My car left running worst then what it did when I brought to firestone charged me 3300 plus. Because of the issues I left with I had to take my car to another shop who first noticed it was wired incorrectly on the engine and need to be pulled back out and put back together correctly Still no response from corporate 2 weeks later.. My car is this location and staff are completely rude inconsistent with quotes Had to take my vehicle to dealership for a second opinion and confirmed water pump was done incorrectly then Firestone had my tow my car back to them for them to do expectation.. And not give me a time frame on when I could get my car back

The staff at Firestone was very friendly and transparent. My car was inspected in a timely manner, updates were given via email about my car and repair was offered at the same time. All around service was great!

My son had some vehicle issues, took it to this shop and they absolutely nailed it! Originally it was going to need $1200 in work but after they looked at it they tried a different route that ended up costing $128..saved us so much money when they could have simply done the original work but they were way beyond honest and did right by us so much so that they earned a reward and I had to send them some well deserved cookies. Thank you all so much for being dependable and honest.

I got my car towed here after I ran over a large item. They told me all they needed to do to diagnose the problem was to run a diagnostic and do a "tune up" and my car would start again. They charged me over $1k to do the diagnostic and do what I now know are very light fixes on the car. The same evening I was told that the "tune up" would fix my car I received a call saying that the car still won't start and it smells like there is paint thinner in my tank. We went in the next evening to look at the car and smell what was in the tank.We went in the manager, who knew when we were arriving, was not there and we were shown these issues by a young male technician. The first thing the young male did was ask if we had any angry exes in town and said that he thinks somebody put paint thinner into the tank, we asked if he knew what diesel smelled like and he didn't. I took it to a new shop because they refused to work with the car. The only issue with the car was a broken fuel pump. Which was only an $800 fix at the new place. If they would have just looked at the car instead of wanting to do the easy work they would have figured that out. Do not go to this shop they will rip you off and trick you into believing that the only work that needs done is the light stuff and the technicians do not know what they are talking about.

Made an appointment to get my alignment fixed because I had gotten hit months prior and my alignment was off plus the dashboard was lit up with problems and certain features weren’t working. Not only did they fix the alignment but when I got back in the car all of the problem lights were gone and the features were working again! Not sure what they did but I’m extremely grateful because my car was losing control in the rain (traction control issue was one of the lights) and now it’s fixed. I also have been struggling and literally only had what I thought was the exact amount I needed. It ended up being 139 and when I said I had to call someone to get $4 he told me not to worry about it and helped me out. I can’t speak on what happened with the one star people but for me I now feel like I can trust one place with my car and will definitely be back with anything else !!!

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes waiting to get checked in for an appointment. I was on my lunch break from work and it took an hour and 45 minutes to get finished 🥱 it shouldn’t be so tasking to get an oil change.

Nov. 2024 edit: I’m unsure if I’ll be back to this particular location because of my previous two experiences. I got another oil change and a standard inspection in October, which took longer than expected despite making an appointment ahead of time. It also seems they let air out of my tires, as my tire pressure light came on as soon as I left and was down to 24-26 PSI when I measured at home (my car requires 32 PSI). They did say my tires needed replaced soon, but if letting some air out was supposed to help with this, I would’ve appreciated being notified and given an explanation. A few weeks ago I returned to get all four tires and my serpentine belt replaced. I scheduled an appointment for this ahead of time in the app, which included indicating the services and tires I wanted. Despite this, they did not have four tires available at the store that day, so I was stuck there for over four hours between getting tires from another shop, putting them on, getting an alignment check and subsequent alignment, and also the serpentine replacement. Front desk staff were still super nice and friendly, but the long wait time considering I made an appointment days in advance was frustrating. After about two hours, I regularly asked for timing updates, but was never really given anything concrete, just that my car was next up for one thing or another. Large waiting room, plenty of parking, clean space, and good service. I accidentally went to the downtown location thinking my appointment was there, but the Whitehall location graciously took me in even after being 20 minutes late. Work was quick, got an oil change, general inspection, and tire rotation done in 30 minutes. Normal prices and Chance at the front was super friendly.

Yes my name is Juan I went to Firestone on east broad Street I told them I think I need lube and something is wrong with brakes cause brake light is on drop they called me and told me it was my shocks that was making the squeaky noise and nothing was wrong with my brakes was a little high on the shocks so I couldn't afford it So I go pick up my car pay the inspection fee and left got up the street and almost run into the back of this car cause I couldn't stop car start sliding and brakes going to the floor thank God I didn't hurt anyone or myself 🤕

I made an appointment online for an oil change at 11am. I dropped my car off and let them know I won't be back til 2:30pm to pick up the car. This appoint was to save me time vs doing it myself as I have been busy lately and the oil change was due. I came back to at 2:35pm to get the car. It was sitting on the ground in the bay. I was informed they were finishing it up. They then popped the hood and took it up on the lift, apparently just starting the work. I kept getting told they were "just finishing it up" for the next 45minutes til they eventually finished the work. I was planning on having some more maintenance and tires quoted as my car has some stuff due. But I will no longer consider using this business that does not respect my time or the scheduled appointments that they accepted. I guess the only positive is that the oil change was completed as far as I can tell. I haven't checked the filter or oil yet. But I could have driven to the store and done it myself in less time

I made an appointment on the phone and they turned me away even though I had an appointment. I guess Firestone uses a third party scheduler despite talking to a human to confirm my appointment. Don’t trust your confirmed appointment unfortunately.

Good dudes and gals, if you're not 100% sure what's going on they don't have an issue showing and explaining what's going on. Takes care of his people , takes care of you , good people and understanding.Not like most mechincs, youll be coming back.No complaints from me, 4 tires and alignment

I had a flat tire on 270. The new car didn't come with a spare, so I tried using the inflation kit. That didn't work at all. I got my car towed to Firestone. They stayed past closing to replace my tire. Zach is the man. I appreciate all of your help.

Went in for a tire repair. Car was in the bay for 3 hours. Was told 3 reasons why tire had a slow leak. 3 fing hours to patch a tire, really. Should have driven the 3 extra miles to Discount Tire.

They got us in quickly (same day) for an inspection, and were flexible with our appointment. Also, the manager (I think) had very helpful advice for my daughter, who is shopping for her first car. The experience was helpful and not stressful, and I felt respected and appreciated (not always the case, being a woman at an auto place).

Took my car in for service was given a call and a quote picked car up next day no one came out to tell me what they did they just gave me the bill I paid it was asked for receipt was told it would be emailed to me I said fine and I left on my way home the check engine light came on car started shaking took it back and was ignored to no point I finally just walked to the Bay and said I will be back at 4:00. As I had to go back to work. Took the car back in at 4:00 waited over an hour finally they gave me back my key told me the car was done nobody told me what happened they just gave it to me told them I still had no receipt from the first time that they told me to give them the email address which I did again waited another 30 minutes and still had no receipt for a almost 900.00 bill and was told one could not be printed out finally I had to show them my phone to let them know I had no receipt when I was then told I suppose I'll print you out and suffer the consequences tomorrow. worst customer service ever. Second time around car seems to be running fine.
