Rude staff and even if you make an appointment for scheduled maintenance a week ahead of time your car will not be ready on time. Dropped my car off at 9 with an appointment, still wasn’t ready at 2. Scheduled an oil change. Front desk guy was rude telling me my card was declining when all I needed to do was hit credit even though it was a debit card? I didn’t want to put the whole purchase on my credit card and he was not helpful. Also charged me $90 for a cabin filter and I was informed by a friend I can get one for about 10-15$

Don’t use this place. We have a jeep and they have logged our information incorrectly. In 2020 they said our vehicle had 396,000 miles 2023 90,000 miles and in 2024 58,000 miles. How do you go backwards????? This all came up because we had our thermostat housing replaced and it has a 12,000 miles 12 month warranty. Firestone is trying to say that in the last year I have driven 50,000 miles. Just to avoid the warranty work. Ridiculous I paid nearly 1,000$ to have the work done just to have the warranty fought they should be ashamed

Best customer service I have experienced from a mechanic or tire shop. Cory at the front desk is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend the place over any tire shop in town and I wish I would have went here sooner.

We take our cars here often and have for the past several years. We have always had good service. Today, I took my car over to have the tire checked, as it is losing air. When I picked it up, they told me they could not find anything wrong with the tire. They said they would bead it for me. I paid and got in car only to realize the tire pressure light was still on. I walked back in to let them know (when I put air in my tire, the light immediately goes off). The technician was extremely angry, threw the tool he had in his hand across the garage and then proceeded to put air in my tire. No apology. Extremely unprofessional. I would be fired if I behaved that way at my place of work.

Everyone was so nice and carefully explained my car problems. They also told me what "specials" were offered at that time. I was able to be seen the same day I called. The shop was also very very clean! (plus rep Donna types in computer info without ever looking at her hands ha ha)

I've brought my car in multiple times for the same issue at this location. Multiple times they have charged me a diagnostic fee and then told me there was nothing they could find and that my check engine light wasn't on when it was on every time I've dropped it off. The car was misfiring badly. I asked them to do a tune up on it, which they performed. It took all day and nobody ever called me to let me know my car was ready for pick up. When I called to find out what was going on they said it had been done for hours and I could pick it up. It drove fine for a few weeks and began having the same issues again. I brought it back up to be looked at and had the fuel pump replaced. Again, I never received a call for my vehicle being done and called up the next day to find out it had been done for a while and no one called me. It drove fine for a day and began doing the same thing. I set up and appointment at a chevy dealership to have it looked at and one of the spark plugs had cracked and they told me the specific spark plugs firestone used were known for having issues with my car. I've spent thousands of dollars between diagnostics, parts, and labor to get this issue resolved and it was literally just a $19 spark plug. This place seems to be scamming people out of money and has officially lost any of my future business.

I need to first off preface that the front end staff were very friendly and tired their best to help and that my confusion on what needed to be done while trying to save money also led to some confusion and for that I’m sorry. It’s been a few weeks and for someone thing they causes my break pads got completely worn out on my car. They were probably getting close to replacement but not completely bare. They let my car roll out of the shop for the SECOND time with little to no break pads. The first time my car was barely functional and posed some serious safety risk while on the road. They told me my car didn’t get test drove because I said I was in a rush, but I’m sorry no “Rush” ever constitutes putting someone’s life at risk. I am now having to get my car fixed for $2200 at another shop when I went into this Firestone for a dead battery and a break light issue.

Went in with my truck and the heat would not come on. Was expecting to spend hundreds of dollars. They checked out the thermostat they had just put in and found all I had was a clogged hose. And because the check on the thermostat was warranty they also warranty my evaluation for today. So I went and expecting to spend a lot of money and came out spending nothing. I hope I get his name right, Corey the service manager. And I don’t remember the mechanic’s name went above and beyond. Thank you so very much for a great experience.

took it in, paid $80 for them to check my vehicle, said nothing is wrong with the engine and this and that, but there’s a leak, they don’t know where it’s from, and there’s air blowing but they don’t know where it’s from again. so i paid them for them to say they see 2 issues i knew about but don’t know where it’s from.

I came in for an oil change and to get a flat fixed. There was some miscommunications between a worker and i believe a manager which made it a big hassle. However, when i came back because my tire was still flat Darryl and Corey took amazing care of me! They were so kind and understanding and even put a new tire on my truck for me free of charge! I wanted to leave a review for them just to thank them and recognize them for their hard work!! I will definitely be back to get tires and a lift on my truck soon.

