Helped out a lot, 3 hours away from home and couldn’t find someone to take off my blown tire, they got it fixed and got me new lugnuts on a decent price

I moved into this area a couple years back and usually get my tires changed here between winter and summer. Havent had any issue in the past just the usual business transactions. Went in today to put in my winter tires and found that one of the winter tires they had removed last time had a huge nail in it and the tech at the time never bothered to tell me about it. Regardless I still went ahead and changed 3 of the 4 tires and told them ill buy one tomorrow and bring it back to replace the 4th one. By the afternoon the 1 tire that was left on lost half its PSI. When i took it back to them to get it checked they found anothre nail in that tire. When i mentioned that i brought in a good tire and between their location and back to my house i picked up the nail, the store tech got loud and aggresive towards me. I 100% get that the nail could have been picked up anywhere in that 1 mile drive but rather than being met with empathy i got aggression.

I was in a bit of a crisis with a donut on my car and 2,000 miles to drive.. I stopped into this Firestone to be greeted by a very knowledgeable and friendly female employee.. She answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable and friendly as well and tried to help me save money I really would absolutely go to this place Mark

I was just worried about missing the call on what needed to be fixed or was wrong with my car. Then me spending my money before the holidays, I was not a big fan of lol but it’s not their problem. But it was a good experience. I was pleased.

Accommodating for Walk-Ins! I came in without an appointment, I had hit some debris on the highway and I wanted to be sure everything was okay. Although the wait time was long due to the team being short handed, the manager made sure to squeeze me in and still took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle to clear it of any issues. I was out earlier than expected and had peace of mind that my vehicle was safe to drive. I appreciate the team’s efforts!

Fixed my heat plate that was scraping against the road, replaced the missing and broken bolts, filled my tires and didn’t charge me. All took about a half hour. Fantastic

The young lady at the desk was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - I can't remember her name - but she knew her stuff and was quite nice to work with. The young man, Sid, who transported me to Polaris Mall so I could shop while my brakes were being fixed was very polite, respectful, and pleasant. He also ensured me the mechanics at Firestone are top notch and complimented the mechanic assigned to my car as 'thorough, excellent, and someone he is learning a great deal from'. I live 2 hrs away from this location (visiting my son when my brakes went out) but I will continue to schedule appts at this location that coincide with my visits to my son. I really don't want anyone else to work on my car. :)

I have been taking my cars to this location for a couple years for alignments. I’m always very happy. The team here is really solid. If you have any issues, Donny will make sure they get you fixed up. He is the man. I definitely will continue to come here for my annual alignment.

Found a coupon online for a 29 dollar oil change. Booked an appointment online. arrived and checked in. was told it would take an hour and the cost was just shy of 100 dollars. My felings are that the coupon and appointment were just fictions designed to get me and other customers in the door. I will never spend another penney with Firestone.

Exceptional experience. My car battery died today, and Firestone made this crisis so easy. I called 3-4x to confirm availability/logistics for my warranty replacement and every single time someone answered to assist and help me. That alone was so helpful and easy. When arriving, Justin was kind enough to call the warranty company on my behalf and provide them all the information for replacement. Albeit my warranty actually didn’t cover a battery, he still went above and beyond to help. I was in and out in less than an hour. Could not ask for better customer service and execution. Thank you Justin. My only feedback would be to advise customers ahead to verify what warranty covers and realistic steps/timeline for processing, so customers can plan accordingly for transportation in crisis situations. Had this been a bigger issue, or needed towed there, would have been very disheartening to know that warranty only operates during certain hours and potentially not cover certain work. That can be interpreted as misleading and lead to a very negative experience when customers are already stressed. Grateful that was not my case.

Firestone is a great place for quality tires, alignments and honest inspections. The man who helped me at this location, Miguel was super helpful. All of this being said don’t go to firestone for anything else other than what was listed previously because the prices are absolutely ridiculous. Also don’t go here if you’re on a time crunch, no firestone I have ever been to has gotten my car done by the time they said they would.

I asked for them to check my fluids in my vehicle to make sure everything was okay while they were doing my oil change. They told me no that they were too busy. They only had 4 cars in the building. And no one was waiting outside. They told me to come back another day. I’ve only come to Firestone for my car. Won’t be coming back again. UPDATE: I just had to go to another Firestone in a different state because my car broke down. I call the Firestone and asked to speak to a manager and all they could tell me after not checking my car was their sorry. These people do not care about your safety. Go someone else

I’ve been going to this Firestone for years. But the last two time they have tried to take advantage of me appearing as a female with no knowledge on cars. Do not go here. They will try to run you for your money. I only came for an oil change, strictly only. Watched them pull on the under body of my car, no where near the oil pan. Then front desk guy was talking to me like I was a kid with the differences between oils. Took 50 min for a SCHEDULED oil change with my car visibly in the shop with someone “working on it”. Never again.
