Dishonest. Lied about promotional discounts and added hundreds of dollars of extra charges to my bill. This was, of course, in addition to taking more than 3 hours to put new tires on (with a scheduled appointment).

I made an appointment and before I dropped off my car I explained that I live in Cincinnati and may not be able to leave the car depending on how long it would take. I was told no worries, it will take an hour. It took 6 hours. There were no unexpected issues. It was just an oil change and tire rotation. And I only got my car back because I called 3 times. Why lie?? I wouldn’t have brought it if I knew it would take so long. When I FINALLY got the car, they had not put windshield wiper fluid in like I asked. The girl at the checkout (Dylan) was extremely rude. She told me my card is declined, I said my card is fine, something must be wrong with your card reader so we tried another computer- same thing. Tried another card- same thing. Finally I asked her to type in my card numbers manually and lo’ and behold it works. Concerning that 2 card readers at this store clearly don’t work and Dylan was disgustingly rude to me, acting like it’s my fault. Oh and since I tried 2 cards, they ended up charging BOTH (even though they told me both cards were declined) so then I had to call the next day and get a charge removed. These people are incompetent. I’ll never come here again. I am still in shock at how terrible the service was and the fact that they told me I could pick the car up at 1 and it wasn’t actually ready until after 5. And then still wasn’t even ready because it still needed windshield wiper fluid. And my car was absolutely filthy when I picked it up- why?

Dropped our car off at 11:30 for an oil change and they do not answer their phone. Stopped back at 3:30 and still have not even touched it. Why take the appointment. It’s an oil change. If that is not what you want to take on and want to take bigger jobs then don’t make the appointment. Should have known it was not a good place when I got there and he asked me what type of oil my car takes. Sir I believe that is it job to look up. The guy also never answered their phone and when I asked why he says it’s just me in the office. Yes sir and that is apart of your job to answer the phone .

Had a 1130 appt they new we were waiting planned for in advance. We had new tires -oil change - wipers. Over 1200.00 dollars Long story short appt should have taken few hours max -- 5 Hours long hours it was done unacceptable. We have gone here for years 25+ but in the last several years it has gone down hill. The girls at the desk are super nice the mechanics not happy with no apology from them nothing!!!

I brought my car in on November 9th for an oil change, but since I had been hearing my brakes squeal I asked for a brake inspection as well. The recommendation was to replace my rear brake pads, rear rotors, and tires. Replaced the pads and rotors, saved tires for next month’s paycheck. But my brakes were still squealing for those two weeks, so I asked for a brake inspection again when the tires were replaced. This time, they say the front brake pads and rotors need to be replaced. How was this not caught the first time? Update: Firestone got in contact with me, and made this right. Not every company would do that, so I appreciate it.

My Gf and I recently scheduled her car to get 4 new tires at this location. It took 6+ hours to complete. The morning after we picked the car up we realized they did not put tire valve caps on and we had to get some (they're cheap, that's fine). Through the next week the tires kept losing air and dropping 15+ psi below what they were set to. Had to put air in them at least 10 times. We ended up taking her car to a trusted shop and pay them to make repairs to the faulty installation. Just wish we hadn't gone here and wouldn't recommend.

on a decent friday, of course i walk out to my car to find an extreeeemely flat tire. i had my roadside assistance tow me to the shop that was going to be open a little later since it was about 5 pm. Bobby, the store manager and his technicians helped me out so much with getting not only 1 new tire but 4 so that i could be safer on the road—especially in this winter weather. the amount of gratitude that i have for them is incredible and i’m glad that i picked this store.

I had an appointment for a tire check. I was seen promptly. Polite and professional crew and cashier. Clean facility. My only criticism is that IF any waiting area has a TV, the sound MUST be OFF. If anyone wants to watch TV, they can read subtitles. The sound is extremely annoying and bothersome and prevents reading or any peaceful waiting. Most service centers now MUTE all TVs for this reason.

Don’t come here. Try another location. This is the 3rd time they told me my car would be ready in a day and it’s the 3rd time they are telling me my car isn’t ready. They don’t care and they won’t care about their 1 star review either. I will never come to a Firestone ever again in my life because their service at this location is so poor. You’ll notice people sitting on their butts in the garage eating Wendy’s.

Everyone I interacted with was very friendly and professional. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. The communication about the services and rates were very clear. Getting your car repaired is always expensive and stressful. But I would go here again.

I called Robert at this location ahead of time to ask if he had a washer pump for my car. He researched it briefly and then told me that he could get ahold of one today and get it installed. I showed up and he delivered. If you want something done go to this location. Do not waste your time at the Dublin location because frankly that was the place I first talked to and the guy there told me they would not be able to get the part for another 3 days, keeping in mind that both locations are the same company and order from the same parts vendor. It just happens to be that this location took the extra time to warm my business. Great job Robert! Your GM is lucky to have you.

I received an appointment same day for oil change and tire rotation. Store called me to recommend additional maintenance service based on mileage and age of my vehicle. The service was done the same day and I was able to pick my car up within 3 hours of dropping it off.

They took great care of me when I had a nail in my tire. They extended the duration of a promo so I could get a deal on my new set of tires back in June. I got another nail a few months later and they gave me an INCREDIBLE deal on a new tire. 10/10 recommend

I took my truck in 3 weeks ago to get an oil change and an alignment. I ended up needing new tires which was fine but, they told me they could have them the next day and I went back to news that they couldn’t. I got a set of loaner tires for a week and then had to go back and get the correct ones. The same day I got my car back after that my break light comes on so I go back and they look at it quickly and tell me to come back another day without even telling me if it’s safe to drive. I then called 2 days ago to schedule an appointment for 1:00 today and was told after I dropped it off it would be done today confirming what was said on the phone. I got a call this evening telling me they won’t even be able to look at it let alone work on it today and that I could come pick it up or leave it to be done tomorrow. I was clear that it needed to be finished today as I work in the morning but, they seemed to have no car in the world. I called them back to make a complaint about the situation and asked for a manager and was responded with a being hung up on. The customer service here is a joke and the work is even worse.

Best place to go for your service needs! I have quite the service history here mostly nails/ screws in my tires resulting in a flat, Firestone on reed road has been so efficient every time. Getting it done quickly and correctly. 5 star service no doubt about it! Highly recommend!

Our original service request was for a front end alignment. When we dropped off the car the night before, we also asked for some additional services (they never read the envelop - I had to call the business after the first estimate was auto-generated. When it was all said and done $900.00 later, they never did the alignment -- pretty angry about that. I also think that a "courtesy" check fee shouldn't be charged if/when you have the suggested work actually done - that cost should be absorbed. We've been customers of this location for quite a while, but will now be looking elsewhere.

Tried to take advantage of my teenage daughter. Told her tires that were a year old needed replaced and tried to upsell her on a ton of other items that would've cost $4.5K. The mechanic didn't use gloves when driving her car, so her steering wheel was filthy when she got it back.

The tech only finger tightened my shocks and by the time I brought it back in the screws were bumping around d loose and wobbly. A big bump or slam on the brakes would have sent my front end to the ground.
