Do not take your car to either of the Firestone locations, especially the one on South High Street. They did not fix my car correctly, and they know it. Despite this, I still have to pay for the labor costs.

I got work done at this place for my entire existence of having a car and i can not believe they ruined my grandpas truck like they did. They put a new radiator in and they messed up the timing belt so now the truck is not usable and they wont fix it. I had taken my car in before that bc i needed a new blinker and they said i didnt need one and i still do. 3 years ago the truck got new tires and didn't tighten them correctly, they damn near wobbled off the truck whilei drove it . Don't trust these people anymore, they dont know what theyre talking about.

After years and years and thousands and thousands of dollars I've had enough of Firestone ! They told me because I put a tire plug in a Firestone tire that they could not patch it from the inside because of there company policy . That's a money grab and there company policy ! IM DONE ! SCREW YOU FIRESTONE !!!!!!! After there response to my review , I took my truck to a small tire shop and they put a inside patch on the Firestone tire and I asked could you rebalance the tire and they said it was never balance to begin with ! That means I paid Firestone for balancing my new firestone tires and they never did it !! Also after I just got the tires put on my truck I had to go back in the store and ask them to put all 4 tires at 35 psi . So after there stupid post to mine asking ME to reach out to them lol screw you Firestone !

Won’t come here again, 9 am appointment for tires that I was told they had here at the store, call to check and they said they had to order the tires and said it would be done in less than an hour. 3 hrs later still not done and said it would be at least another hour…..Got multiple different excuses why it’s was not done.

Great customer service and very reasonable prices. I have recommended Firestone to a few people and the first thing they say to me is aren’t they expensive? I tell them what I’ve paid and to call and get an estimate. My daughter was a bit surprised and now she goes to Firestone for her oil change and tire rotation.

I was almost stranded in the middle of my trip on a Saturday afternoon and Jennifer, the manager, and Billy went over and above the call of duty to get the part that I needed and get me back on the road to complete my trip. Great team there.

Rusty and Conner were great. Conner changed the oil in my work vehicle and put new tires on it. He had a hard time with the oil filter ( Wahlberg Chevrolet tightened it as hard as they could apparently from my previous oil change). He showed me the filter and it was a cheap piece of junk. Rusty took the phone calls from me and was always super nice and professional. The crew here is great. I highly recommend.

We were travelling with a truck and trailer and had a blowout on our trailer on 270 on a Saturday about 11:00 AM. Put our spare on, but found it was dry rotted and didn't think it would last long. This tire shop was one mile away, so we limped there to see about replacing the tire. Explained what happened and asked about getting a new tire. We were told that it would be the next day before they could get to it. Then asked if they knew any other place to go where we might get a tire and were told they didn't know anywhere else. NOT HELPFUL IN ANY WAY! Got online and found another tire shop ONE MILE down the road that was more than glad to help us out. They told us that they frequently get customers who are turned down by this Firestone store. They said this shop only does scheduled jobs. They certainly won't help stranded travelers who have problems!

While on a road trip our alternator started going out not far from this location. Of course this happened after everything was closed. Fortunately we were able to get the vehicle in first thing in the morning. Even though this location is very busy Rusty and boys were able to get us back on the road in just a couple of hours. Friendly staff. Thank you for saving our road trip experience and getting us back on the road.

Awesome team! Got me on the road to goto work that am and finished vehicle next day. I will be bringing my car back. So helpful, an even delt with a warranty company with ease. Which is just unheard of. Definitely recommend
