brand new! His attention to detail and professionalism are unmatched. Highly recommend!

So to start off, would probably be more stars if what happened, happened. First on the 22nd I had a tire fixed and had to order tires and was told be there by mon, no big deal. What got them a 1 is, they said they would call me when tire was fixed, never did. 2nd I had a appointment 29th at 1 pm so dropped off car and left. Called 3 hrs later because never got a call again, they told me they had to reorder the tires and said they might be there before 5 and we will call you and let you know if they came in or not, again no call. So this am still nothing. I called oh ya it's been done. No call. If it wasn't for my wife's work I would have went somewhere else.

Editing my review from last year. My car was making horrible noise. Expected a real problem. Nope. Guy found black walnuts in suspension. Talk about honesty and integrity. I am 60 yrs old and not only have heard the stories but experienced scams in my lifetime from various tire places. You know what I mean.

I always deal with store manager -Jeff. He handles any issues I have in a timely manner. He is very respectful and informative about what is wrong and how the issue can be rectified. He is the company’s biggest asset. He is the best.

I asked for a repair to be done. I didn't ask for my car to be inspected. On top of my repair bill I was charged for my car to be inspected. I already knew what was wrong with my car when I came there. Very unsatisfied.

Won't return here. Anyone who knows even a little about cars knows that new tires are to go on the back. First time they changed a tire they didn't do this. Second time I specifically asked for the new tires to go on the back and once again they did not. I would rather go a little out of my way and go to discount tire on Cass street as they go out of their way to ensure everything is done correct and this place wants to do as little as possible. Next time I'm choosing service over convenience, especially when they are roughly the same price.

Easy to make and reschedule my appointment. The waiting area is clean and well lit if a bit small, could use some more setting. The employees I spoke to were considerate and explained things when I had questions. I have no problem with going back.

Went to this place yesterday to get my tire patched. The guy explained that with my tire tread being a bit low if he patched it might not hold and asked if I still wanted him to patch it. I told him yes. This was after being there for an hour then not even 5 minutes later they said my car was done. They didn’t even charge me which I thought was odd but left. Get home later that night to find they hadn’t even patched it or took the nail out!!! So frustrating, if they didn’t want to do it in the first place they should’ve said that instead of wasting my time.

I come to this place 7:30 am in the morning and at 11:00 am they gave me quote for jobs that I wanted and they said they could do it, at 3:30 pm they said they couldn’t do or not willing to do half the job they promised they could deliver, at the end they fixed and did the easy jobs and wasted full business day on my account unorganized and less than amateur job, stay away from this place Work order #274459 Date:03/28/2024

I got my oil changed and a new filter was installed. I just got the oil changed like 2 weeks ago from another place, but noticed the old dirty filter was still on my truck. I was a little hot, will never go there again. I also got a new set of tires put on as well. Very good service. I've been here before quite a few years ago, but overall so far happy with the service today. 1-12-2024 (<>)(0) I am not gonna mention the place that screwed me on oil filter, so if you're wanting to know look at my reviews, so you may not have it happen to you one day, and you too will have been screwed. I hate to think how many more that happened to out there, but they never checked. Bye 4 now still annoys me if I think about it. I got me a full set of tires too..I got a coolant flush and fill today. Bad radiator cap also 1-17-2024 took a little over an hour, but it was overheating in late summer with AC on, so I've had issues in the past, in the winter so I thought why not get her done..Battery tested bad got from autozone maybe little over a year ago unreal. So i went ahead and got a Die Hard, used to always get one, and positive terminal.bye wrote to much already. Oh I almost forgot lol had to include a couple photos for your viewing enjoyment since since you read all this. A guy that just got here and sat in the chair and good night Irene lol..Bye

Called on a Saturday inquiring about an alignment, the gentleman on the other line was extremely upbeat and friendly - which was such a wonderful surprise in a world full of meh in a lot of customer service roles. They had immediate openings that day, but we opted to make an appointment for the following Monday. Got in and out with no issues & best of all in person the employees were just as kind as they were on the phone and honest about the car and what it would need in the future. Highly recommend this Firestone and will be back for future needs! Keep up the great work and awesome customer service!
