I’ll recommend Firestone on Harbison Blvd to everyone. They have great customer service, they explained everything that was wrong with my car and Ms Freda was so sweet and welcoming and she really went out her way to help us. I won’t go any other place to get my car worked on but here ! Thank you so much !

I went to the Firestone on Harbison Blvd in Columbia for a tire install and alignment. Freda was my service advisor and was extremely patient while we sorted out some billing issues. Freda made sure I was taken care of in a timely manner and the work was done correctly. I highly recommend Firestone for all your automotive needs.

Mrs. F.Gibson and the 301 Harbison Blvd team demonstrated competence and outstanding service , after Garners Ferry put the wrong tire, and Gervais said they had it in stock as well , just to turn around and call an hour later saying the did not have it either. Felt like I was in the Twilight Zone, that's until I called Mrs F . Gibson and she actually went to look and put her hand that the tire was in stock at Harbison. Thank you so much , stay safe.

I had Firestone do a complete inspection on a used vehicle I purchased in 2021 and they were awesome! I found another vehicle this year and Firestone was my first call. They respected my time and I was in and out in less than an hour.

Lazy workers complain about not moving the car in to shop complain about it 4 hour job complain about traps in my car but my money green make it make sense I wouldn’t recommend them to no body that getting a big job done they should of been call and told me yesterday that they don’t want to do the work this company is sorry af worker sorry af worry about the wrong things here they day may be counted 🤡

I made an appointment for 11 am. They kept me waiting for 5 hours. When I initially dropped it off I was told 1-2 hours. I took an uber back after 3 hours and no call. I was told it would be another hour max. I came back right before 4 pm and it still was not ready. They moved other people who did not even make an appointment in front of me. I was very polite the whole time but I was treated like I was inconveniencing the person checking me out. Here is the icing on the cake... when I got the printout after waiting all this time to get an alignment, I still had reading in the red on the printout showing before and after provided by Firestone. I am very disappointed. I will be using another location in the future.

On Harbison Blvd. In Columbia SC., Ms. Freda is the best salesperson and she has a great personality. I was so impressed that she takes effort in recognizing your loyal customers. Also, the manager is nice, I met him yesterday for the first time and I didn’t feel like a stranger; he was so kind. Overall you have a great staff. The main reason I'm not giving it five stars is that they are chronically short staffed which means they can't always keep up with their promises. However their staff there is amazing. A young lady went above and beyond to figure out a replacement part when the system have the wrong part number. I'm very grateful for that and people did communicate the delays. Like most places, walk in there with patience and you will get decent service.

This place is great. Austin is dope he wanted me to put his initials but I forgot what they are 😭. Needed a tire and oil change, they found that my wheel was bent and didn’t charge me anything extra, left it at just the oil change for about $50 on sale. Beautiful place and good mechanics. If you have a Nissan/Infiniti make sure to mention the crush washer on the oil drain plug! Most shops don’t bother with it regardless of who is working on your car because they don’t supply them in shop. 5/5 for this Firestone. They aren’t all this good but this one is top notch. Very quick and concise.

Took over 4 hours for a battery replacement and returned my vehicle with the engine light on (that wasn't on when I took the vehicle in.) The mechanic obviously did not know what he was doing. I had to take my vehicle to Love Chevrolet's Service Department and they specifically asked me if my battery was recently replaced, because the battery monitor module was not installed properly. It cost an additional $240 to repair what Firestone left undone due to incompetence.

What a rip off . Took two cars in for tires and oil . Oil not added to appointment. Tiers for one where ordered I didn't like them but manager said if I didn't like them to use them for a week and come back and he could give me ones more like what was on the truck at no cost . Made a oil change application one week later . Went to the store was told the .manager was fired the day before and the tires I was sold were not in the program so they can't be changed. The correct Tires ,(as I was given the wrong tires to begin with) would be another $800.00 ! What Is wrong with this company . Went to the orangeburg store 5 times before the issues where taken care of one part Went bad was told by the manager I should go to another store .also a bolt fell out while driving after the repair. Worst customer service I've ever had at firestone 2 locations. Cutting up their card . Here I come discount Tire

I have always had good experiences at this Firestone! I find that if you come first thing in the morning there's almost never a wait. The manager (I think Troy?) is wonderful, honest, and will do everything he can for you! Always recommend!

My car takes "18 wheels and yall put on 16". So my tires have been blowing with my kids in the car. Yall are incompetent and shouldn't be in business. So now I have to spend even MORE money to fix YOUR mistake. I will never recommend this place for as long as I live.

What a great customer service experience I had! During hurricane Helene we sustained a lot of damage with trees utilizing my tractor. I was cleaning up our property and others when I broke a valve stem on one of my tires. I called the store and spoke with a nice young lady named Lorraine And she said to bring it right in I brought it right in she then gave the tire to a technician named Mike . He fixed it within 10 minutes. He loaded the tire in my truck. What a great experience. Keep doing what you’re doing. Keep up the good work. I will definitely bring my business back here.