I have shared before on this place and experience was positive. My last visit was absolutely unacceptable. Drove my vehicle in for a brake inspection. They kept the car for ten days. Did nothing but lie to me on what was being done. I had to tow the vehicle off the lot after finding out from the manager that no parts had ever been ordered. Nothing had been done or was scheduled to be done. I couldn’t drive it off their lot because they dismantled the brakes and deemed it unsafe to drive. Even though I drove it there with just a slight pull to the right when braking. Best of luck to those who are brave. I would certainly never recommend this place nor use this place again. Shameful

Went to Firestone today and the guy at the desk was rude. Went outside to make a phone call and came back in and Donna helped us and was so nice, welcoming and helpful, fully recommend talking to Donna when coming here.

Appointment time for 3:00. My truck did’nt get taken back until 5:00. Took an hour to mount and balance 4 tires. Sat there for 3 hours to get tires mounted and balanced. Not once did a manager offer an ETA of when my vehicle would be started/finished. Extremely disappointed and will not return to this establishment.

I have used Firestone for over a decade now, multiple cities. I always got detailed receipts and reports - which can be crucial during extended warranty claims. Upon my most recent visit to get the car aligned (lifetime alignment) I got zero paperwork when paying up. For alignment, normally such paperwork would show each wheel and exactly what adjustments were done. The clerk told me that Firestone no longer gives paperwork at all, and that they now only send email receipts. I waited all day and received nothing in email. I checked my spam folder, nothing. I went by the store personally and confirmed that they had the right email address. And I even gave them another alternate email instead to use. Still, no receipt in email. Never ever received one to this day. And when I went I find the receipt via a search in their app, nothing could be found. As much as I have trusted and used this company for years, if this is in fact their new policy (with no paperwork trails)... and never receiving an email receipt, I'm going to have to finally switch.

Made an appointment for the 19th of September at 4pm to get four tires replaced. I arrived early with no expectation to get in early but I had the spare time. It was until almost an hour later, approximately 10 till 5:00 that they finally came out and told me they didn't have enough tires to replace all four of them. I then had to reschedule for a later day and got the four tires replaced with a discount. Overall I'm happy with the results but I did not appreciate having my time wasted the first day.

This is an average car shop. The prices are reasonable but because it's so well known it's expected to be an hour if not 2 to 3 hour long wait until they start working on your car. Good service, though. The receptionist was doing her best to be helpful

Cory and Donna are absolute lifesavers! While my parents were en route to Myrtle Beach for a golf tournament, they encountered a flat tire and discovered their spare was unusable. Despite the shop closing at 5 PM, they called ahead and shared their predicament. Ms. Donna kindly agreed to stay until 5:15 PM (their ETA) to help. Cory and Donna went above and beyond by staying late to change the tire and ensure my parents were back on their way. Their exceptional kindness and dedication made it possible for my parents to safely reach Myrtle Beach. Their willingness to go the extra mile is truly commendable!

I went for a standard oil change. Requested “only the oil change to be done and nothing else”( My words exactly). I dropped my car off, the lady kindly informed me that it would be around one hour before I received a call that my car is ready. Four hours go by without a call, so I called them. I was informed that my battery was low, my rotors need changed, amongst other issues. I always expect them to come up with more, it’s why I specifically requested only the oil change and not a vehicle inspection. She apologized for the inspection that wasn’t permitted and told me that my car was ready for pick up. I showed up 5 hours after I dropped my car off just to see my car was still lifted. I asked why and the store manager Josh Carroll told me he’d been busy but he can take it down and forget the oil change if we’d like. I said “no go ahead with the oil change it’s already been several hours.” He then stated that the oil hasn’t even been drained yet and that it wouldn’t be anything for him to drop it and forget about my service. I then asked why everything I asked them not to do had been done, yet the only one thing I requested to be done hasn’t. He then said “no problem” without hesitating, walked away out, put my car down, backed it out the garage handed my keys to me and said he wasn’t doing the oil change and to go somewhere else. Maybe he was having a bad day, but I’ve never had to call a corporate before until now, it’s quite sad considering how long my family and I have been loyal Firestone customers. This situation should’ve been handled better by the store manager
