After having experienced a flat tire I initially went to a well known tire store where I received absolutely no concern. I was told to put air in my tire. When I expressed it should be checked for a leak I was told I could put in a work order and wait 2 hours. Fortunately I found Firestone and had the opposite experience. They were courteous, able to check my tire and remove a nail, patch it and get me on my way. Next time I will go straight to Firestone.

I scheduled an appointment online when I got there I was informed formed my appointment was bumped 30 minutes, yet I wasn't informed until i checked in they moved it. It was fine by me though. The tech took my truck into the bay. Another 45 minutes I asked my ETA. The service advisor informed me the tech was taking longer because of where my oil filter was located it took longer, he had to remove my wheel. But in my service request I requested my tires to be rotated. He said it would be another 10 to15 minutes to finish adding in the oil. In total an 1.5 hours to rotate tires and change oil and filter. This was excessive amount of time to perform my service requests. However, they waived all charges due to the amount of time it took and also my rotation wasn't noted until I mentioned it was requested. The lack of communication with me was is why I give this location 3 stars. As I was waiting in their lobby the entire time. And it wouldn't hurt if the guys smiled more.

Great customer service. Part way through waiting for my service to be done. I realized I had showed up at the wrong date for my appointment and instead of being confrontational which they would have been in their very right to do they instead found time without complaint and got the work done. I was in the wrong and they were still great and gracious

Great service, reasonably priced, and understood what my car needed. Finished on time and gave me a call when it was ready. I also liked the electronic copies of the service report and receipt.

Absolutely a ripoff. Brought my vehicle in because heater wasn't working. Spent $120 and they said it was the dials and it would be a $1,200 fix. Got the part myself, no change. Turns out it was actually the climate control actuator which is a $30 part. Never trusting them again.

JUST GO TO LES SCHWAB. Never had such a significant differential with service or professionalism. Les Schwab makes you feel comfortable , and more importantly - Les Schwab is one of the few businesses (motor, food, etc., doesn’t matter) that I religiously go to because they CARE. This location made me personally despise Firestone anything. Charged me a load of $ just for me to have to take it to Les Schwab to get their sorry-a$$ service fixed. Sorry not sorry just my experience. Save money in the short AND long-run by just going to Les Schwab. After one visit to Les Schwab, I don’t understand how anyone would find it even slightly beneficial to go to Firestone. :)

Appreciated being able to purchase name brand tires that I wanted and have them drop shipped to Firestone for mounting and alignment. This is important because otherwise our area is saturated with a near monopoly company that pushes their own branded non-reviewed questionable tires. Firestone was prepared, did a good job explaining their work and was complete faster than expected.

Went in with a low pressure tire. I was told there was a staple in the tread and it could not be repaired. As I discovered at another deal there was actually a nail and it was easily repaired. I don’t think they looked careful and I suspect they just wanted to sell me tires.

Ken was very professional and took the time needed to get my car in for a service and answer any questions regarding my car. I got an engine flush and fluids topped off for my 100k car maintenance. The mechanics did a great job with my car. I could tell difference when I first turned the ignition. My car felt like new again after it was serviced (2007 model). Thank you Ken and team for the great service.

I brought my minivan for their lifetime alignment on June 17, since it was pulling to the right noticeably and tires were recently purchased (tire shop) so I assumed it wasn’t related to tire wear. Two things led to this review score: 1) alignment still not corrected as the pulling is still present. Will take it to another Firestone for a follow up alignment ( we are already in another state for travel). 2) their routine battery test showed a fail status and that it needed replacing. I refused and tested it again at home with my own tester and was “great” and even tested again this morning and was still in great status. So either they made an innocent error or it was standard practice to show a fail state to sell batteries. I was surprised by these results and will update after the next alignment at my local Firestone here in VA area to determine if it was an alignment issue or another problem causing the pull.

I cannot say enough in praise of the team that took care of me on this Sunday (Father’s Day). I came in late in the day with major repairs needed. I am grateful to be driving on home to Seattle and not missing a day of work instead of sleeping in my vehicle in limbo 🙏

I have been going to this local store since I got the car in 2012, They do great service and are polite and friendly. I like that I can sit and read or do a couple crosswords while waiting and there is always TV. have recommended Firestone as a place to take a car to and a couple friends said they would check it out, but I never think to ask them if they tried it.

I was visiting from Omaha and on the morning of June 1, we got up at 4am to start the trip back home only to find out I had a flat tire.The Firestone store opened at 7am and the other stores opened at 8am.I drove to the store and told Ken about our challenge. Ken worked us into the busy schedule and got us on our way in about an hour.He even had all of the fluids checked and topped off since we were embarking on such a long trip home. We made it home with no issues.Ken was very professional, empathetic to our issues, was courteously keeping us updated on progress, and a master of the work flow coming into the store. Sincere appreciation and gratitude to Ken and the Firestone team in Corvallis, OR!!

Made an online appointment. Received confirmation. Showed up and they didn't have tires for me. Gave me lame excuses and blamed other employees. Clearly they are not capable with the online application. Very poor customer service during the interaction as well. We won't be returning

I am totally disappointed about how I was treated during my recent visit to the Corvallis. Not only did they delay the work that was originally agreed upon. I had to call after the 2 1/2 hours I was told "at most". This is when the laundry list of things that had NO symptoms before they had it began. No symptoms of power steering issues and they touch it and the pump suddenly leaks! They wanted to change all the brake parts, I only allowed a flush, as soon as they got around to that, 24 hrs later, all of a sudden the master cylinder and vacuum pump don't work?! Suddenly I went from the $630 I originally planned to pay for tires and fuel flush to $1788.92! You cant take your car back with no brakes! This was a scam from the first bait and switch, they didn't even have the tires as advertised on the website. I feel completely scammed! Unbelievable!

I had an issue with my car only 3 months months after having it serviced at a different firestone. I took it into the Corvallis firestone and they helped me with everything. They made sure to look at my car entirely and got my car in last minute for an alignment and new tires. I'm so happy they helped me out with every thing in one day! They are amazing and I will definitely recommend them

They make it easy to schedule an appointment on the app. When I got there they greeted me and took my truck and serviced it. They were courteous and friendly it made me feel like I was a special customer. I will definitely be going back.
