Went to this place as I do because it's close to home. Took my company vehicle there for a noise in the brakes and engine so i have no bill because its all covered so i have no angle here. Not only did they not fix my issues they bent my ladder rack. Upon letting them know I said you can check your cameras and see for yourself...to which they said we have no cameras...great. Manager comes on phone says my company will make a claim and reach out..Nothing...Many calls back she says her is my Managers number I will have her call....nothing.. Your company customer service sucks and you all should be ashamed of scamming good people. I hope Karma comes for you...you know who you are. Ps: You don't deserve a one star

Firestone is second to none went in to have my front breaks and calibers fixed without an appointment They were able to get me in, did a great job I will not take my truck anywhere else

I took my Audi to store for tire rotation and alignment fix and they did it. Post the fixtures I felt a little odd with the driving experience and informed them to check the issue. For which they are requesting me to do a complete inspection which costs me another 100$ for it. Going to get a simple fix and endup getting big fat bill. This is my second time happening.

The tall man at the front desk was so so helpful and knowledgeable. I asked him his name.. but forgot it.. grr. The technician also came out and helped. I was helping my daughter get her car fixed.. and I thought this place was helpful, thorough, and very professional. Broken cars can be so stressful and this experience was less so because of the staff. Thank you.

Jonah Schooler was extremely helpful. We were having work done on my daughter’s car, who is two hours away at college. He communicated well and kept me in the loop through our repairs process. It is a great piece of mind to have someone you feel you can trust, especially when you are not able to be at the repair faculty in person.

One of my tires was losing air. After the inspection, the store manager informed me that air was put in the tires and nothing was found. He stated since nothing was found, I didn't have to pay. They did excellent work. I was out of town and got home safely.

Tire completely ruined and went to 2 other stores, they were no help and said they couldn’t help me. Stopped here and they were happy to help and got me take.n care of right away. Excellent customer service!!

Update - Downgraded to 2 stars (11/29/24): Don't. Just don't. They have no respect for people's time and don't give honest time estimates. My daughter drove over a nail and stopped here to see if it was ok to drive. They took her car and 45 minutes later said it couldn't be patched and needed to be replaced. 45  minutes later, they said they didn't have the right sized tire and would need to order one. An hour later, she was told the tire would arrive in 10 minutes. They said they are busy, but somehow they had time to run a complete diagnostic (without asking if she wanted it done) to tell her everything else that needs done and try to upsell her additional services. It is now 3.75 hours after she arrived, and I'm now sitting here waiting because she had somewhere she needed to be. The tire arrived 15 minutes ago...it was delivered from AutoZone down the street. She should have just called AAA. There may have been a wait with AAA, but at least they are honest about the wait time. Never again with this place. Original review - 3 stars (2023): The employees are nice enough, but their time management is not good. Last month, I had an appointment for tires. They had to order the tires from another local Firestone and me to come back the next day. When I arrived the next day, the tires hadn't been ordered for transport yet. They expected that I would be leaving my car. I was not. I spent 2.5 hours there for what should have been less than an hour. This weekend, I had an appointment to drop off a car at 11 for tires and pick it up at 4. They called and said they couldn't get to it and asked me to leave it overnight. At 4 pm today, I still hadn't been called to say it was ready. I called them. They said it was done, so we went to get it. It was still on the lift. Apparently the Saturday employees hadn't let the Sunday employees know that my car needed done today. Honestly, I'll go back because they have the tires I like and the people are nice, but the disrespect for my time is frustrating.

Great service answered all my questions. They weren’t so I was expecting my car to be there for a couple hours they called me within an hour said it was done. They did what I needed done and what I really liked about them they didn’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn’t need yet told me 2 tires could be changed in the next couple months but they were still about half tread and said if I would like to check out some deals they’re going to have again in a few months I could come back up and talk with them if not no big deal. A lot of places I’ve been to in the past year big chain dealerships would charge me more than my deductible and try to say things were wrong with my car even though nothing would be wrong. Firestone was honest and will definitely recommend them. Thanks for the quick service

I came in to get a tire with low tire pressure checked and 2 hours later was told that tire was fine but everything else on my car (fluid, tires, filters, etc) needed to be replaced. I mentioned (as I did when I dropped off my car) that I have had to add air to that tire multiple times over the previous two weeks and that my car alerted to low pressure repeatedly, and only then did they check the tire and find “a small nail”. In addition, I had asked for an oil change because there was a sign outside with $10 off and when I asked why I was charged full price they said I did not pick the right oil change to get the discount. So in 2 hours and 40 minutes, I got none of the things I asked for without having to ask for it more than once. I was charged full price and was told I should be grateful they did not charge me more for things I did not ask for. The entire experience was irritating and left me feeling like nothing was actually done and this shop is not at all honest. As I drove out of the parking lot, I found they had overinflated all of my tires by 6-8psi.

Only leaving a 3 star review because of the history I’ve had with Firestone. But I WILL say Jonah is a saint. He redeemed my faith in Firestone. He made me a priority when Firestone proved I was not. Thank you Jonah!

8/8/2024 - The store manager at store at the corner of Stanton at 5499 on route 23 in Columbus Oh was outstanding. Good service, accommodated us efficiently and solved our tire issue. He was pleasant and helpful. His name is Brett and so was the service manager Jonah.

We were traveling through town when our low tire pressure light came on. After being turned away by another shop, we stopped at this Firestone. I’m not sure of the employee’s name (sorry), but he was extremely accommodating and helped us get back on the road quickly. He maintained a welcoming attitude under pressure as they were short staffed. It was a great customer experience. Thank you!

I do not recommend this shop for multiple reasons. Unprofessional, unorganized. I was told my repairs would take one day. I am now on day 3. I had to call multiple times to check up on my car. They ordered the wrong parts for my vehicle. The last time I had repairs done by them they lost my car key. UPDATE: 3 DAYS after I pick up my car it breaks down. I didn't not have these issues before I took it to firestone.

They installed new calipers on my vehicle one year ago and they missed one of the bolts in one of them. Had to take the vehicle back so they could fix it but after driving all that time with a bad caliper my wheel was damaged. Customer service is not good and they also take forever to fix the car.

Cody was a life saver for me. It was really late and close to closing but he accepted my vehicle and put on a new tire. I didn’t know what I was going to do because of my schedule. Cody/Firestone was an answer to prayer. Thank you!!!

This location was friendly and able to sort out / correct a really bad alignment performed by the downtown location. Was impressed enough that I just scheduled a return visit for a few days from now. Update: They weren’t able to align the same car I mentioned above a year later. Baffling. So removing one star.
